I wish I could give this place a no star rating. Ever since the one at the mall closed and the only Gamestop in town is staffed by unknowledgeable, unprofessional and inconsiderate children. Very sad. I will buy my games at walmart before I ever go to that store again.

Its a game stop. The kid working was very informative and answered all our questions.

I have purchased a lot of games and equipment. My son used to work for the company. He had played ever since he was little. The store is always clean and organized. The carry the most recent games and there employees are usually gamers their selfs. They also have a game trading program. It will allow gamers to trade in tapes for store credit on certain popular titles. The employees will take time with customers (like me) who have no ability to play to help you choose a great game that is appropriate for child. Gave 4 stars for those who work there and the business trade in program.

I was pretty dissapointed in general with this store, when I went inside there was 2 people ahead of me, so I didnt think of have much of a wait as I was only trading a few games in, well the worker said Itd b over an hour wait which I reluctantly accepted and started browsing. Another customer came in after me with a trade and he took his immediately. I was highly offended and questioned him his answer, theres a gamestop in the mall bud, I wont ever return

Terrible pre order for 2k21, it won’t come in until a week after release

The best place to pre-order games for newer systems. This store has a convenient location as is usually stocked with new titles and other faming items. The staff is helpful and friendly and they make you feel like a valued customer. Not much in the way of PC games other than steam cards.

Low stock on consoles right now otherwise as you would expect

This is everything a Gamestop should be. I always knew that they were helpful and knowledgeable, but it wasnt until I moved out of the area before I realized how much of a gem my old Gamestops really were. I live 2 hours away now and I still call them when I have questions about anything video game related, and they still help. I wont visit Uniontown without looking for an excuse to stop in this store or the one at the mall. Both are equally good.

Cheapskates sold all of my preorders I made before I went to college. I come back to get my game and they SOLD IT to someone else. Once again I was cheated out by this place. Remember heart gold and soulsilver? Same deal. Didnt receive my merchandise with it and I want to buy xenoblade and they sold it yet again. NEVER going to this GameStop EVER again. Its a shame that video games arent sold very much elsewhere because I SURELY WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS STUPID CHEEP PLACE AGAIN.
