Very rude and not very business oriented..no customer service skills... just horrible! letting money go out the door is no good for any business

Very rude staff. I have a license and A salon centric account. I love coming here to buy products for myself and my suite. The lady was very rude to me and other clients in there as well. If you’re not happy doing what you do then look for something else. We all come here and spend to buy products not ask for free stuff please treat us with respect. Salon Centric needs to hire new stuff for this store.

Lady at the reception is so rude and when i ask to receive some help from her, she doesn’t even attempt to do so. why work in customer service when you don’t want to help customers with their questions?

I have been in the Beauty Industry over 25 yrs and Salons Centric journey from what used to be Emiliani has been pretty smooth. The location is great even the parking. The girls are really informative and helpful. I appreciate my visits there for cutting edge Top Industry Products.

I had came in to buy some products, when I was ready and waiting at the register the lady currently working looked right at me and proceeded to continue working in the back when she had saw me with products ready to go. She continues to work in the back while I’m standing at the register for 15 mins so I put the products back on the shelves and left.

I was talking care very well, ladies who helped me are very kind and nice Thank you Salon Centric in Union NJ, Galloping Hill RD .

Shout out to MAGGIE AND NICK! they were so helpful with my curbside pickup order . I had a couple of issues and they resolved them with no problem.

Very unprofessional staff that isnt always helpful and will have you waiting in line while theyre chatting up friends and customers. They wont give you any direct eye contact unless its to greet you when you walk in. Asking for help is very uncomfortable because they will ignore you until you approach them. And when you approach them, they give you an attitude for being disturbed. A lot of the staff throw around profanity casually and theres also a lot of gossip that you overhear as a customer. Of course, not all of my experiences are like this, but I would say most of them are. I prefer going to salon centric in Edison if I can because they are a lot friendlier, helpful, and the store is set up well. I give 2 stars for having lower prices than salon centric in Edison and is more convenient for me to get to.

I loved my experience at the new location! The young ladies were very friendly, very helpful and it was a pleasant visit!!

I have been coming to this store for a long time and I am going to have to change because the girl who plows with you innagino wanted me to be new is too rude at least it is with Hispanic people I was on the line for a long time to pay for what She was attending a client for a long time advising her for a color pie that two people must have because she takes her time as other people have all the time I do not know if name but she must have better management for all kinds of client.

No inventory
