We shopped for a while to get a car for my wife. We wanted something affordable in a current market that has insane prices and crazy markups because of the chip shortage in the car industry. We went to some places were I didnt even want to negotiate, just by hearing the price I wanted to vomit and leave. This was by far the fairest place we went. We got a good car at an affordable price. The reps were genuinely friendly, not the fake vibe you always get at other places. When you get older its easier to spot a fake smile. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are a bit rude but they are to the point I came looking for all electric Hyundai but unfortunately the one I was looking for is not out yet and they actually almost convinced me to get this pick up which looked cool and it’s actually practical thought maybe It would be fun to use it for camping actually a very functional pickup just didn’t like how it looks from the back

Please stay away from this dealer. They’ll sell you a car, and then when there’s a service issue, they dodge you like someone who owes you money. My 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 7,000 miles has been at the dealer for 4 days and I can’t even get a call back or pick up my car. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have a wait list with 15 people to get a loaner. They don’t call you back. All they do is have their service reps consistently apologize on the service manager’s behalf.

Im amazed at the other reviews because my experience was less than satisfactory.I was interested in a particular model in black that I couldnt find elsewhere. After looking at the car this is how the conversation went-So what is the price on this one?- Around XX k but there is a markup of $10k before tax.- Okay. But your website said listed price. Is the mark up for extra features?- You ask any dealer they are marking up by 10-15k.- Not really, I spoke to two dealers yesterday they were selling at listed price plus tax.- Then you should take that.We were bemused at this interaction to say the least. It felt like he lost interest when we said we dont want to apply for a loan. Who really knows. But we did take up the other dealer. Fantastic service.

I submitted a quote with all my information for a Hyundai Hybrid Blue thru the Hyundai USA website on 10/21/21. I received an email asking I contact them regarding the vehicle I was looking for. In speaking with them, I was told I needed to come in to get information. I explained I already own a Tucson Hybrid Blue and was looking for another one. They went ahead and told me the vehicle is in transit and the vehicle would be sold for at least $5,000-$6,000 above MSRP. I explained I am looking for a Tucson at the same cost I bought my other one a month earlier.The tone and matter of fact attitude was palpable and I told them I’m not interested. We hung up and that was it. So today 10/22, I received a text message asking to come in to test drive the vehicle, obviously they did not listen when I told them I have a 2022 Tucson Hybrid already. So I called after my reply to them once again was not answered. They answered the phone and told me she was on break and she will call me shortly. It’s 3hours later and nothing.One thing I will not do is take a ride an hour away to be told the vehicle is not available and there is a line of people waiting. So with that said, regardless of needs, I will never go to the dealership and I recommend you call them, be up front and decide based on your experience.I can prove all of this information. I also have the email trail as well.

This place is a joke. Note that the vast majority of the the 5 star reviews are from new accounts. Someone mentioned they pay for positive reviews. So either they are doing that or this dealership is making their own accounts to post shill reviews. Now look at the 1 star reviews. Most are from people who have posted several reviews for different businesses. These are actual reviews. Dont get fooled by these 5 star reviews. These guys are marking up their cars by 10K, even though they advertise MSRP on their website. Even in the current situation we are in, you can get a car for MSRP at most dealerships.

The financer asked me could he run my credit and I told him a multiple number of times NO please do not run my credit there is no need because I am coming in with a check PAID IN FULL for my car from my credit union. He wanted me to finance through them so they can gain money with interest off me but again I refused because I had a check from my credit union paid in full for the car .T here was no need to run my credit . Also (salesman ) Mr. Reggie Trails offered to return my rental car which he did 5 days late and cost me an extra $182.45 . If I could give zero stars I would because now Im disappointed. I tried to resolve the problem way before this review, but I had no luck. So on that note BUYER BEWARE.

Shady. Exact same terrible experience as Sayali described in her review from a week ago. Im sure were shopping for the same particular Hyundai model. Called to purchase a new 22, which admittedly is the hottest car on the market. Found the car on THEIR website, did the online calculations to order the car for a cash price from THEIR website, which was a good price. I called and spoke to a young man who didnt know what I was talking about, then said those models are selling for $10k over MSRP. I said thats unacceptable, and that this was the buying price on the MAXON site, and other dealers out of state are not over charging customers. I said I was ready to come in and buy it at the price on THEIR website. He had no idea what I was saying and said hed ask someone, but I never heard back. Classic bait and switch to get me in the dealership. Dealers like this taking advantage of customers is disgusting. Im not in a rush, so I will be spending my money elsewhere.

I was in the market to switch out my family SUV and brought my children along car shopping to check out the Hyundai Palisade at Maxon Hyundai. The reason for the one star experience is when I ask the salesman to test drive the Palisade, I was only permitted to test drive the Palisade in the dealership parking lot. I responded that this is not real world driving. He said, he cannot let me test drive it on the road because it would put miles on the vehicle and since its a really hot car, buyers would be apprehensive about buying it with miles on it (a bit contradictory you think?). Needless to say, I left and eventually bought a car elsewhere.

My experience with Saad Barker was excellent... he treated me and my husband like family... There is no salesman that ever went above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Even though he was going back and forth with other customers at Maxon, Saad still managed to listen and get me a car that I would be happy with. He ran back and forth to bring me a few cars so that I can have multiple options to choose from. If you need to buy a car ask for Saad, it was a stright deal, no run arounds. Everyone I spoke to was was very nice. We were greeted immediately after coming in by Saad and also by other salesmen at the dealer. I would definitely recommend Maxon Hyundai, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Terrible Scammers. Beware. They sell you a car with certain extras then deliver one without most of the expensive extras and you are stuck. They intimidate you into not leaving bad reviews and offer you money for it. The most untrustworthy car dealer I have ever experienced. I will be reporting them to the appropriate agencies to ensure they cannot do this to other unsuspecting victims. I am sure the proper agencies investigating will find many discrepancies about this place. 1 star is too much for this place but Zero was not available. Spare yourself the headache and loss of money and go somewhere else.

The worst when it comes to leasing information spoke with someone name John about a payoff amount was very pleasant at first but became very rude when he was asked certain questions pertaining to payoff amount, felt very disrespected. As for sales staff Hector was very nice as usual, organization will help you as much as they can, however, staff shouldnt talk about customers behavior and bargaining techniques in close proximity of other customers not good for business just saying.

Absolutely unprofessional - I called them up and confirmed if they honor true car certificates - they said they will most definitely honor it and when I showed it to them they tell me that they don’t honor the certificate if it is “lesser” than the price they offer.What a joke - basically that just means that they do not honor true car certificates and do not even bother to ask what customers are looking for.Another thing - when we asked for a breakdown on charges put in front of us which was 4K more than market average - they respond with “we can only show what’s the Hyundai system populates. We are NOT obligated to show you the breakdowns coz that’s how people but it from us.”Never go to this place if you want to leave a happy owner.Haven’t had such a bad experience before anywhere and I ve been to about 25 dealerships in the state. Fact that they have so many bad reviews in just 321 speaks for itself
