Love this place! The staff Is truly amazing, helpful, and friendly! Horse back riding, archery, kitchen/cafeteria, laser tag, front desk, and actually all the staff were amazing and helpful! Gave 2 stars because unfortunately, our room had such an incredible smell of mold/mildew, it was really was unbearable to spend time in the room... so much so that I dreaded going back to the room in the Nevada wing (1st floor) and spending any time there. We had to sleep with face masks on so not to breathe that stuff in and remove the smell. Really gross! 😒

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to. They’re orderly, professional and personable. Every time I go they greet you and always have your orders on time. Diego is one of the best baristas. He takes a personal interest in the customers and and is so efficient. Love starting my mornings here at this SB!

Just the best, nice friendly staff. Im a Uber driver and got cut off on my delivery route and spilled the customers drink. When I went back, they remade the order quickly,politely and with no questions. Just the Best 👍

Starbucks of Union, that one on rd 22 is one of the best Starbucks I enjoy going too. They really quick and always get my drink right. The Guys there super Fast and Always in fire, they all so nice and they will get your drink all the time. If they missed it up they will make you another one.Highly Recommended 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

I love the pumpkin and banana loaf they have. The strawberry again refresher is good as well.

I enjoyed this Starbucks. It’s usually very easy to order what you want and than just hi and pick it up. The employees are very attentive and kind.

This Starbucks has to have the poorest inventory manager. On at least 5 occasions they did not have one ingredient or the other. Today no whip cream, last week no crunch for the Ribbon Crunch, and the week before that there was no oatmilk. Its like really tiring that this a persistent thing at this location. The staff is always friendly but it appears they cant manage inventory properly.

The place has curbside pick up, and says goto app and check in. but app does not have that feature for this store it seems. You have to go into the store to get your stuff, as there is no drive through also. Quality wise no issues

Me and two others customers had received the wrong order. The redhead who was making the drinks had such a terrible attitude to her coworkers and was basically shoving drinks away instead of being helpful. My matcha latte was gross. Just tasted like watery green milk, no match. Thank you to the other workers that were just doing their jobs and I apologize for what you have to deal with.

The people that work here are great. Love the vibes and its done in a timely manner.

Hard to find parking at this Starbucks. The lot is always full. Once you are in it moves fast enough. They are friendly. Sometimes at this Starbucks I find cups I have had my eye on at other Starbucks on sale. This makes me happy. They always get my order correct here.

Place has ample space and is clean. Staff was nice but a little chatty among themselves. They almost forgot my order if I didnt remind them. It didnt make sense waiting there for my order when there wasnt too many customers waiting.

Drink was so good (dragon drink) but they did not fill up to the top. When i asked the employee there to please fill it, she got upset. After filling it, she put it on the counter and turned away even though my had was out. I will have to visit a different location next time

The service is great here.The people that work here are very nice.Once I had came to pick up a order my boss had ordered. Unfortunately he had ordered to the wrong Starbucks but the lady that worked there was still willing to give us our order without having to pay for a second time.Definitely will be coming here more often just from the great customer service that was given to me.

I had a normal experience as I usually do at Starbucks. The barista took my order with no issues and they made my order correctly. I was pretty much in and out which is a first. Everything was organized and clean in the location as well.

Tried the irish cream cold brew..it was very good! However, the cashiers approach was a bit too uptight in my opinion. What can I get you isnt the proper way you greet someone! Customer service needs to be improved there. Happy holidays!

Starbucks is my happy place. My favorite store is union NJ. I feel like I am home with family there.Everyone is pleasant and knows my drink of choice, Unless I change it up once in a whileAlways greeted with a big hi and smile and asked usual? I smile and say yes. .When things are sad or things are not going well I stop in and my world is brighter and better after I get my starbucks.

This place is usually pretty great. However, the Batista (who I assume was the manager) working tonight 12/23 at 9pm was rude and refused to make my drink (warm caramel apple spice with a pineapple infusion). This has been done for me at multiple other locations.

Staff was close to closing time yet they are very helpful with some special orders we had they are polite and nice and it was much appreciated.

I primarily rely heavily on my app to place orders while I am on the go. The store located on the middle island of US-22 is one of the two main stores I frequent and neither has ever kept me waiting or delivered a bad experience so far. My orders are always ready when I arrive and the staff have been completely accommodating on the rare occasion I have a question or issue.

Great service

The Route 22 Starbucks near Springfield/Union is a refuge. Literally while it was storming out, I was cozy and warm in this oasis in the middle of the highway. I find my drinks are always delicious. The baristas always friendly and entertainingly quirky. Its a great bucks experience every time.

Although I prefer local coffee shops, I get my flat white fix from here sometimes.

This is my go to starbucks while i am at work. Today i went in there and the store was not able to make my everyday drink Chris was very nice and made the best coffee ive purchased yet. Chis was very kind a provided outstanding customer service and i will go back and ask chris to make my drink again and again Thanks Chris !

Its decent, clean and never had a problem with any drink I ordered. My only concern is the wait time. Its hit and miss on how long it will be to get your order. It kinda sucks to see one person making like 50 drinks at a time.

The staff is really friendly and quick. Deducted one star because the location wasnt super clean. Garbage was overflowing and I had to wipe down my table.

Starbucks really tried it smh....I came in to get some work done tonight and I havent been here in a while so they must have done some renovations. Clearly, they wanted to make it as uncomfortable and uninviting as they possibly could. They turned the seating area into a 1995 college dorm common room. Everything is wooden and the seats and tables are low and extremely uncomfortable. They must not want people sitting in here. The set up is really whack. I cant believe they did the customers dirty like this, no more lattes for me.

The employees are excessively rude! They speak down to other and constantly make drinks incorrectly. The manager is great however the store is very disorganized and not cleanly at all. They never refill any of the milk or cream.

Everything about this Starbucks is amazing! Except one thing..the amount of staff. This Starbucks is one of the most popular Starbucks in the tristate area and yet theres only 2 people working behind the counter at the busiest times of the day. Even with a Mobil order there is a VERY long wait. That needs to be updated everything else is amazing the staff itself are very friendly and the drinks are made amazingly as well. I come to this Starbucks all the time just try to avoid it during busiest times!

Starbucks was clean. Space was accommodating for an average amount of patrons. Staff was semi-friendly. I inquired on a new beverage and did not get a thorough response, more of a yes-no type answer in what I was hoping to be a more descriptive response for a new product.

This review is specifically for the Union Route 22 location. The employee that was handling cashier duty couldnt figure out how to handle the persons order ahead of me and the other two employees, rather than taking my order at the other register, simply let me wait it out while their fellow employee at the register floundered his way through.The decor in this particular location is a bit underwhelming compared with many other Starbucks locations Ive been to, and doesnt entice a future re-visit.My cold brew with cold foam was fine but overpriced at $4.21 for a grande size.

Welll i have to admit that delivery + Starbucks equals total addiction for me and my office mates. Now, no one has to bother with the stop, we just setup delivery and its so convenient.

Ive been to at least 50 different Starbucks. And this location is consistently great quality and service. Id go as far as say my favorite Starbucks location. They brew and mix drinks just right and always friendly.

Barista was super cheap with the amount of coffee served. I ended up giving the coffee back to her and walking out. Very disappointed needless to say.

Great service! Quality product. Cons: During rush hour and peak periods waiting line spills out onto North Ave Eastbound. To avoid traffic hazard turn at traffic light onto Elizabeth Ave. Theres a side entrance off Elizabeth.Storage space is limited. They frequently run out of supplies for popular items. If you use the mobile App and prepay they will either credit you for items theyve run out of or have a plan B substitute.

I dont care for the coffee, but the breakfast food is delicious.

Drinks are made great. The wait for drinks to be made can be a little long at times. Even with Mobile ordering Ive waited a long time for my drinks. They lack in baristas, especially during busy times. Sometimes theres only one barista making drinks and the amount of people waiting is ridiculous. But overall the staff is friendly and the location is clean.

Theres nothing worse than employees throwing shade on another employee who is not there to defend himself. That colored my experience at this Starbucks tonight.

Starbucks is Starbucks, great coffee, food and atmosphere. The new one on Rt. 35 in Wall is quick, the staff is nice and the drinks and food are exactly as you expect from Starbucks.

Bad experience. Line was not too long, yet wait was tremendous. Seemed like there were enough people working but couldn’t handle the orders. And the barista failed to put mocha sauce in a Java Chip Frappuccino. It’s a core component of the drink. #starbucksfail

The one thing I wish is there was better customer service here. Also where it is located on 22 its hard to get in and out of. Usually only go to on weekends early morning so dont have to deal with traffic.
