Drake and Stephanie were great. I went in with a terrible attitude after dealing with the corporate store by WalMart, who lied to me about various things to try and up sell me for commission. The two immediately began to help us and turned into one of the best customer service experiences I ever had.

He is very knowledgeable and explained things in detail which was very helpful. I Will continue to go to him for all my phone needs in the future.

Wish I could give them a negative star review. Had to deal with both the Connellsville and Uniontown store today. My husbands phone wasnt working, and we needed to get a new phone today. Unfortunately, the Corporate Verizon store was closed today, so we were forced to look elsewhere. The store in Connellsville tried to charge us an additional $30 for the phone over Verizons online price, PLUS another $100 since we were paying cash for the phone (not putting it on a monthly account). Walked out of that store. I was then able to buy the phone directly online with in-store pickup at the Uniontown Mall at the price listed on Verizons site. When I went to pick up my phone, the salesman was less than helpful, and when he found out that we paid cash for the phone, he proceeded to tell us that we would need to pay an additional $35 to them to transfer data from phone to phone. The salesman handed us the phone, after he put on the case and cover, and that was it. No more help unless we paid the $35. I get to now go back tomorrow to the Verizon corporate store because not everything is syncing over to the new phone. This store screwed me last year when I added a line, and they quoted me the wrong price. Now, they tried to screw us again with all the extra fees, which are ridiculous. DONT USE THIS STORE EVER!

This store is amazing. Ian Beck, store manager and the entire team worked endlessly to fix a mistake made by another store. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and honest! I would never use another Verizon store again - thank you doesn’t seem to be enough!!!!!!!!

We came in to the Verizon store at the Uniontown Mall to inquire about upgrading our current devices. As soon as we entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All of the questions and concerns we had were answered and we were given a plethora of options. Not once did we feel obligated to make a purchase. We left with three new devices and the comfort of making the right choices. I highly recommend this store to everyone in and out of the area. Extremely satisfied.

400 miles from home my phone decided to start acting up.. being a long time Verizon customer.. I searched out for the nearest store..Uniontown PA it is.. it was closing in 45 minutes and time was of the essence..Was greeted politely upon walking in.. the young man directed me to another young man named Mike! He was amazing! Even though they closed at 9:00... he stayed until 9:20 with me and made sure I walked outta there with a much needed phone! Y’all should clone these guys.. After spending 1.16 hours on the phone with Customer Service, with no results, I decided to drive to the Verizon store in the mall. To be honest, I was very skeptical of getting a solution to my problem. Justin, my sales rep, was very patient and very helpful. It took a while but he was able to get my phone operating properly again. He had to do a complete factory reset on my phone and spent 1 and one-half hours with me. He went above and beyond what I expected, as this was not my first trip to the store. I believe in giving credit and recognition to a job well done, and this young man deserves it for sure....(I was not a happy camper when I first got there). Anyway, thank you Justin, and it was my pleasure working with you.

This store is a “””HUGE””” scam! I would NEVER recommend going here! Customer service is a joke and they will cost you money and do unauthorized transactions on your account.Do yourself a favor and go to the “real” free standing Verizon Wireless store at 505 Synergy Dr. Uniontown. They have excellent customer service!

Attempted to buy phone here. Asked for Samsung Note 10, they were out but failed to mention it, instead they gave us and charged us for the more expensive Plus option. Bill was $200 more than it should’ve been and no one communicated that they were out. Additionally this is not a Verizon store, it is an independent retailer. Meaning we could not just go to the other Verizon store down the road and exchange it. Sales person was unhelpful and uncommunicative. Had to get manager involved for refund. Additionally they charge additional fees that a traditional Verizon store wouldn’t charge. Save yourself some grief, go to the Verizon store near Walmart instead.

Verizon Wireless at the Uniontown Mall is the absolute best. We just had the pleasure to meet with John Holman, and have never received better service than he provided today. Last week I was due for a new phone. Without going into all of the details, Ian Beck took care of me. He was phenomenal!! I have to say that it was the first time I had been to a Verizon store that I didn’t feel pressured! He was extremely helpful, pleasant, & PATIENT!! I could say so much more, but space won’t allow. One thing I will say is that he deserves a raise!!! Thank you Ian!! You were super!!

We used to love this store. They were great and had great service. Not so much anymore. Shady practices, and undisclosed fees! Then when you call them on it they get flustered and hang up on you! Oh and not to mention this is no longer a corporate Verizon store which I was not aware of! Just be aware if you do go there make sure of all of the fees they charge. I was charged $30 upgrade fee then an additional $35 for an in store upgrade as it was put to me.

John Holman took care of my dad and me and he was very nice and helpful. on black friday, during the verizon network outage, he made the 2+ hour wait time go by very quickly with his great sense of humor, knowledge of products, and keeping us informed on the updates. he made sure that all customers that came in were taken care of and aware that there was technical difficulties due to the outage. he made a follow up phone call later in the evening to check on us and how we were doing with our devices and to see if we had any questions. he worked his butt off and kept a smile throughout all of the inconveniences with the outage. he’s a phenomenal employee and we were very fortunate to be his customers!

It was time for an upgrade for my phone and my sons phone. I had the pleasure of having Shane, in the Uniontown Mall Store, assist us with our decisions. He was absolutely wonderful. This was an amazing experience- I walked in upset because I wasn’t able to activate my new replacement phone and was immediately helped by Dale.He fixed all my technical problems including my pix, messages and notes —-everything working PLUS updated my plan and now I have a jet pack and a series 3 Apple Watch with cellular- share number with my phone.I feel like Christmas all over again!The other employees were eager to help me also.Very Good experience and highly recommend this Verizon store.Ms. McDonnell

If you are looking to get an upgrade or switch to Verizon I would highly recommend seeing Justin Pfeuffer. He went above and beyond for me and my family. Terrible experience, the sales people where hounding me as soon as i walked though the door. When I did have questions pertaining to the processing unit internals they had no idea what they were talking about and could not answer my questions. They seemed very uneducated about the internals of the cell phones, the most important part ! I was able to find far better deals as well by just shopping online. Your paying a ridiculous rate for them to set up a phone you can just do yourself in minutes. All their accessories where way over priced as well. Dont go here unless you liked being ripped off.

My experience at the Uniontown Mall Verizon Store has always been a good one! Recently when I go, I usually am always helped by a young man named Nate. He is always eager to help me and helps me understand anything about our phones/phone plan/billing that I do not understand myself. I recommend this store and Nate! Very helpful.

Always seems to be busy, always seems to be crowded. I guess it means business is good, but I dont like that. It usually means that I have to wait longer than I want to. Also, I get a bad vibe walking into this store. Its like I just walked into a private area thats inhabited by a bunch of snooty highschool kids that really dont want to be bothered. They do their jobs and appear to know their stuff, but its an odd feeling none the less. Eh, maybe its just me.
