Recently purchased new tires after a regular oil change and service. The service was good and staff was friendly as always. I was disappointed however to find that on my new vehicle with only 23,000 miles that I was in need of new tires. Closer inspection of the old tires revealed uneven wear reflective of over inflation. I have never placed air in these tires and have had them regularly rotated with my oil changes at the recommended times. I would have hoped upon inspecting my tires on these very regular visits that the uneven wear would have been noticed and the appropriate action taken to correct the problem. I really feel I could have gotten, and should have gotten more miles out of the original tires. I stressed my concerns with the hopes of making the staff more aware. As a customer who is dependent upon the knowledge of the service team to keep things running and well maintained I was left with some new doubts as to how well that is being done.

We really liked our Titan; however, it was too big for our needs. Since we dealt with Nissan before, our first stop was to look at smaller trucks. We liked the Frontier but wanted the best trade-in deal for our Titan which was in very good condition after 10 years use with 82,000 miles on it. Your sales team met our expectations and were very pleased that we stayed with Nissan. We love the Frontier which my wife even likes to drive. We hated giving up the Titan, but are happy with the decision we made. Thanks to all the guys at Nissan!

The staff are helpful and efficient at what they do. I needed a recall fixed and with 30 minutes it was done. The place is clean with a nice waiting room, snacks and tv to watch. They have a great selection of Nissan vehicles and I recommend a visit.

This dealership deserve 0 zeros!!! The do not care about their customers and do not fix the vehicles like they should! They say they are fixed go pick it up and it’s the same as it was when you took it there then you ask if it’s safe to drive and the service manager looks at you and says honestly I couldn’t tell you if it is or not! I would not recommend anyone to go there!!! Glad to see this is how you treat your customers! This is the third time in 6 months I had to take my truck there for them to fix it which should of been done before they even sold it to me!!!

Purchasing made easy! They hand delivered all the paperwork to my office for signatures and the vehicle was delivered to my shop. All up fits were done as promised.

The woman at the parts service desk is awesome she helped me out with every aspect of what I needed from them. Their mechanic team is another plus they fix my vehicle in one day and had it up and running it went there for programming. They fix the components that were wrong with it it had my Nissan back on the road

We bought our jeep here and they are the BEST dealership Ive ever dealt with. We had a tire pop the other day and the dealership not only replaced the tire but at no charge! They really seem to care about their customers.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I went in for routine service for my 2013 Nissan Altima, including a tire rotation.They didnt tighten the lug nuts on all four wheels of my car! Who does that? I almost lost the drivers side front wheel. I had to have the car towed.

Bought a Nissan here great experience. Had repairs done here to great price and they fixed it right the first time.

Take time to listen closely to instructions and pay attention to detail. They put the wrong oil 0w20 instead of 5w30 in the vehicle and charged for a tire rotation they didnt do... They did not offer to correct the issue the same day... instead said it would have to be corrected Monday. They did correct the problem but were reluctant to rotate tires because they said the best tires were already on the front when it was clearly evident they were cupped and in need of rotation. I have left multiple messages for Matt Turchetta per his comment below and have recieved no response... would not recommend service at this time.

Horrible dealership. They wanted to rip me off on my trade in told me my car was worth way less then blue book and that you cant go by those prices cause they arent right. Tried to be a repeat customer but just couldnt make a deal no respect and did not want to listen to what I had to say. Now that I bought a car elsewhere Im trying to get the exstanded warranty pro rated cause I didnt use the full term of the contract. Now they dont want to do it told me to come back next week cause he is busy getting ready for a bank audit. But he has time to take care of people financing a new car. Worst dealership ever!@Curtis Johnson unlike you I understand people have different experiences with that you do not know me nor do you know what my knowledge is my father is a used car dealer so I know how prices are calculated. They wanted me to pay 500 a month for 72 months plus my car that they claimed to be giving me 11,000 for a 2017 rouge that stickered for 30,000 do the math thats 36,000 in payments plus my car which would basically have me paying 47,000. Only an idiot would take that deal. I went to another dealership got the same car for what I wanted also got over 13,000 for my trade. also I had another issue with the dealership causing damage to my car that I had bought there and not wanting to fix it but I guess you find all this acceptable.

This review is for the service department. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated on Monday 3/5/18. Yesterday, 3/8/18, while driving to the vet on 70, I almost lost my front left tire. Thank goodness I was near WalMart where one of their tire guys was kind enough to tighten the lug nuts on ALL 4 WHEELS and didnt even charge me!! I could turn all the lug nuts on the front left tire with my fingers. He said that the rest of the wheels were loose also but not as bad as the front left. This is actually the second time this has happened to me from TriStar. I should have learned my lesson the first time but since they are constantly changing management, I believed the lady when she told me shed make it right. After leaving WalMart, I called TriStar Service department and I explained what had just happened (No yelling or screaming even though I wanted to) and his response was, Okay, so what would like to do? You can schedule an appointment to bring it in so we can look at No apology, nothing.... Thats some fantastic customer service (NOT!). My husband and I bought our 2 brand new Nissan Jukes there at the same time 5 years ago and have had them serviced there ever since. No more. I will not spend another dime here for service nor will I be purchasing any cars there. Thanks for caring about your customers.

Have bought five cars from there. Very satisfied. I do not have unreal expect ions of what a trade is worth. If Mr Seaton knew as much as he thinks he does he would know how kbb is calculated. To get what his trade is really worth look it up on manhiem auction site. Or kbb, sell it now price. Rude reality try it sometime. Rather than automatically assume that the dealer is a crook.
