Listed for $8,800 but total will be $13,000 if I took the car. Doesnt make any sense for that.Subaru should train their manager property! Totally wasted of time. Im paying the car in full cash but thats how they treat me.Terrible!

Open road Subaru was one of the most welcoming dealerships that I have ever gone to. Throughout most of my experience I was working with Charles, he was very nice and treated me with respect. Most other dealership dont even give me the time of day because they see how young I am. This was not the case here, Charles did everything he could to make sure that I would leave happy. He is extremely knowledgeable and does everything in his power to keep his customers informed on what is going on throughout most of the process. He is an expert on anything Subaru, especially on the WRX/STI. He was able to make my dream of owning a Subaru WRX STI a reality.

Price advertised online was not honored. Called ahead to confirm price and car availablilty. They had the car in stock but refused to honor the advertised price citing demand. Guy at the dealer told me it might have been an accident but it was not one, not two, but three vehicles with accidentally low price advertised none were honored.

DO NOT TRUST ONLINE INVENTORY. I was told by two people that a vehicle was in stock, one over the phone, one in person. Asked my daughter to contact and she was not followed up by salesman (Joey) and sales manager, Robert H. sent her an email- “you’ll have plates within the 30 days” no additional info as such. I called open road Subaru and left a message for Joey and Robert H yesterday about this, and neither bothered to call me back.I called my contact at Open Road Mazda, Mark R., that contacted open road directly and the plates and reg. Are going to be overnighted to us tomorrow. Just a heads up in regard to sales and sales f/u at open road Subaru. Happy w car, not w sales follow up

They are asking WAY above MSRP- $5,000-$6,000) yes read that again! The manager was disrespectful and condescending and belittled women. He did not like that I was able to stand up for myself when he started acting rudely. They then mentioned that they work on commission and since we wouldn’t fall for the ridiculous up charge they didn’t have time for us. Meanwhile there was NOBODY in the place. Last time i checked you need customers to make any money. Check out any other location. Do not give them any business.

The biggest waste of my time recently by far! Wilfred reached out to me on the phone and insisted I need to come into the dealership in order for him to give me a price, swore up and down that he was going to work with me and take a good portion off the price that they are a high volume dealership and are willing to sell in bulk instead of a high price point per vehicle, yet after I came all the way down I was told that a good price is MSRP because right now they are selling 2k above sticker price. I wish I had stayed home. Don’t bother with this dealership if they are unwilling to provide you a quote in writing, they are clearly not upfront about their pricing.

Out of the dealerships that I had visited, this location was first off very clean, and second off the staff was noticably on their a-game, David and RJ were 2 of the salespeople that helped me out, and they helped me narrow down exactly what worked best for me. Called to discuss a lease deal and the dealer wanted to add an additional $3500 onto the pre set price. Now I understand additional fees as per the usual with a car dealership but window etching? Then when I tried to negotiate she hung up on me. I will never give open road my business. Not even service. My advice is to shop around because other dealers wont make you add window etching...

We had an extremely positive experience at Open Road Subaru. We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring. Dave Thal was our Sales Expert and he was very knowledgable and helpful. The whole experience from the test drive to to the paperwork was positive. We were out the door in less an an hour after deciding this was the vehicle for us. The price was reasonable and we would highly recommend Open Road Subaru and Dave Thal.

We came in looking for either and Impreza or a legacy and spoke with a larger gentleman who had trouble breathing. We told him we had $2k down and a trade-in and he said he wouldn’t be able to get us at our price point of under $300/month and we said that was fine as long as the car was worth it. He was unwilling to show us anything and just tried to “scare” us away with the “real price”. So we headed over to Richard Lucas Subaru and leased a 2022 Legacy with those same $2k down and the trade. All in all the guy just seemed lazy and there was no one in the dealership so it’s not like he had anything else to do.Edit: He didn’t even bother to ask how our credit was or if we were interested in anything else on the lot.

I had a terrible experience this year with Open Road. I left a deposit on a vehicle. The price was then jacked up when I was ready to pick it up. Used vehicle! Sales person Charles Brown needs another job, selling cars is not for you. He didnt even negotiate. He didnt even offer to put me in another vehicle! I called the manager Will to negotiate. No call back. Well guess what. I loved my Subaru and will recommend them but I will never again recommend Open Road. Go to World of Subarus.

Even after our purchase when we had a few questions, Tiffany never failed to respond and help us.When we noticed we were missing screws for the Foresters cargo area after removing the cargo separator option, the Service staff was friendly and helpful in assisting us with obtaining the correct screws. When we noticed an option that we purchased was not installed as it should of at the factory, Tiffany, Rob the General Manager and Chris in Service all helped to see that the option was ordered and scheduled to be installed.Everyone we interacted with at Open Road Subaru was fantastic. I recommend any other Subaru dealer in the state. These guys are definitely your typical sketchy salesmen which is so disappointing at a Subaru. They don’t honor prices for national deals, even when they say they will over the phone and you drive 40 minutes, and then they give you the complete runaround. Absolutely do not recommend. Im having a very tough time believing their 5 star reviews are actually real people, particularly for the certified pre-owneds because theirs dealership fees are absurd. Their manager is probably the worst out of all so don’t fall for his games. Go to Wayne Subaru and ask for John. Can’t recommend him enough. By the time we got to Wayne from Open Road Subaru, there were already two other couples who also came straight from Union. I believe we all also left with cars from Wayne Subaru in a matter of an hour. That should tell you all you need to know. Before I am given a generic we actually do not care to fix things but are pretending we do response: I already emailed your manager and told him the same thing. You are taking advantage of people because the economy is currently working in your favor, eventually there will no longer be a car shortage, and people will remember how terribly you treated them (marking up the m.s.r.p. by thousands when people lost cars in a flood is completely unethical). When that time comes, I hope they find their Subaru elsewhere like we were fortunate to do.

I have nothing but good things to say about both Open Road Subaru!!! A few weeks ago, I decided it was time to make the first big purchase of my life. My father, having previously visited Open Road and spoken with a salesman he really liked, called to find out his name so we could revisit with him. His name was Steven WolfeI would recommend working with him. From the get-go, he was kind and knowledgable and didnt push anything on us or try to oversell. He gave us a tour of the car, a 2020 Subaru Outback Limited, showing its features and cool things he himself and other customers had liked in the past. When I showed interest, he elaborated on additional features. I had come from a 2011 BMW x3, and was looking for comparable features. Steven made sure I got EVERYTHING I was looking for in my new vehicle.We were able to take it for a test drive, and he went the extra mile to move around vehicles so I could test drive THE car I wanted, rather than another car that was the same model. We came back two times, having made appointments, to see the vehicle before purchase, and each time we were assisted in a timely manner.I was able to trade in my current vehicle at a very fair price, finance my new one, and take it home, cleaned and detailed to perfection, all in the same day. Everyone we dealt with (Steven, the manager, the financing office and other staff members) were friendly, patient and knowledgeable.After my purchase, Steven came out to the car with me and gave me a tutorial of how to use it, helped me pair my phone, and set it up so everything was ready for me to drive home.Even after purchase, he continues to be a great resource, responding to my emails in a timely manner. Whether it takes me a week or more to respond back at times, he always replies with the punctuality of someone who really cares. Knowing that even after I made the purchase, I still get the same kind of service as when I was initially looking to buy a car as a new customer is a great feeling. I love my Outback more and more every time I drive it! Cannot recommend this place enough!
