I genuinely believe this might be the worst Walgreens. None of the staff or pharmacist’s (except Nicole, she’s amazing) have a clue what’s happening. Ive been given the wrong Prescription and wrong quantities numerous times. The medication can be in stock, and prior authorization approved, and still you wait forever for a refill. If you don’t call and follow up, AGAIN, they will never refill it. Everyone here is inept and should not be working with medication because they are a liability. The one in Linden is great, but I have recently moved and unfortunately have to go to this Walgreens on chestnut street which is a circus.

Ive been a customer for this pharmacy for 20 years since it was a rite aid.it is a shame to see the rapid decline here.Horrible customer service in the pharmacy!The pharmacy is non responsive to phone calls. I waited over 30 minutes 3 times before I hung up.No pharmacist doctor follow up.They constantly say the are taking care of vaccines as an excuse.well you know what limit the vaccers and take care of your customers!I am leaving and wont look back!

This has the best pharmacy in Union County. Not only are the pharmacist and text very nice but don’t spend as much time as you need answering your questions. My favorite store out of all the drug stores in Union County. Long-time customer and highly recommend it

In the last six months this has turned out to be the worst Pharmacy ever

I feel like this review is a must. This Walgreens has 2 managers that always go above and beyond. Monica and Dianne. These 2 managers especially during this pandemic have gone out of there way to make sure I had what I needed. If it wasn’t in stock they made other suggestions or let me know a good day to come in to possibly find what I needed. I’ve never gotten that kind of customer service at any other Walgreens. I continue to come in because of the excellent service that I’ve gotten. Monica and Dianne are the best! I will always continue to do business here if these 2 are there.

Make sure you dont need a passport photo their camera never works

This is my go to spot. They have everything I need. It’s a Rite Aid, nothing more and nothing less. No complaints from me :)

Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. I miss the rite Aid that used to be there. I am switching my business over to CVS.

Employee tried to fight me over a parking spot that had nothing in comes at me saying if you want to fight lets go just happened if actions are not taken on employee I will further it higher up even get police involved tried to fight me got in my face no mask on all employees where no masks

I like shopping there but the downside to it is the staff, they are all rude except the managers, the cashier today (her name is shazia I believe) got extremely overwhelmed and almost passed out when I asked her to use a 5$ rite aid holidays coupon on my 56$ purchase, she started yelling at me and called the manager. Unbelievable!SMH..Serious anger management issues! The manager looked chocked by her odd attitude.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.I came here last year and the pharmacist MIXED UP my anti-depressants with my mother’s DAIBETIC MEDICATIONS. Had I not noticed me and my mother’s health would have been SEVERLY AFFECTED.DO NOT COME HERE. My worst mistake was not sueing when I had the chance.

I called Rite Aid and specifically asked the pharmacy if they had mercury free flu vaccines. They assured me that they did so we packed up the whole family and went down to get the vaccine. When we got there we asked the pharmacy technician if she was sure the vaccine was mercury free. She said that it was both mercury free and preservative free. The manager who was behind the counter also said that it was preservative free . When they got the vaccine out I asked to see the box and sure enough right on the box was the warning that the vaccine contained mercury. The pharmacist was standing right there and also had concurred that the vaccine was mercury free. Apparently no one had read the bottle even though we had asked several times. This is a very dangerous pharmacy.

I got there five minutes before closing, and the doors are locked. The employees saw me and walked away

Extremely rude manager and a girl at the cash counter. No sense of customer service, they talk down to customer. Stay away from this store

Pharmacy is understaffed! dropped off was told come back in two hours, after returning more than 3 hours later prescription was not ready. had to wait 30min while other people waited 5 min after dropping off. No type of organization or order! changing pharmacy!

Staff is not friendly cashier was paying more attention to her phone then the customers.
