Allen who works at pc Richard and son on route 22 in Union, is very helpful in assisting with my purchase today. He has excellent customer skills, very patient, he took his time helping to apply for pc Richard credit card and I was approved instantly and I was able to take the freezer home.Thank you very much Allen for your assistance and excellent customer service.

I am very disappointed!!And it is upsetting!I was lied too, in order to make a sale!I purchased a dishwasher last Saturday Mr. Willi the sale Rep assured me, that the unit was going to be delivered on Saturday the 18, today!I couldnt get through the delivery tracking system and it closed at 2pm.When I called the store I was told then that the unit was going to received at their warehouse if lucky at the end of the month!!!!Who knows now, at this point when I will get it!I strongly believe that I was lied too, to secure the sale.It is really unacceptable.This is bad practice, you are abusing the consumer!I will never speak and refer PC Richard in nice way.👎👎👎👎👎Pascal
