I would also give a Big Zero. I brought my phone in to them with a cracked screen. They fit a custom screen. 3 weeks later the glue holding the screen is coming undone. I can see the inside of my phone through the seam of the glass. Screen no longer works.Because I do not have the original receipt, they will not fix it. For the price of the repair they did I could have bought a brand new phone insteadEDIT: AND THE BACK is now glued?? I just discovered this and I cannot take the back cover off of my phone. I feel the need to add this.If they do not fix a simple mistake and try to make it better then I see no point in being their patronI understand people will make mistakes sometimes, even professionals make errors sometimes but this is not acceptable. I paid a lot to have this phone fixed.

Id give this place less than -50! Complete rip off! DO NOT GO HERE!!! $275 to replace a screen. Men was very rude, said go to the Apple Store for $10 to replace the screen. APPLE WILL GO IT FOR LESS THEN $150. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUYS, TOTALLY RIP OFF AND EXMENTLY RUDE.

I went in with a completed broken iPhone with black bars flashing everywhere on the screen I went in there with $150 and they fixed it within an hour it really surprised me how they did it so fast.

He is very nice and much cheaper than the phone repair in Morgantown almost $100 cheaper to replace my screen. He also did the repair in 15 minutes versus an hour at the other place.
