This was my first visit to Dr. Arnold’s office. I haven’t had an eye exam in a very long time since I had Lasik many years ago. After finding her on line with a Google search, I made my appointment. Dr. Arnold herself is so sweet and kind and knowledgeable. I felt totally comfortable with her and trusted her diagnosis and recommendations. And I never felt rushed. She took her time with me. The staff is equally as nice. Julie (I apologize if that’s not her name) helped me choose my frames. It was good for me to not have to stand there and try to figure it out alone! She recommended a few different options and I went with her first recommendation as well. The office is very clean!!! I’m so happy I found Dr. Arnold. She will definitely be my family’s new Optometrist moving forward. :)

The staff were warm and friendly and Dr Arnold was very pleasant, informative and didnt make me feel like she was in a rush. Im so glad I found this place. If you are uncertain about the look you are going for they even offer to help you out and give their honest opinion. Great experience! Doctor Arnold and staff were genial and super friendly. Came 10 minutes early and I was taken right away. The doctor was very transparent and answered a couple of questions I had at the end of my exam, didn’t seem rushed at all. Only concern is when scheduling my appointment. I tried calling their office multiple times to no avail. Finally, only when I made an online appointment did they get back to me a few days later. I believe this is the only area that could use improvement, otherwise great office, welcoming staff and quick appointment process!

I have worn glasses and contacts for years and decided to have cataract surgery to improve my vision. After the surgery I still couldn’t see clearly and was confused about what to do, especially since I have wet macular degeneration in one eye. Trying on reading glasses at the drug store wasn’t doing the trick! Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Sally Bregman and all my concerns dissipated. As well as being incredibly competent, she is a caring and comforting professional. Using state of the art technology she assessed my vision and gave me the proper prescription for my daily uses. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Bregman more highly; she provides the kind of care that should be the gold standard for all health care. If you are concerned about your vision, prescription, or have any optical concerns, make an appointment with her … you won’t regret it.

Although I am a long-time patient of Dr. Bregman’s, this was my first time seeing her at NJ Vision. I was very impressed. Everything ran as smoothly as it could. There was a definite sense of organization and care taken with every aspect of the visit. In addition to Dr. Bregman herself, everyone else there was also exceptionally helpful, pleasant and capable.

The receptionist was unkind and inpatient. She didn’t even try to help with the insurance papers and was telling me that she had other patients that will soon show up and that I should hurry up.

Dr Arnold is a great eye doctor. She knows how to explain to her client and her eye exams are done perfectly. My problem has to with the payment for exams, that has been done within the duration period. (A year). I did my eye exam in October 2019 and I paid $550.00 for the exam and got a pair of glasses that sum up (total $1,100.00 or almost this amount but it was over a $1000.00). My glasses was ready within a week and half. After two weeks upon receiving my glasses, unfortunately my handbag got stolen at a baby shower with my glasses and documents, credit cards etc. I went at the office to let the staff know about my unfortunate situation and since indeed the exam was done just within a month (it’s yearly exam). And my prescription was already with the office, if they could allow me to purchase a pair of glasses that I choose for $500.00 plus, along with my prescription, be placed in the glasses, since I’d just did the exam less than a month? And I was told to pay again $550.00 for my prescription plus the glasses, and I will be given 20% less. I asked how much would that be? And she (the staff) gives me a total of $950.00 . I requested for my prescription . Because it was way too much for me to pay for an eye exam twice in a month! Besides that, the exams are the best!

Dr Arnold and staff are professional, attentive and thorough. The office is flowing all CDC guidelines. Dr Arnold is great. I travel an hour each way to continue to see her.

My appointment today was great. There wasn’t a long waiting time period to see my Doctor. My treatment for my eyes went well. Doctor Arnold explained to me the procedure and made sure that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Also told me if I experience any pain or discomfort I can call to reach her.

Ive been wearing glasses since the 3rd grade. In 2014 I started going to Dr. Arnolds office. Its been my best experience going to an eye doctor. They have the latest equipment for your eye exam, and Tuli finds you the best frames for your face. Vanessa takes care of all your paperwork and they are all very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Every instrument, room, and pair of frames is sanitized, patients are timed in their visits for minimal overlap. I went to dr. Arnold for a Blephex treatment. Not only was she pleasant and thorough, she did a wonderful job explaining, to me, my condition and how to follow up with her and with home care. I really felt comfortable with her and confidant I am in good hands. She even went beyond the treatment and tailored the appointment to my particular needs. She took her time with me and welcomed any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her and will be back.

The office is clean and careful about Covid-19, sanitizing and wearing masks, with sanitizer available for clients. Dr. Arnold is thorough in her examination and explains everything very well. The glasses you buy there are insured for a year and there are plenty of frames to pick from. You can take your time picking frames, too. The glasses can be expensive if you get the best no-line trifocals with Verilux lenses and built in sunglasses, and no glare, etc., also depending on the frames you choose, which range in price, but the staff is polite and helpful and Dr. Arnold is excellent.

It has been 10 years since I had my eyes checked I went on google and found Dr. Arnold and called the office for an appointment and they got me in the same day. When I walked in the door the girl at the front desk was very nice and did did some test on me prior to meeting with Dr. Arnold. She explained every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. I then met with Dr. Arnold who was awesome and explained everything to me as we went through the exam. After the exam I needed glasses and Tuli helped me with picking out glasses who was awesome and did such a great job she made me feel so comfortable and was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly staff and Dr. Arnold is very professional and explains everything in terms so you understand whats going on. She has some pretty neat equipment that takes pictures of the insides of your eyes. She and her staff will do whatever it takes to make the patient happy. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Arnold is nice but I won’t be coming back. Everything that could’ve gone wrong went completely wrong here!!! I moved to Union recently and made an appointment on the 12/2/2017. After my eye exam, Dr. Arnold recommended dual vision digital lenses (Don’t remember the exact name) which sounded great if one used their glasses to stare at screens all day but I explained to her that I only used my glasses for night driving and don’t think I’d benefit much from them. She insisted that I try them and if I didn’t like them to come back and they’d be replaced so...I agreed. Fast forward, 1 week later(12/8) I received my glasses and after trying them on I immediately noticed something was wrong because I was nauseous the moment they went on my face. I told her what I was feeling. She told me this was somewhat normal when switching from one prescription/lenses to another and to go home and try them for a week and come back if it continued. My gut told me there’s no way this was getting better but I trusted her so I took them home. I tried putting them on everyday but could not last one minute in them. I’d get really nauseous and even developed headaches at times. After the week ended, I went back to the office on 12/19 where she performed another exam. It turned out the prescription for my left eye was completely wrong. She made the correction and said she would expedite but could not guarantee I’d get my glasses back before Christmas. This I expected. What I didn’t expect was not receiving my glasses until two days ago on 1/8/2017. I go to pick them up and Dr. Arnold apologized for the delay and noted the reason was because they were lost, had to be reordered, then were out of stock...etc. Now the best part...I try them on and they were still not right somehow (definitely better what they sent before but still wrong). It took all I had for me not to cry. She knew something was wrong just by the look on my face. She took me to the exam room, did a couple of tests, and said to go home try them for 2-3 weeks and see if it gets better. At this point I told her it might be the lenses and requested I be put back on my old lenses but I got the same response to go home and try. I’m mentally and emotionally exhausted from this ordeal. Perhaps I’m just an anomaly but by far the worst experience I’ve had. I’m hoping I can just return these glasses and go back to my old eye doctor. Explained the situation to my insurance company and they asked that I contact the Dr. and see if she would just reverse the claim so I can go some place else. I will try. It’s just a bad situation...just one of those moments in life.

She explained my condition and gave me a referral to get myself started. The office visit was very positive and more valuable than I expected. I am recommending to others.
