Well you know...its Walmart. Very strange but mostly good hearted yet troubled staff with skills you cant always discern. Most employees dont know where things are, yet we must come here because the prices are good, even though you need a key to buy Tide pods behind a glass cabinet and there are no checkers, only self check out. Its kind of like a government office but for food.

Clean store, easy to go and get what you need. Lots of falling prices i bought a iron for $13 reg $30 great deal. Cite to store pick up is quick and easy and no problems. 😊

Customer service is a joke. I often use self-checkout to get in and out quickly. I pick up an unexpected item and the price rang up more than I anticipated. I asked cashier 1 to remove it from my bill and hold the item while I walked to the back to verify the price. I walk back and I dont see my item. Cashier 1 is now off work, but I asked about my item. It was locked in self-checkout. I asked two cashiers (who were fixing a machine) for help. They both asked me to wait while they wrapped up. No problem. While waiting another cashier (Lourdes) walked up to the two cashiers repairing the machine and retrieved the keys to the locked cabinet. Awesome! Seemed like an easy solution to get my item. When I saw her walking to the cabinet I quickly followed. I said, Excuse me (she didnt acknowledge me, but I was wearing a mask so I repeated myself) excuse me, I need... I didnt get the sentence out of my mouth before I was BARKED at, Im helping a customer! As shes speaking the cabinet is open my item is THE ONLY OTHER ITEM in the cabinet and she sticks her item on top of the cabinet to close it. I told her, I AM a customer trying waiting for the item in the cabinet. As I spoke she looked me in my eyes and said, No youre NOT. You are not MY customer. She slammed the cabinet door, locked it, and walked away as I stood there. Cashier 1 (now off work) witnessed it and was horrified. He had never seen his colleague that way (he said). The other cashers realized something was off and offered to retrieve the item for me to buy. HA!!!! I wish I would. EVERYTHING in Walmart can be purchased somewhere else. I will never give another dime to Walmart. I mean, I was told I am NOT a customer.And the store manager wasnt there all weekend to report it and the phones go unanswered. Ridiculous.

Someone ordered a small item to be delivered. Was delivered to me by accident. Called 3 times to report, send item back was disconected twice. Phone never was answered. I gave up. Someone never got their order

Everything clean & well organized my cashier super sweet & very honest I over paid 20 she could have kept it but she let me know I had over paid!! We need more people like her in this world!!!

Walmart was fairly empty of products due to the shipping problem. However it as always is an adventure in shopping.

This is a giant Walmart that sells food, clothing, home decor, and a lot more.I went to pick up some dog snacks, and they had a good assortment.The prices at Walmart are generally low compared to typical grocery stores like Albertsons, Stater Bros, and Vons.The flip side of lower prices is why I gave this a 4-star review. Outside of Walmart, there were a few people who looked homeless and were talking to themselves. They stood in front of the store and felt uncomfortable.Likewise, after leaving the store and beginning to drive away, I almost had an accident with someone taking a shopping cart. They were crossing Foothill Blvd., on the side of Walmart and 8 pm. It was dark at night, and they had dark clothes.I am not blaming Walmart for the behavior of its customers yet providing a review on what you can expect.

It was decent, but it was also right before closing. Associates dont really acknowledge you. Good place to stick to yourself.

This Walmart has friendly and knowledgeable people Thank You to Electronics Associate Kerry Williams for taking the time to explain what cords were needed as well as how to hook up my computer he truly made things so much easier. THANKS WALMART he truly is an amazing associate in your company.

If you are shopping without a mask just beware that certain employees will deny you service which is fine but a manager could help after fact in my experience I was ignored and only approached by one individual who did not confirm if he would help or deny me service. Conclusion: I was given the run around and wasted an hour of my time. Thank you Walmart for your participation in continuing to hold your reputation.

Very nice people there. Visiting the area and this walmart is set up differently than the one I shop at so I needed some assistance finding items and they were so helpful.

Alot of rude people here, as usual. Plus, people just seem to stop in the middle of aisles with no real intent. Just staring at stuff. I mean I guess people find a place like this entertaining, but most of us are trying to actually buy items, and get out asap. It is what it is, I suppose.

Found what I wanted, paid and went home

I went to the photo department all of the machines were down the worker said they were doing a photo update but she ended up turning on one of the machines for me which I appreciate it. The photo machine is fairly easy to use if you have an Apple phone I suggest you bring your own charger cord to hook up into the USB port so that you can get all your digital content easier. I got my digital prints back within an hour no one was at the desk I had to go find a person but other than that this trip to Walmart was smooth.

Grocery pick up ordering is the best. Pharmacist is exceptional, always tentative and full of energy but his clerks lack enthusiasm, not bad but not great.

Always a pleasure. The staff here seems friendlier than usual I recommend this particular location for their excellence customer service. They truly go above and beyond

Drove from Moreno valley to pick up this 25 piece set that was out of stock at all the other stores near me. Took the chance and went. Spoke with the operator and she was a sweetheart in helping me make sure it was in stock. Left with more than I was expecting. Great prices and deals.

Small but tidy, well stocked & not crowded at all! Love this little Walmart. The optometrist, Dr. Vu was super informative & friendly. Made an appointment for an exam & seen him the next day. He was very accommodating. Ordered my glasses there and the staff was great!

I was able to use the Evgo charging station and the store was clean and nice..

Always over crowded, no carts, long lines. But I guess thats because their prices are usually lower than everyone else. I just dont understand why there are always just a few live cashiers. If you need cigarettes or liquor or something else not readily available on the shelves you are basically screwed. Might as well clear your day and pack a lunch cuz you are going to be there for awhile.

Customer service is terrible. Ppl hate their jobs so they don’t treat customers with respect. Poor management. If you want anything behind a glass screen, you better get ready to wait for someone to finally get the key which seemed to have been very accessible but the employees never want to help. Love the prices but I’m never excited walking into this place because of the disgusting customer service

As someone who makes sure each item I grab is related to the price tag shown by reading the label as well as compare price/weight its infuriating that each time I shop here theres one to two items that ring differently than they are labeled. Since its self checkout with huge lines I do not bother with getting this corrected but I lose faith in this store because either their system or their price labels are not updated and in sync. Their labeling in the egg section is especially terrible as well as their vegetables

Went in to get cash from my Walmart money card I had lost. They send an email with a barcode that I am to show clerk at customer service so I can retrieve my own money. They say they dont know how to do it. I ask her to get a supervisor as the bar code expires. Bottom line noone knows how to do it. In addition they dont know how to cash a check. If Walmart offers this card their employees need to know how to do everything it offers. They dont and dont care. I guess you get what you pay for from Walmart.

Walmart on Foothill & Benson had me waiting at the fabric counter for 35 minutes, Im disabled, I couldnt wait any longer, they need to shut that fabric area down if their not going to be considerate to people needing fabric cut within a reasonable time.

At this particular time and date, the youngish gal working the self check out was extremely rude and (maybe) thought I knew the way walmart handles liqueur purchases. She spoke way to fast and basically had an attitude. Apparently you can be checked out in s c-ot but you need an associate to ring you?!

Tried to call to speak to a manager and all the phones in every department just ring no one seems to want to answer the phone.I finally got to speak someone and told them that I wanted to talk to a manager and they asked me what my concern was only to be transferred to customer service who didnt answer their phone I tried from 11:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Been here a few times; its not bad. Staff doesnt seem much polite, but then again its walmart n ur not gonna have hired staff with much experience/education anyways. It looks like they try to keep things stocked up on da shelves though and thats a good thing. Always need something from Walmart so if Im around this one, I like to stop by. Happy shopping!

I bought coffee maker on may 13, 2021.When beginning I felt some smell from machine...It goes away. Bou I realised few days ago some chemical? powerCome out with hot water when I use.I knew few days ago because we use drip coffee.But few days ago I use fresh water and find white chemical?powder come out a lot. I check few days still same.I brought this morning that white powder water together.But that lady said 90 days, 90days. She said contact manufacturer.I had bad experiences with garden houses at walmart..Just buy...if you lucky thats fine, if not you waste money.Good luck everybody!!I wont buy anything anymore at walmart.

Its faster to order some shaving razors online from a competitor than to push the button at the shaving razors section and wait for an employee to come unlock the shelf to get what you need.

Place a order for photos and receive a text saying the order was ready. I get there the attendant was rude and stated that the photos were not ready very disappointing

Usually, its a pretty good store. The people working there are helpful, and are knowledgeable about the items in store. As usual, they have very good deals on many things, with items usually being cheaper than most other stores. I have only had one bad experience, and that was today, where I waited for almost 20 minutes to get a videogame.

This location was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is easy to shop and it wasnt too busy the morning that I visited. I went in for one thing and I found some great deals I couldnt pass on.

This store definitely changed over the years. Now with the self checkout area, shopping has become a breeze. Get in get out be done. Facility is clean and organized. Staff are friendly.

I ordered 4 hankook tires online, I was notified that all four tire had arrived. I made an appointment to get my tires changed and balanced, when I arrived apparently only 2 out of the 4 tires had showed up, well that was okay I only got 2 tires mounted at that time. I was going to come back later and pick them up whenever they arrived. Okay now sometime on my way home from upland to riverside, my passenger front tire got a hole in it,( this was one of the new tires), I didn’t notice till I pulled up in my driveway and started to hear a hissing noise. I found where the noise was coming from. So I quickly called the store back to see if the warranty I purchased with the tires would cover the damage tire. I was told to bring the tire back for expansion. I then had to switch my brand new tire now flat, to drive back 45 minutes in traffic to upland, to be told, the tire wasn’t repairable, that I would now have to wait till may 3 for a new tire, and my 2 missing tires had just shown up. Now when I return on may 3 for my replacement tire I have to pay for the installation fee again. So I already ready paid $270 for the 4 tire, $65 for 2 of my tire to be mounted and blanched, and now must pay $25-30 for the damaged tire to be changed and blanched once more. Thank you David or Dave for the help

Very old place and has a bad vibe (its Walmart so I guess thats normal). Also they were making people wear masks so I turned around. Places and or areas like Temecula and the businesses within DO NOT CARE!

Zero customer service at the Money Services and Customer Service counters waited in each line to buy a $50 gift card which I should have been able to purchase with a cashier. Both lines I waited for 15 minutes un-acknowledged, when a manager arrived I asked him if someone could assist me with the gift card and was told no. What happened to acknowledging your customers, if machinery is broken let us know, so we can make an informed decision, before waiting 25 minutes to pay for a gift card.

A secure place to go and shop Security cameras and security officers are visible. The prices are affordable as compared with other stores.

Nothing is organized. I noticed that each Walmart is different.

No lines where opened only self check out. Had to use 3 transactions then got questioned on my transactions and why I needed one for my hsa card one for my house and one for my buisness.

It was awesome as always. Bought me a weight vest getting ready for that body!

Drove 30 minutes to this store because it was the only store in the area that had what I wanted. got home and when I opened it up there were rusted old paint cans and bowls inside but not the product I paid for so I had to drive another 30 minutes to go back to exchange it and the store would not let me. $200 down the drain.

I stopped at this wallmart on my way home, prefer store on s. mtn but its always busy!

I always have a good experience at this particular location. I like the fact that they carry chicken feed and have groceries as well.

Gross bathrooms that were somehow better than expected and worse at the same time. Very crowded place that was messy all around the edges. Too narrow walkways to properly distance away feom others.

What can I say...its a Walmart. Though today we had the nicest cashier, a rare find indeed! Other than that, the someone the customers are rude and inconsiderate, so no wonder the associates are so aloof.

We love our local Walmart its not like the big one on Mountain. All of our neighbors are great we are a true loving multicultural community.

The reason I give 3 stars is because I dont like the store policy, as to some items not being allowed to be place in my basket or having to be taken to the counter by an store associate.Im not a thief and I dont want to be treated as one.Overall the store is decent.

Worse customer service ever, I really do not understand why I keep going back to this place, EVERYTHING behind glass doors with locks on them, and NOBODY seems to know who has the key to open them up, went to Lowes and got what I needed with excellent custumer service, no more WALMART for me, done with those people.

Went looking for That 70 show complete series I could not find it. But an associate, his name was Terry, went out of his way to find my dvds. We really appreciated it, very few would take the time to look through dvds to find what a customer is looking for. We need more like Terry in this world.

Convenient....close to home in Upland. However, so many items are under lock & key, which requires assistance from staff to unlock cabinets and put items in a secure area until ready for checkout. :-(

I enjoy purchasing my makeup at walmart but no one is ever available to help me get my items from behind the glass. I wait more than 15 minutes sometimes even more until I give up and end up leaving. I end up at rite aid or cvs where the make up is easily accessible and I can purchase immediately and go on with my day

Went to Walmart to cash a check. The money center there is awful. Long wait, often they find a reason to refuse honoring the check. Then I take the same check to a bank or a check cashing business and its not a problem at all. Would not recommend Walmart at all.

Terrible. No one was in the garden center to help. Counters closed. I wanted to buy several large plants but would have had to drag them to the other end of the store. Couldnt find anyone to help. I was told they were very short staffed. Only purchased 3 small plants that I could carry. They had items I wanted but I could not.

I love Walmart you go for one thing and come out with a basket full! For cheap!

Even though its out of my way, this is my preferred Walmart. It is pleasant to shop here. I often find great bargains and just what I am looking for.

They need to put speed bumps in all the Walmart stores especially the one on mountain of the mountain in the 10 freeway that is so dangerous people drive-through there 1 day somebodys gonna get hit they already have or somebodys gonna get killed they need to invest in speed bumps and all their stores its so dangerous to walk out there
