Was closed at 5 pm on a Monday for no reason. Highly unprofessional - wasted 15 minutes of my time. Pathetic franchises like these erode the national brand - I hope Starbucks brand is paying attention - if not the investors and consumers are watching and we are happy to take our dollars to competitors who deserve it.

Went to 2 other locations before going to this one because those were closed. This line was literally 15 cars deep. Everyone went to this location because all the others are closed I’m sure. Ridiculous. I decided I’m done with this business because the practices are pathetic. It’s been a good company until late.

The parking lot is REALLY small. The line for the drive through often leads out the parking lot and down the street. Average drinks.

I had attempted to visit this particular Starbucks numerous times, but there was a line always, always, always going all the way down the street that I had to not visit the store for almost a month. FINALLY, I gave in when the line was manageable and I placed my order. It was for a BIRTHDAY PRESENT for someone very SPECIAL to me on his 11th BIRTHDAY, PLUS A MONTH. The ladies were SO KIND AND CHIPPER. How can someone in retail be nice and smiling and sweet when the line is crazy ALL FREAKING DAY LONG IS BEYOND ME! Im sure they get yelled at if the order isnt just perfect. I watch FRAISER enough to see and hear what happens if the coffee isnt JUST RIGHT. I dont drink coffee enough to wait in a Starbucks line to know what the differences are in coffees. Im a Marty Crane when it comes to coffees. But, the one time I did wait in the drive though and order and get my special order at this crazy busy Starbucks, the ladies were completely AWESOME. I will go again, maybe wait at 5:20 AM waiting across the street or 5:25 AM and get a black bringing my own additions just to make things easy and not block the line. But, the employees know their stuff and they do their jobs very well. The line moves FAST. Faster than I can pay and give a nice tip which they so deserve. For me I WOULDNT LAST A SECOND WORKING THERE. Its a nice place with super nice employees, but the line is always long, moves relatively quickly though :).

Quick service inside. Drive-thru is ridiculous. It blocks the traffic on North and South Rd. They should ask how to spell your name.

Drive-thru line was half way up the street blocking a lane of traffic, and the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. The workers are very friendly but didn’t take much care with my drink. I asked for a splash of cream. What I got was cream with a splash of coffee.

I always come to this Starbucks. Quick and always get my order right :). Tried out the new Tie Dye Frap its pretty good! A bit tart then sweet but I like it. If you like smarties your like this drink

Great location. LOVE that it opens fairy early and stays open late. The service is always fast and staff are friendly. Having 2 restrooms is great too. Wish it was bigger and had a fireplace because it gets very cold sitting by the windows. The only real negative other than the size is that the music is often played too loud...I can still hear it over my headphones.

They had someone outside taking orders when the drive-thru line was backed up into the street, he was extremely helpful when they were out of the sandwich I wanted.

I have visited this location quite a few times because it’s close to work. Though, I have a some not-so-pleasant experiences. Last week I ordered a hot tea through the app. After receiving my order and making it to work, I noticed the end of the honey wrapper floating in the tea. I didn’t have time to return but it was a reminder of the previous occurrences I’ve had at this very location. On another occasion, as I waited at the window for my order, I looked inside the window to see one of the baristas put his hand down in a cup (hoping it wasn’t mines). It was...but I said nothing because of the high volume this store has. My concern is about the sanitation. The employees don’t seem to be required to wear gloves even though they handle actual food items. WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR SURE!!!

I have been coming to this Starbucks faithfully since its been open. But here recently in the last 3 months the service and quality of product have gone down. I have received watered down Cafe Lattes 2 consecutive weeks. Horrible lunch hour service.Time to go to Kaldis, where they dont take the customer for granted.

My favorite Starbucks. Ive only always gone through the drive-thru and every experience has been good. Employees are great, smiling, positive and they make the best frappuccinos.

Theyre friendly enough here, but go to the one in the Loop if youre walking.This Starbucks is clearly designed for vehicles in the drive-through, and not for people who live in the neighborhood who want to walk in.As you walk into the parking lot from the front, it seems like youre at a blind spot with respect to cars leaving the drive-up, so you have to keep your wits about you. In order to get into the door, you have to basically cut across cars waiting in line at the drive-through.

This location still makes a great drink. Just be cautious of going between 1-3pm, ...as all the lines move slow (inside and drive thru). Aside from that, all the employees here are super friendly.

Customer service was horrible. After me waiting for about 7 minutes to be acknowledged the Cashier comes over to the register & just looks at me. Mind you he has on a head set which kind of through me off. I look & ask him if hes ready he says Yeah. Is it me? But dont you usually greet a customer which lets them know youre ready to take their order. Needless to say I never have to return to this location.

Parking lot too small for a drive thru. Great crew. Just not ideal for a quick visit. Even if you park in the lot. The drive thru is wrapped around the entire bldg. :(

Here we go again. I’m taking about practically pathological unwillingness of the working personnel to lower that horrible noisy “music” they are playing. I’ve asked for the music to be lowered down politely in multiple Starbucks locations in various states, however, the volume was actually really lowered down in ONE location in New Jersey. This is definitely a gross negligence on the management part of this establishment chain
