Okay, I had to keep buying mattresses and returning them because they werent firm enough. And then I found this place. David is literally so amazing. He comes to your place. And figures out exactly what you need and they set up everything themselves. Im so happy with the level of firmness. They do a wide variety of firm levels and even soft ones and I couldnt recommend anyone better. Hes a patient guy who always wears a smile and gets you the product you need. The prices are really good for the quality we got. I sleep so well now. Thank you David.

I cannot say enough about my fantastic experience with Sleep Factory Outlet! My son needed a mattress on a days notice. We were so tight on time that we had to limit our search strictly to the route between our home and his apartment - basically Rt. 22 in Union.We were looking for something inexpensive, cash and carry, so we tried Costco, and Bobs Discount Furniture, both to no avail. I then found a couple of favorable reviews for Sleep Factory Outlet online, and their location was perfect for our timing. When we arrived, we werent sure if they were open or not, as the place is more of a workshop than a showroom, and we were there a few minutes before they opened. But luckily David and his father arrived in time to help us out. They educated us on the various types of mattresses available, asked lots of questions about preferences and budget, and narrowed our multiple options down to the most perfect fit for my son. Within an hour and a half, we left the shop with a completely custom, fresh off the sewing table, handmade mattress, box spring, and frame, strapped securely (thanks to David and his dads help) into our truck. They assured us that the quality of this set is so good it could last him decades, and based on the apparent quality of the materials and construction, I believe them. I would say the best part was the price - hundreds of dollars less than we expected to pay - but honestly, the overall experience was just wonderful. These gentlemen were knowledgeable, kind, patient, eager to help, and ridiculously efficient. Their pride in their workmanship is beautiful to see. Oh, and the mattress was so comfortable, Ill eventually be replacing all of our beds with their mattresses!

Fantastic Mattress has been serving me forever now. Its comfortable and is of the highest quality from all of the mattresses I have had the opportunity to try. The stitching and design is premium as well, but i pay attention to these little things and appreciate them. I called Sleep Factory Outlet to get information about their mattresses, and I was immediately impressed with David’s knowledge, and his commitment to customer service. I live out of state, and was looking to purchase a bed for my mom. David asked questions such as my mom’s height, weight, age, mobility etc. to help determine what mattress/size would best suit her needs. I just spoke to David today, and haven’t purchased a mattress from him yet, but I felt compelled to write this review, because I feel he was truly trying to satisfy my mom’s needs, and not just make a sale. I will update my review after I have purchased the mattress/boxspring from David, but I don’t expect my positive experience will change.

I needed to order some custom mattresses for my hunting cabin. Not an easy task until I met Dave and Paul. They worked with me to make the most durable and comfortable mattresses we could find. 100% latex on the inside and 100% vinyl on the outside. These mattresses will last forever!! They can be wiped down and will not absorb any moisture. We are using some for couches we built, and the rest will be used in our sleeping quarters. We ordered 19 mattresses in total and they were completed in less than 4 weeks. Not to mention the great price we got on them was like getting the top of the line Mercedes for Kia pricing. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to you or use them in the future.

Wow. I walked into the store today and saw an artist at work actually making a mattress from scratch. The owner learned the craft from HIS father. I was really touched. The Best firm mattress!Had for 2 months now, Feels really firm as you start lying down on it almost hard, but feels great as you go into your slumber. Replaced a regular spring mattress and now I get a better deeper night sleep and no longer wake up with lower back pain. David and his father really educate you on what goes on under the hood of your mattress. Two weeks... two weeks is all it took to naturally repair three years of back pain.As David said, a mattress isnt a physical therapist, but Ive been doing physical therapy this whole time. I have a muscle condition apparently, which Ive sort of known about my whole life, but it was never this bad. I had tried two new mattresses before this one - a tempurpedic, and a cheap floor model from Sleepys that I took because it wasnt tempurpedic. I figured neither one helped, so it couldnt be the mattress.The difference with Sleep Factory Outlet was that David took the time to listen, and to educate me about what makes a person need a firm or soft mattress. We found the mattress that felt best for me, with all the time and attention in the world, no sense of urgency, and not feeling left alone to my own devices.On top of that, they built me a custom-made pillow exactly to the height I needed, in the shape I wanted, at the size I specified, and Ive never been happier!Finally, for icing on the cake... I was feeling absolutely miserable and even afraid of driving from how much back pain I had just two weeks ago. I felt light headed and afraid of passing out just from being in the car chair for too long, going on the highways. Something to do with my ribs, I think.I explained my situation, and while David was unable to accept credit card over the phone, we worked something out and I was able to send payment to him and receive my mattress and pillow within hours of them being completed, without having to drive over to try them out!Im happy to say that I lucked out with the right firmness, as it feels like a full body hug whenever I lay down. Im getting a solid 8 hours of sleep every night, and Im sleeping in past the sunlight and sounds of people slamming their car doors in the morning. No more back pain!Incredible.

David made me a customized mattress because I suffer from severe back and joint pains. I am always a bit skeptical about mattress stores since the last mattress I had caused me a great deal of pain and discomfort. Then I heard about The Sleep Factory through a friend of mine. Let me tell you, you wont find a more compassionate and friendly person than David!He went out of his way to create the customized mattress from scratch and understood each fine detail to perfection. I could have sworn he was a chiropractor from the amount of knowledge he knew about the human spine and other deteriorating joint conditions caused by cheap quality mattresses. He explained to me why its so important that each person has a mattress custom tailored to their specifications in order to prevent joint pains early on since our bodies change as we age. In one week we got the mattress we wanted custom made. David was incredibly helpful helping us build it as we were unsure what wed want. He suggested a mattress that was actually different on both sides (one side softer, one side firmer) and it has been great. Its is an outlet store and there is always a sale. This small shop is awesome!! I was on Rt. 22 looking for a box-spring and couldnt find any in-stock at the usual big box places. I stumbled upon Sleep Factory Outlet just to see what they had and I am not disappointed. They made a box-spring right in front of me in 15 minutes and it is the best quality I have ever had. Theres not many places you can go to where they make your product right in front of you for a very reasonable price and in the USA! They helped me put it on top of my truck, tied it down and I was on my way. It was a great nights sleep and its all thanks to SFO!

We were a bit hesitant to enter as it has none of the bells and whistles. It is rather small and does not even seem like a place that services retail customers. HOW WRONG WAS I . David sold us what we needed not what he could sell. The focus here is understanding your needs and providing you with an incredible price on only what you need. We purchased 2 bunky boards which he had fabricated for us but upon listening to my description of what was wrong told me my existing oneswere fine. AND VOLUNTARILY GAVE BACK OUR MONEY. Having gone to a few other places, I was well versed in the mansplaining/mattress-splaining that can and does occur. Was on the hunt for a split queen box spring, with no luck due to either astronomical pricing, turnaround time, or poor quality. Ha. Well, well... there is a God after all. The day my mattress was being delivered, I happened to be running errands and noticed the Sleep Factory. Wobbled in with my 7 month preggo self, out of breath, with not that much hope of being able to walk out with what I needed; especially when the Father and Son team said they make everything from scratch. Lol. That triggered all kinds of thoughts (high pricing due to customization, long turnaround time, etc). But by NO means were any of those thoughts the case with these two. They asked when I needed it by and of course the answer was today. I also explained that I wanted the box springs to have a flat top instead of slats for more durability. They showed me one they had made to confirm if it matched what I wanted; I said yes. They gave me a straight price that was jaw dropping compared to all the other places Ive been to and told me to give them 2hrs tops just to be safe for assured quality. I absolutely could not believe what was happening. Lol. Went on my way to finish my errands and as promised, I received a call saying that they were ready for pickup not even 2hrs later. So very sweet natured and patient these two, I arrived just before closing.... the son loaded my van, reminded me to not lift anything and wished me luck with everything. A wonderful experience by far I must say.

My guy David it an extremely detailed guy that pin points the way you want to sleep with exactly how you want to sleep this guy took his time with me and and asked me everything about how I wanted to sleep the materials I liked and everything and made me mattress I couldn’t find in any store across the globe I appreciate his time patients and love for what he does if your mattress isn’t made by Dave and his pops then it wasn’t made with love

I bought a couple of Matresses from this place. The owner is so nice and caring! He spent a long time explaining me the differences between the Matresses and made sure I am doing the right desicion regarding which ones will be the best for my needs. His customer service is excellent!!!I also thought before that I might have back problems... Thank go-d after sleeping on the matress I bought all the back pains disappeared!!Im so happy with the purchase and the customer service.Thank you so much! :)

My wife and I stopped by here to look at sofas. They were rude to my wife and overall extremely unprofessional. We ended up going to another furniture store. The saleswoman there was much more helpful and courteous. Avoid wasting your time here like we did.
