I only come here if I’m desperate. Some of the employees are great and extremely helpful. Others are just plain awful. Sandwiches are not good, and the service is painfully slow. Even the simple items like fruit are usually bordering inedible. I only frequent this store bc of its close proximity to my job.

This store Has a lotto machine that doesn’t print the tickets right I’ll let him know about three days ago came today back to play thinking that they fix it but when I got the tickets I have the same problem, i’ll let the associate know about it again and she got mad she told me if you know that machine is not good why you keep using it. I told her if anybody here put a sign there that the machine printing is not working I won’t use it.definitely some of the associate in this store needs Customer care training

I observed the lady making sandwiches wipe sweat from her face and continued to make sandwiches with her unwashed hands. While speaking to me with her head down over my sandwich, sweat or saliva was present. She became indignant when I asked for another sandwich. The Manager response to what I observed was that they have the option to wear mask. My issue was not that she was not wearing a mask, but that my food was exposed to her bodily fluids

This has got to be the dirtiest quick Chek I’ve ever been to. Nothing is being restocked very messy

Ordered through my app 30min before and said to pickup at 2pm for curbside. I get there to call that I arrived and they didn’t answer my phone call until the 4th call. They said they’re still working on my order. It’s 2:30 and still nothing so we go inside and the girl said they’re still bagging my order when 2 other employees are standing there talking to each other.... it wasn’t even a big order and they had more than enough time to fulfill it. Don’t come here honestly it’s a waste of time.

A few weeks ago we had a small get together and since it was outdoors we decided on subs. You had a special buy 4 subs get one free. I went to your Union location but only to get a menu buy you did not have one so I was leaving Becky saw that and asked if she could help me. I said i wanted to take a paper menu to call in an order but you do not have them. Becky saved the sale with her excellent people skills and service. She told me to ask for her manager Jamie if i had any questions. I called in my order and the woman who took my order was excellent also. I saw Jamie when i came the next day to pick up my subs and the order was perfect. Also it was on time. People at the party said that the sandwiches were really good. I was very pleased and will use your deli again. Thank you Becky Jamie and the gal who took my order. Fantastic service and food. Also Jamie changed my order to a catering order and saved me a little money. Again thanks. Mark Billich

Been coming here less and less. For the 20 years Ive been coming here, the past 10 years its always been on decline. Coffee either out or cold. Sandwiches never right. Super slow

Extremely rude at food station

First impression counts a whole lot, my first experience ever at a quick check and I’m so disappointed, I didn’t know how the place works, order on your own then pay somewhere then pick up somewhere, quite confusing for what I’m used to since I’ve been in hospitality for 14 years at the airport at that where you meet thousands of different personalities, attended countless customer service classes for my job so yeah I know what customer service supposed to feel like. Anyway the whole place and vibe SUCKS. The cashier that rang my items in, Josephine was the absolute WORST. Makes me never want to visit this place again. Management, please do look into this I’m sure I’m not the only feeling this way and I’m sure it’s hurting the business.

Disappointing as usual. I dont frequent this particular one that often and when I do it SUCKS!! Its not hard to make a buttered roll and it does not need an attitude from the worker behind the counter with the bonnet on, or any of them. Very few workers here have a pleasant attitude. Thank God I can make my own coffee!!! I love QuickChek....just not this one.....here I come 7-Eleven!!!!

This Quick Check was never going to win any awards but it serves its purpose for the most part. The coffee station is decent but the creamer/ dairy section that goes with it is lame. About 15 dairy options with one vegan option - Soy milk. We just had to have five 2% milks? We really couldnt use some of that budget for an almond milk or two? Wack.

This may be the worst Quick Chek I have ever seen. For the record as a Frito Lay employee, Ive been to many many Quick Cheks,. The service is non existent. Regular items are never in stock. If only there was an alternative near by. Lack of competition is the only thing keeping this location open.

This is a decent stop. The restrooms are using Lee clean but it lacks a urinal in the mens restroom. This location makes their signature sandwiches but it misses the avocado veggie option. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

The display is beautiful. The clerk feels good too.

I am a quickchek fan. And this quickchek today May 18th at 7:46 p.m. all three of the young ladies that were on staff were very pleasurable and thats a very good thing for customer service coming from young people. Even the customers were very polite and conversational thank you to the gentleman that held the door for us that day!!!

Just visited one branch at about 3:15 today, bought a snickers bar and chips, some lottery. Cashier did not give me a receipt for the food items. The snickers bar expired 10/2020!!!??!Mad.
