The absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The front desk knows nothing. No one is ever available to speak with. My car temp tag expired and they still have not contacted me or mailed me my registration and plates. My lawyer will be in contact soon. All the poor reviews are accurate. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have gotten nowhere. Just a major headache and a car I cannot drive because I have no plates.

Bought a 2016 Black Range Rover…nice, loaded LWB. They definitely have a nice selection of luxury vehicles….gonna keep this short though, you better off finding another place! The owner here, he’s a fast talking scam artist. He make up his own rules and contracts as he go…not good business at all! Save yourself the drama and headache! Don’t buy your car here!

This dealer is a fraud, do not buy anything from them. They will over promise and under deliver with a bunch of lies. They tried selling me a flood car and they tried to hide it but when I asked them about it thats when they became nasty to me and didnt want to give me my deposit back. I wouldnt buying anything from them because they are FRAUD

If you want to get taken advantage of then you picked the right place, theyll also throw in some horrible customer service and will treat you like complete garbage while youre trying to buy a car. I definitely dont recommend this place.

After reading other one-star reviews I came across one that said this company changed its name due to the negative backlash it was getting. Their previous business name was BRILLIANCE AUTO. You can Google it for yourself it comes right up with the same address as AUTOPIA CARS. The ratings are much lower than the ratings on here with WAY MORE HONEST REVIEWS. Ill keep making reviews to save others from a financial headache of hell. So please save your money and do your research thoroughly and dont shop with these professional scammers.

Great cars. They are a rip off. They add all over $6000 to the price. I thought all the fees and taxes were included only to find out i still have to register the car and paid another $3000. Since I got my car nothing but issues trying to get it resolved .Then they finally fixed it .They had my car for a week . No phone calls keeping me updated about anything.Than when I finally came to pick my car up. They told me one of the workers crashed my car smh. Then I had to chase them down to fix it .Once I dropped my car off no complimentary car or anything. I had to be with out a vehicle and taking a financial loss smh. Im still in shock that this is suppose to be a luxury dealership with poor customer service and they dont provide loaner cars.I should not even had to ask about a car to drive since your establishment crashed my car. Lets not forget that I had my vehicle less than a week when all of the shenanigans started.

I live in PA and had to drive to them 3 times just for them to never help or even come close to resolving an issue. dont let the nice laid back salesmen fool you with how awful this place is. the only good reviews come from the fact that if you leave them a good review while in the dealer they give you a $20 off gas coupon. this place is a joke...

Spent a lot of time at dealer was given an out the door price that was manageable, walked into finance office and suddenly it was $3,000 more. Did us a “favor” and took $1500 off of it, still had us $1500 more than we were told we could get it for after taxes and fees. Was told they had to get approval for even that price. Said okay they would give us a call Monday with their final price. Never heard from them. Dont waste your time unless youre okay getting bullied for an extra $3,000 dealer fee on top of sticker price(not including taxes and fees).

Trash. They wont keep their word. They will make you wait an unspeakable amount of time. They also wont do what they say.Highly advise to stay away. Find yourself ANY OTHER car dealer as I am sure itll be an improvement.

Received an offer through Truecar.com for a car at Autopia. We made an appointment to see the car a day later. We drove over an hour to the dealership. As we walked to the salespersons desk, he asked about financing. I told him we had our own. He then gave me the cash price of the car, which was $4500 more. I controlled my laughter and said no way! That was strike one. He took us to the car to look at and to test drive. It was not ready. It was behind a few cars, filthy, and the interior smelled like it hadnt been opened in months. Strike two. Then he couldnt start the car. STRIKE THREE! We told him forget it and walked away. No attempt was made by anyone to ask us what was wrong or if there was anything they could do. We didnt even get a follow up call. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Rude, the woman hung up on me and told my parents to call! Im almost 50! A man called back (apparently I sound like a girl) . “Don’t you kids have anything better to do? Im calling your parents. Have your father call me, and hung up. Im a MALE car collector. But I better find a real man to call them as they have no respect for women. Shame!

My first experience buying a vehicle and honestly my worse. Had to return the car literally second after purchasing. Couldn’t even drive it off the lot. Never did I expect a car salesman to tell me to take a car that isn’t even off the lot down to autozone, especially knowing it wasn’t a drivable vehicle. They lied about the car history as well and it’s service record. Almost couldn’t believe what happened today. The head mechanic at the dealership even told me he doesn’t know what the issue was with the vehicle. The wait was horrendous and the customer service even worse. I was even more appalled when the dealer followed me to Boston market to try and still sell me the vehicle. They even lied and parked the car up the block and called the so called “mechanic from autozone” who couldn’t tell me the problem with the car. Turns out the “manager” was the person on the other line pretending to be the “autozone mechanic”. Beyond ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend the dealership. Unless you like your time wasted that is.
