Buying a car was easy and the prices were very reasonable. Taylor was helpful and honest. I enjoyed buying my car here.
Bob is a good and honest guy. Owner was a good guy too. I love the car. Smooth experience. Will do business with again.
I had a good experience with Taylor my salesman he explained the car and the deal.Got a good deal. LBSI helped me get a good work car within my budget. I will continue to shop there in the future. Thanks !
My husband and I bought 3 vehicles from here are first being a van a older van but it ran great we drove it to VA Beach but than my husband wrecked it.. than 3 years ago we went back and ended up buying 2 cars a Ford f150 and a mini van 2013 town and country and we still have them today and drive them only issue I had with my van was it over heating and the hose broke where the anti freeze goes that was a easy fix that happened a year after having it and I know there has been lil things we had to do with the truck like spark plugs etc but I guess we got lucky with the 3 vehicles we have purchased
They will make you a good deal.
Good guy and amazing dealership. No issues at all. Everything was brief and the process was simple. I’d do business here again.
Taylor was so kind and helpful! Very honest about all the cars we were interested in.
Dealer is full of it. Sold me a GMC Acadia with timing chain problems & catalytic converter problems . Brought the car in June drove it home . And that was the last time called to see if we could work something out Taylor the seller keeps giving me the run around . Told me out his own mouth they don’t have a mechanic to look at all the cars if they did all cars on the lot wouldn’t have no problems. They just want the money cars are not worth it.
It was an amazing and fast service. Really simple and easy process to buy a vehicle. Definitely recommend to shop from here!
Great service and timely. Thanks for helping my daughter get into a good solid car
Cool place with cool people to buy my kids first car.
It was a good experience they have a good selection of cars at a good price this is my 2nd car from them got my 1st one I got 3 year’s ago and still drive it today and I will be back to finance one soon
Good place friendly people and affordable
The young man (sorry forgot his name.)was so nice informative well mannered. I got a great deal on a Nison 2011.recormend this place.Thank you so much .
Very rude people went there to buy a ford 500 find out it was sold right out from under me then they try to put me in a 2000 buick that all 4 tires are not the right size cant even get the hood open and In general very sloppy place to buy a car from people I get you need a car Im with you but Im telling you save ure money
Thank you Taylor!!! Service was excellent
They have a variety of cars. My fiance and I went drove here and it took us about an hour and a half to look at vehicles that went up in price within an hour after we left. The cars here looks as if they will only be good for about a week or two. Not in good condition. Especially for the price of 4,000 and up
Dont shop there if you dont know about cars! Most vehicles there are way overpriced. A lot of them are rusted out JUNK, too. Some Ive looked at were actually unsafe and belonged in the junk yard. There are occasionally a few decent deals there at times, though.I lucked out with the Chevy truck I bought there, but I have experience working on vehicles and knew what I was looking at. It happened to be on sale, which made the price reasonable. The battery was dead when I went to test drive it, but they jumped it and put a new one in it when I decided I wanted it.
I am a young teenager that just graduated and i need a car to get to work and back in. They had an ad selling a nice looking Chevy SUV, so I picked it up for $1200. Took it for a test drive, no significant problems with the car. I then proceeded to buy the car in cash (all the money I’ve saved up in the last year) and I drove off with my brand new car. 10 miles down the highway was a traffic light, and it was my turn to stop. As the light turned green, I gassed it. Nothing. The car stalled out on me. Had to get the thing towed which costed pretty much whatever I had left in my bank account. Now I’m broke and I don’t know what to do.
Drove 2 hours to look at a truck that was described as looks and runs great find out it had a pretty good miss in the engine and a vibration at 40 miles an hour so I asked if they knew what was wrong with it. Because in all honesty if it wasnt more than 1000 to $1,500 to fix I would have bought the truck regardless they couldnt give me an answer and couldnt find a mechanic to let me know which was very disappointing however the secretary in the office was very helpful
Just bought a car from here on a cash sale. Ive already finished the process and providing the payment, but the car needs a new battery. Theyre such wonderful people that they are putting a new battery in it for free! Karen was lovely to do business with; she was kind, polite, and very honest & straightforward. I highly recommend this business if youre looking for a used car. Im on a budget and I found a really nice car, especially within my budget.
I went to buy a car I had inquired about, was told it was available but when I got there because I asked about cash price and that it was listed on the internet for a much cheaper price..,I was told it had been sold in the ten minutes before I arrived. I could tell right away by the way the sales people looked at each other it was a lie...I dont deal with liers
Great place, friendly people. Good prices. Karen got us a new battery after we paid, because it wasnt starting. Would definitely come again and recommend to others.
If you enjoy buying a car that has more rust than actual metal this place is for you. Might occasionally get a decent car but make sure you check underneath as most of the inventory seems to have been recovered from the bottom of the ocean. I wasnt aware it was even legal to sell cars in such condition. A large percentage of their inventory would not pass inspection. I would only purchase if a trusted mechanic goes over the vehicle.
Bought two cars. Put more money into them since Ive owned them then it costs to actually purchase. Karen is a good person but the cars arent worth it and neither is the hassle over paperwork. Dont recommend unless you want to waste money.
This place was great! Karen was very helpful, patient, and made sure we got a car. Definitely will go back and I highly recommend LBSI Dont waste your time anywhere else. When it comes to vehicles its usually a mans world however Karen had the girl power to show us that she is just as good! We love you girl!
Took it home..could not get a sticker. The ENTIRE underneath was ALL rust. She never got to drive it. Aft we numerous attempts for satisfaction..and numerous payments..(she even paid ahead!) We took it back laid the keys down and took the loss. Contacted the BBB...they dismissed it because they couldnt get ahold of the owner of the lot. Please, please avoid this place at all costs. The vehicles look good...on the outside.
I didnt personally go there to buy a car, I took a friend. She bought a 2006 Jeep Liberty. She loves it!! So theres not a lot I can say about it. The sales lady seemed really nice.
Just bought a vehicle from here on April 17, 2017. Great deal! Quick and easy. I took the vehicle for a test drive and liked how it ran. I paid in full and did not use their finance option (However, from what I saw, that would have been an affordable deal as well). There was a very wide variety (Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs) to choose from. Their web sight was extremely helpful! I really liked that the prices are posted on the website as well as on the vehicles!I will most certainly return here for my next purchase!I read the bad review posted here, and I must say, these ARE used vehicles and they are very inexpensive. You should expect some issues, however, if you take your time, do your research, ask questions, LBSI is a great place for an affordable, good running vehicle. They answered my questions to the best of their knowledge.
Taylor and Shannon are very good employees. Loved doing business their. Will go back just to look at Handsome Taylor. He is a Sweetheart with Charm too older Women. God Bless those 2 young people. Very good for business.
Bought a car from them that should have been deemed total. Frame is completely rusted through. Gonna cost 1500 to fix. Owner is only paying 500.
LBSI Automotive LLC is great. They have decent cars for a decent prices. They will work with you in making payments on a car just as they have done for me. For me, they have been the most straight forward car dealership compared to others that have sell $500 cars with parts falling off. For a first car, this is definitely a great place to start. Thanks.
I bought a van from them and the owner was VERY IGNORANT during the sale... Normally I would of just said screw you and left, but needed a bigger vehicle for children, ASAP... The Van I bought looked good and I was told it was a great vehicle...I ended up putting over $2000 in it on top of the $3000 I paid for it...Take your money and business elsewhere....TRUST ME.
Very nice vehicles
Shortly after paying off car the control arm snapped at frame causing me to be sideways on Rt 70 with my youngest two children in the car. The entire frame was rusted!! The tow truck driver said we was lucky to not have rolled the car. Be careful and have the car looked over thoroughly before purchasing!!!
They sell junk vehicles at high prices!! I have been telling EVERYONE to NEVER buy from here!! They lie about what is wrong with a vehicle and are bullies. Horrible business run by a horrible person
Very nice people. They work well with you to find the vehicle you are looking for. I would definitely buy here again.
I went there yesterday and was assisted by Karen and she made everything so easy I test drove more than one car because I really didnt know exactly what I wanted. She was OK with me taking the car I wanted to my own personal mechanic to look at. It was cold but she was calm and not rushing anything. The best customer service I could ever ask for she was more than helpful. She was more like a friend and I felt I could trust her. Definitely recommend going cars are great and very cheap. Im happy to say I got the truck I fell in love with and it isnt going to break the bank. Thank you Lbsi and your wonderful worker.
Went to look at a car and it didnt even have an air filter on it. Cash price that they wanted was about $1500 above blue book even for a dealer in great condition and the advertised price was $5000. Thats an absolutely absurd amount for a car that you cant even drive home. Just like every other buy here pay here place these people are predators. Avoid at all costs.
Bought a nice truck! Karen was very helpful answered all of our question!
I had to update my review on LBSI. Our engine went in our Dakota. After speaking with my husband, LBSI offered to pay to have the motor installed if we paid for the parts. How awesome is that? We have bought 2 trucks off of them and would definitely buy from them again. If you make your payments, they are always willing to work with you and help out. They are good people and they are honest. They just saved us about $2000 in labor costs. Thank you!!!!
They have a large variety of vehicles available for purchase. I found one that I liked, test drove it and ran a carfax report. Nothing about its condition was represented to me at all. I paid cash and we were able to arrive at what I considered to be a fair price.Vehicles here are sold AS IS. Do your homework. You can get a good deal, but you are completely responsible for what you buy. The employees are courteous and the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would definitely buy from here again.
Ripe you off with vehicles will never go there or swnd anyone to them
If you want a lawn ornament, this is the place to go. I went to the lot today with my mother, first we looked at one van (no one knew anything about any of the vehicles). The 1st van didn’t start, wouldn’t even turn over. The gentleman was gonna jump it with a battery pack but I asked to see a similar van instead. This van did start, but when I pulled forward the brakes started making noise. While on the test drive he started saying it ran good... at this point my mother notices that the inspection sticker expired in January of 2016. He said they wouldn’t inspect it and I’d have to get brakes for it to pass...then at a stoplight we start to hear the engine miss bad! The man said “oh yea, it is missing, but they are flexible with the price.”Then, the engine warning light came on and my mother told me to just drive it back to the lot. At this point we were all a little frustrated so I asked about a 3rd vehicle despite my experience so far. They have a Maroon Ford Explorer so I asked about it. The owner said he didn’t know anything about the vehicle because he never drove it. So I go to take it on a test drive and the battery was completely dead and wouldn’t start! The guy jumped it, closed the hood and once started I could hear a loud sound coming from behind the dashboard. As he was putting dealer plates on it, it broke down! We told them we didn’t want to see anything else and just left.No one had any knowledge of the cars at all so shopping was like shooting in the dark. I have no idea how they come up with their prices, but for something that is 1,500$ down, it shouldn’t break down on the test drive (in the lot).3/3 vehicles wouldn’t even make it a mile off the lot (one wouldn’t even start).Do NOT go here, I would hate to have someone buy a lemon and be stuck with a payment. Buyers beware!Have a blessed day!
We had a very good experience with LBSI, we bought two trucks and are happy with them. You have to remember that these are used and older vehicles so you have to expect some minor issues. Other than a few mix ups, we were very satisfied. Will definitely buy from them again.
How are they gonna try to sell you a car thats banged up, check engine light on, airbag light on, would barely make it up Morgantown street. Front shocks busted, seats busted, and then have 2 different sales people tell me its a nice car... Oh, really? Where?
Selling junk dont waste your time (Zero stars forced me to put one)
The experance was bad in till Karen took care of me I love her.
I heard they have very good used vehicles
Never get a car from there! I put 2,000 into a car a bought from them and i had it for 6 weeks! I didnt want to give them a star at all! Also they will take your car if your even a day late n read the contract carefully! They sell lemons!!! Report them to the lemon law and you will get your funds back! Nice cars at times but no good when they are falling apart, wont start to test drive, or rusted at the bottom.
If I were you i wouldn’t listen to anything that has more than 1 star. They call this guy Jimmy Junk for a reason. They buy and sell cars that should be sold to the junk yard. Every car either has a ton of rust or has several things wrong with it. This place should honestly be shut down but he can afford everything because he preys on the people of Fayette County who can’t afford to buy a car or get a loan for a decent one. If by chance you do get a decent car that runs, he WILL repossess it before your last payment. That’s another tactic he uses to stay in business. Go stop at another Buy Here Pay Here, there’s several of them.
Called and texted no response. Glad I read the ratings they need to be put of business. They need reported seriously. Someone needs to report the business to get it closed down until they do right by customers report it to the news. Spread light on them selling lemons and ripping consumers off. If I could give them no stars I would. Thats ridiculous.
I leased a 2000 Saturn from them. Besides needing a front end alignment, it was a pretty good car. Then I leased a 01 Malibu. Under 50mph, it puttered like it wants to stall out. The undercarriage had more rust than a junkyard vehicle. Last but certainly not least, the ecm went out on it. I understand that it was as is, but, they couldnt even offer to help pay for the replacement / repairs of something that I am pretty sure they knew about. Tax paying SCAM ARTISTS! BUYER BEWARE
My husband and I just purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 from here and had a great experience with this place!!! Great deal and prices!!! Highly recommended
We went to test drive a truck and they told me my dad couldnt go in case it broke down. Hes a mechanic and it was going to be my first car. Seriously thats a joke. Another couple were looking at a truck and it wouldnt start and I over heard the mechanic or whoever say you can buy it but price wont drop but if we fix it the price is ganna go way up. You wont budge on a car that wouldnt start. These people seem shady
My mistake was not looking at the car fax...just traded the car I bough from them and the dash has been changed out. You could see on the car fax that when it was traded in it had160,000 miles. And then new title was made saying 101,000. My advice is that you make them give you the car fax, they are pretty shady anyways.
These people are liars. They told me that I didnt need an inspection sticker only the emissions for thor county I lived in which was wrong. Also, they were very rude. Normally when people are rude I dont do business, but being preggo and needing something reliable car was sooooo over priced
They take great care of you, and if nothing else theyre willing to be upfront about their vehicles. Zero pressure from sales, and even sent me a birthday email.
KNOW what the deal is!This is a Buy-Here-Pay-Here option. They have no staff mechanics. They do not inspect the vehicles. They do not warranty the vehicles. It is entirely Buy at your own risk! Most vehicles are NOT inspected. That said: They do not pressure you into buying. They dont hold your hand through the selection process. They will sell ANYONE a car, regardless of credit history or income source. They will work with you if you find any issues BEFORE the sale.Talk to a Uniontown mechanic to have them go over the vehicle BEFORE the sale.My 2005 Town and Country needed all new brakes. I didnt have them checked before I bought the van. I took care of it.It needed an O2 sensor, that was found before purchase and THEY took care of it.If you are expecting a top-notch, ready to roll, inspected and guaranteed ride, you will be disappointed. If you are looking for someone to finance a ride, that needs a little work, you will be happy with LBSI.
The only reason Im even giving one star is because I had to in order to review.I saw a relatively nice Ford Taurus on their website and since we were selling our car, I like figured wed go look at it. I explained to the owner that my husband and I are expecting in a few weeks and need a nice, reliable and family size vehicle. He was a total jerk. He wanted in no way to help me or give me any information on the car. I went to test drive the Taurus (2006 one) and it barely start and the check engine light was on. Red flag already. Gas tank was empty and the exhaust sounded like it was falling off. I didnt feel safe in it at all. I went back in and told him and he said its probably just an exhaust leak. Both cars Ive previously owned had exhaust problems where the whole thing needed replaced and this is what it sounded like. Dont act like I dont know anything. He never even offered to go out and look it over with me or try to work anything out with me and I was very nice about it how can you expect someone to pay 2,000 for a car that is going to need all that work? They need to work on their people skills and better look over their cars. I would never put my life at risk in a vehicle like that, let alone my newborn. Very disappointed. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.Edit: I know old, used cars arent perfect but this was a 2006 with only 94,000 miles on it. But he had no explanation on why it was inspected, yet the engine light was on and there was clearly something wrong with the exhaust. I didnt expect a perfect car, but I did expect professional people that would take the time to work with me.
Good deals 👍👌
Didnt even have my car for three weeks and they towed it and I got ripped off out of almost 800 dollars nothing but crooks
Dont do it. They will be kind as can be but will refuse to take your payments and then repo you. They also tore my yard up. Used items (lawn chair) to break into car. Had a silver 2006 jeep commander. Put almost 1000 into it and put 1700 down. Karen laughed at my wife on the phone when my wife called her to talk about paying them and that we were having trouble online. Taylor i wrote about 10 times and no response from him. My wife finally got jim to call us and my wife called him back because we missed his call. He said in the morning he was going to check his notes and see whats up with our payments. 6am next morning the guys were dragging our jeep out. I told them i had the money. Noone cared. They were on a mission. We called jim while repo guys were their and he said he didnt find anything in his notes. He ripped us off. We reported to BBB which if you look their are other reports. We also have to take them to court for our down payment atleast. Which is in process. I can update this to let everyone know how it turns out. Dont let this happen to your family
Ive bought two used cars from this seller. The vehicles were okay but needed a few minor things, but thats to be expected from vehicle with high mileage. Large selection and prices seem very reasonable. This is not a one stop shop though. They dont do the tags..you have to go up the road about a mile to a notary to get the tags done.
They repo your car when its almost paid off, wants weekly payments and repossessed me because I was paying monthly. Not very friendly after all, and ask way to much for the high mileage cars they sell. Wouldnt recommend...
Got me in the truck I wanted and now I dont have a truck it broke down and they said they cant do nothing about it WOW as is IF YOU WANT A CAR OR TRUCK DONT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS
It is a very pleasant place to do business they work with you very well got a nice running vehicle have not had any problems at all
They dont deserve even one star they got me in a car which broke down. Two days later I lost all brakes and the battery went dead and wouldnt charge back up... I took the car to a mechanic which while the car was sitting on the mechanic garage the wiring caught on fire inside were the radio is suppose to go so the mechanic looks it over and the bogey GPS system they had hooked up caused the wiring to catch fire and I have this on on paper from the garage o had the car at... Also I took the car the same day I got it to not one but two different shops to have it inspected and both places would not pass the car for inspection which is illegal to sale a car off of a lot that will not pass a state inspection... So I call the owner for two straight weeks and finally o got to speak with him and what does he tell me. That I can pay the car off or there putting it back on the lot and selling it, what a joke now I have to take them to court.. I forgot the first time it rained the whole inside of the car was filled with water...
We bought our cadilac escalade here today!! We couldnt be more happy to share our expirence Karen was great down to earth and easy to talk to! Thank you for the exceptional service today!! If you need a car stop in at lbsi automotive and see Karen!!
So my husband and I had gotten a 97 Honda crv there in 2014 they had told us the car was great not one thing wrong with it and it was a great family car well three days later the transmission blew in it they would not do one thing about it then a few weeks later the whole car pretty much fell apart needless to say they sold us a lemon I couldnt even drive the car up there to make a payment on it so by the time I had gotten a new car the only thing that worked in that car were doors and they sounded like they were going to fall off
Dont go here . Engine lights on all cars . If you buy look forward on being on the side of the road While i pass you by. They rip ppl off and i promise you that you have a better chance of walking because you will always if you buy from them.
I have bought quite a few vehicles from lbsi and I would recommend lbsi to anyone. I recently bought a Chevy Venture and it has gotten me around half of PA so far. Again I would recommend LBSI Automotive to anyone.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! THEYLL SELL YOU A CAR THAT LOOKS NICE AND DRIVES NICE FOR THE TEST DRIVE, BUT BE PREPARED TO NOTICE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR ON THE WAY HOME. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE HERE LESS THAN A MONTH AGO THAT I LITERALLY CANNOT DRIVE BECAUSE TWO MECHANICS HAVE TOLD ME ITS UNSAFE FOR THE ROAD.
Great place, friendly and clean staff..nice vehicles also.
The sales women couldnt care less and if they dont get the car inspected it wont be when you get it there monster stickers on the dash and grease on the seats the battery was dead when we went for a test drive and she didnt even know the price. Other then that most cars there are a good deal and there stock moves fast so stop by and see for yourself.
Treated me very well, didnt have any issue with them. Took care of what I was asking for and was able to help me get into the car I wanted.
I wouldnt even give them a star ... These people are ridiculous, careless and greedy. I bought my car from them not only did they tell me it was a thermostat and a sensor... All the while Im telling them its the radiator.. They proceeded to ignore me... The whole time the cars on over heat.... Mind you I had my three year old in this car like this on an hour drive back to Pittsburgh with no heat .. So they sold me a car with a cracked radiator ... They pretended like they fixed the sensor and sent me on my way with a faulty car... My car is rusting out badly I only had it for a few months now.... I went and paid my car off today and the girl who took my payment wasnt gonna give me my change back from what I owed proceeds to tell me what shes gonna do and that she didnt have change ... Then magically pulled money out of thin air.... Never again foul place of business.... I made all my payments but the one payment of 200$ I made supposedly came up missing .... Just to find out the person collecting my money was stealing from lbsi .... Ohhh not to mention I over paid by 109$ well technically 309$ and i will be calling about it.... This place is terrible .... Sickening business people ..... Do not buy a car here youll regret it....
Bought a 2007 Truck & although it has over 300,000 miles on it-it runs great. I would recommend LBSI
Best placein pa to Buy a car I thank LBSL for putting me in the car that i have now 2000 Toyota Celica Dont go to no other Buy here pay here except LBSI Automotive........
I have no problem with them works with me and very nice u appreciate all they doo
DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER AT THIS PLACE! We were behind three weeks on a payment for April 2014. They towed the car and then lied about the payments received. They basically take advantage of poor people by stealing their cars and reselling them making it impossible to pay added on fees that were never owed. In our case, the amount due to pay of the car by July 2014 was $626.00. They stole the car and both keys on May 10, 2014. Even if they had not received the late payment sent for April, the payment was not 30 days past due. They picked up the car and then added on more fees that included May, June, July and maybe April too and then a $350 repo fee so they could make more money off of the vehicle than the sales price of $2999.00. They have a repo guy sitting in their office going around picking up cars all day that we witnessed while we were there, When I spoke to the owner, he used the F word screaming at me but admitting that he had every payment but April 2014 then said but Mays was due in two days when they took the car. This is no different than the case in CA where the police department was towing cars from peoples houses who were poor, trying to force them to pay fees to get the car back that they could not afford and then driving the cars themselves or re selling the cars. These people should be in jail.
Very nice friendly people
I emailed and texted about a car. Never received any type of response. I would never buy any thing from them.
Piss poor service. The people here are idiots that dont know what theyre doing. The vehicles are almost or over 200k miles. They dont fix the problems with them. I would never recommend anyone going here at all.
Bought 2 vehicles from them. And they worked with me on payments n my down payment. Will go back if I need a used car
The people here are trash buisness men. Unprofessional they took advantage of a young lady needing a car. They sold her a lemon and. When she returned it to be fixed they refused to help still made her pay for this car. She went to court they lied on the stand falsified documents costing her tons of money PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR HERE. The cars are unsafe you will end up paying for a unrelyable car.
Very terrible customer service. My husband and I went there today interested in a 2001 Toyota RAV4 and wanted to trade in my 2004 Suzuki Vitara to bring the price down. So the kid goes in and gets the owner and he comes out fuming mad asking how many miles my car had and I told him 134,000 miles (which was less than what the Toyota had) so he asks well why dont you keep this one?! And instead of letting me answer his question he says this over and over talking over me and then says I cant get nothing for that chevy! People come knocking down the door for toyotas but nobody wants a chevy! I can only get $1700 for that! We decided just to end the subject there and my husband said fine we still want to take it on a test drive. So before taking it on a test drive my husband checks the oil and the engine and the oil and not only was the engine leaking but the oil was so dirty it looked like it hadnt been taken care of in a while and according to the sales kid he said they just got it there 2 or 3 weeks ago. So we took it for a test drive and left. Do not go here they are not helpful at all and the owner is terrible as well! Not helpful or pleasant at all!
I bought a 2007 Chevy Cobalt there in April, since then the wheel bearings needed fixed, a hose, sensors, tires and finally the motor blew leaving me stranded on the road along a very bad turn. I have small children and I told them I am not paying for this car and to tow it. Well here after the manager Tim being a smart ass to me and hanging up on me, finally had it towed but now they are trying to act like they repod it!!! Well I can tell them I am a reporter, with a lot of lawyer friends, one who is the assistant DA so they dont even want to mess with me. I asked them to take it and fix this lemon but they are acting like they repod it. They cant even sell it without me signing the title and getting it notarized. They had it all messed up. So i think we all should get together and sue these SOBS !! This is very unprofessional, rude and ignorant. Like me I have small children what if my tire flew off or worse? Very sad.
Dont trust going to LBSI in Uniontown PA
The car I bought the junkyard doesnt even want
Weve gotten 4 vehicles here first one in 2008 a 1992 Subaru Legacy and it ran phenomenal and it died of old age because we had it for 3 years and it had over 400,000 miles on it, second car was a 2000 Hyundai Elantra and it ran really good and had no problems in it besides the windows and clutch going out but thats normal for and older vehicle being over a decade old and 125,000 miles on it and we sold it and 2 years after that we got a 2003 Kia Sedona and it ran good it had 111,000 on it and was really nice great in the snow and the motor went in it because it is a common problem with the timing belt breaking and bending the valves in them. Now we have our 4th vehicle from there a 2006 Chrysler Town and Countrt Touring and it runs really good and has over 230,000 on the odometer and still running better than a 2013 town and country my boss has. Its not a brand new car dealership there a used buy here pay here place and they arent holding your hand like a Chevy dealer does when you buy a new car. They are they to buy sell and help people who cant afford brand new cars and need a car that will get them to work and back. Honestly people its your fault for not going to a mechanic before purchase to check for problems thats we do for used cars why dont yall?!
Eva Williams ought to try to supply her own parts and see how fast she gets turned down because what they will do is HIKE UP the price of the parts that you pay for to cover the labor... LOL You arent the first they have done this with!!!
Best car buying experience I had since buying a car
The salesperson I spoke to didnt seem to want to sell me a car. I asked specific question about if they knew why the car wasnt inspected and she just replied We dont have to get them inspected.
Nice, but dont service cars. They sell as is.
Went and got a Ford Explorer Sport Trac Friday evening. The test drive....I wasnt allowed to drive the car, just had to ride along. I needed a vehicle so I did buy it. The test ride, the car didnt seem too bad. The check engine light was on and so was the abs light. Saturday, the next day, I took it to Auto Zone and had them put the code reader on it. The check engine was on due to the abs sensor and the oxygen sensor. No big deal! Sunday, I was leaving work and had to lock it into 4wd to get out of the boss s drive way. Once I got out, I put it back into 2 wheel and took off. The transmission slipped between 2nd and 3rd gear. That made me a little upset. But it only did it that one time. Then Monday it was fine, no problems. Tuesday came, I felt the floor under my feet moving when I made a sharp turn. I had the mechanic at work put it on the lift to see. All the cab support bushings was gone, the front support on the driver side was broke. It was just attached to the frame by a little bit of steel. The rest of it was rotted away. Then I had to drive down the road in 4wd to get home cause of bad roads. I didnt think I was gonna make it due to the transfer case howling. It was absolutely horrible. I got home and called them and got into it with the owner. A dealership can not sell a car with frame issues unless the buyer is going to fix the problems and have an enhanced inspection done to get it legal for the road, or sold as scrap. They wanted my to leave the car so they could weld the cab support. I need a way to work. He then was gonna get me a rental car and pay for it and a transfer case and everything that needed done. But I read some reviews and the only thing I wanted was my money back. I knew I would be out on $240. 00 for the sales tax, plates and transfer. After about an hour of fighting with this dumb ass, I finally got my down payment back minus $60 for detail fee. I didnt care. I got my money and went to city motors in uniontown. LBSI is nothing more than a damn rip off. Their vehicles are all junk. If you go there to buy, look at everything, and I mean everything.
Bad cars here..
My child had her car for 4 months and the car dealer refused to do anythign to help her out.She made allll her payment on time. She is a cllege student that make good grade, I would hvae thought that they stood there reputation but I guess not .Would not recommend getting a car from this place.
I went there, the car i went to look at, had its door hanging open so the battery was dead. The fuel, and break lines where shot. It appears that they try to sell cars in such a poor condition for far more than they would be actually worth, most of the cars in the lot are garbage and falling apart. On a side note to get from the office to the lot you have to cross a very congested street.
I went with my friend who was looking for a vehicle at the time and when she went to test drive an SUV it wouldnt start the battery was dead. Once it was started it made funny noises and was going to cost money for all types of repairs.
