Asian guy kept stirring at my son and I as if we were going to steal a glasses. I ordered my sons glasses and it took a month to be done when they told me 2 weeks. I went there twice to check on the glasses and I was told one story to another. I had to go there the third time to pick it up. No one called me about the delay and they were unapologetic. Just dont go there. They are terrible

Usually great service but a guy told me to wait 5 minutes and I ended up waiting a hour fifteen I just left an came a different day. When I did come the next time everything was fast I also called after the snowstorm to ask if my glasses will be ready in time considering the weather a lady picked up and told me that they would come a week later but then I got a call from the same guy that help me when I came in the second time (I’m not sure if his name)and he told me my glasses are ready the next day after I called her. Luckily I gave her my updated number so they were able to contact me.Seems like the staff is not on the same page with the newer hires.

They used to have great service? However they have gotten lazy. The young girl that works the front office where the doctor is, is very rude and condescending.

Excellent place to go for emergent care or get a new pair of glasses or contacts. Dr. Kravitz was about as personable and professional as can be even though I hadnt visited in ages. All the technicians and staff are equally great, helpful and attentive at all times. I got an eye exam, and all the help and suggestions I could need at a great, fair price. Also picked out a new frame and lenses and felt welcome to stay as long as I needed.Excelente lugar, con buen trato y atención al cliente. El precio para el examen de vista fue justo y la oferta de armaduras es muy amplia. Se encuentran de todos los precios, los módicos se exhiben en la pared del lado derecho, y los mas caros y finos, en la del lado izquierdo.

Excellent services love the doctor! I can’t remember he’s name at all I think is DR kravist he’s the coolest doctor ever. He was very kind and patient I don’t know about other people reviews but is definitely at good place to have an accurate eye exam. I highly recommend it!

I really liked the doctor at this Walmart location. The frames are not the best quality but then again this is Walmart so I knew what to expect. Overall, my experience was great.

It was difficult to make an apt. Unfortunately my daughter an I had the FLU so I had to work the day of the apt. I asked if I can come in later, the latest was 30min. So I rushed from work, nearly got into 3 accidents, to get there exactly at 1:30, to not be helped. By the time I was noticed it was 1:40. Then the DR came in asked who was here first, I said myself, and noted my apt time. He said I was late, which I requested a preferred time from one of the technicians, and I was told 30 min, and made it there by that time. He told me he had to take the later apt since I was late. I explained to him what happened and how I was still here before that next apt. & the customer, he still refused to see me until after her apt, which I could have been at work, or not trying to kill myself to get there at a certain time. Fine. The DR finally saw me but nixed all of my questions and symptoms. They didnt even give me a glaucoma test, and I told him about 3 times the lens he was showing me werent clear. I hope when I pick my glasses up, theyre a match. By the looks of the reviews Ill probably be getting my refund and taking my prescription else where!

Dislike how they do not carry any astigmatism contact lenses. Needs to be ordered. Eye exam and everything else was great but when needing a last minute pair of contacts or box, I have to place an order with them.

I had to drive from far, we had trafic in the way and I called to asked if they can wait for me 5 mins, we got there at 8:01 . 1 min past the closing time, and they didnt want to give my husband his glasses because the guy just had left a few minutes before.

The entire staff and optometrists are great !!!!! Our whole has been going there for 7 years. They all work very hard, and are patient especially when they are very busy.

Staff on the phone is very rude!! This guy was like.. you dont know what prescription your wearing after 6months!?! SO not nice.. then hes like you gotta call over to the Kearny.. and hung up. No goodbye nothing. JUST RUDE!!

Staff there is odd and not very friendly, area is somewhat disorganized, waited 30 min even though i had an appointment. doctor didnt tell me till i got there that he no longer participated in my insurance.

Worst customer service. The older woman in the back thats supposed to do exams was very rude. Before we were sent in the back to the lady the guy wasnt as friendly either.

Always had a good experience, been going to this optical center for a very long time.

The worst customers service ever. If your going to order contacts order them through another Big Box Store or Online service. These folks dont have answers dont call back and leave you on hold till you hang up 15 minutes later. Very unprofessional.
