I used to love this place for quick shopping but as of this last year customer service is horrible. Barely no employees to help customers check out. Money Services is never available to make payments or send money. Even today managers African American lady behavior was rude and unacceptable. I was at the self checkout because there was no employee at the register. I asked the employee to give me some bags because they were out at the station I was at. She gave me the 4 bags I requested and the next thing I see is the manager come and take half of them away without saying anything. I wasnt asking for an outrageous number. When i asked why the manager had done that, she said the manager thought i didnt need so many. Who is she to say what i needed and didnt need. Also the reason I ended up at self checkout was because the only single employee older long haired lady that was at the register although i was in line and she saw me while she was talking for about 10 min with a customer decided to take her things and go on break and not say anything to me. Mind you this all happened at 830 this morning. Wont visit here anymore. If the employees here cant help customers and discriminate against elders and race, then they should not be working here.

Shopped again this week. No bakery sourdough bread. The Starbucks Verona coffee was on a shelf marked 4.98. When purchased it rang up at 9.98. The cashier couldnt help so I waited in line 15minutes to return the item. Why is everything so difficult here?. Also, the return line took 2 other customers in front of me.

Ok so call me crazy!! I drive past 2 other Walmart stores to get to this one for my shopping needs. I do this because they have food, very fresh and healthy produce, the store is totally immaculate, the people that work there are always so nice/cordial and helpful. Ive been asked if I needed assistance several times and that absolutely says a lot compared to other stores!! 🤣🤣If youre not shopping at this store, then you are missing out.Totally recommended!!

Always friendly at this store employees dont mind stopping what they are working on to help you or find someone who can. Great prices and cleaner then the larger location. Seriously check out this organization😻

On occasion will go inside, but absolutely love the pickup. Associates are so nice and friendly. They are careful with the groceries. So easy to pick a time and place order. Love this ease of order pick up.

I went on Saturday and the machine for the money wasn’t working and they said they would fix it and then I came today which is Tuesday and the employe wasn’t there and they put they would come at 5:00 pm and I came at 4:00 pm I wasn’t going to wait an hour. You guys should have more people. Another thing is if the employe go on lunch or they have a emergency then they should replace them with other workers. Also the movie for the machine wasn’t taking my card and I checked that I have money on my card and I asked the workers and they said it doesn’t work the machine and that they would fix it. Other people tried with there cars but it wasn’t working. It was only working with cash. They should get more workers to help people. This is the only Walmart close to my area. If I could not give them 0 stars I would but I have to put one. They need to fix these problems fast.

Because of pandemic and family members at high risk with serious underlying health conditions, I had to order groceries and household essentials online for delivery or drive up/pick up. I have been using the Neighbor WalMart grocery store at 1445 E. Foothill Blvd in Upland. From the very beginning of this health crisis, WalMart was geared up and ready to serve, and meet our familys needs. The app is very easy to navigate with convenient features such as storing past purchases for easy reordering, offering similar alternatives when products are out of stock, and giving you the option to substitute or not when an item is out of stock. More importantly, the employees who bring your groceries out to your car are wonderful. They are kind, patient, courteous and helpful. Yes sometimes, there may be a delay in receiving your order, but that is no different than if you were doing your own grocery shopping during peak business hours, the difference here is that the app notifies you in advance that your order is not ready and when it is ready for pick up! Easy, convenient and SAFE for me and my family. Two thumbs up WalMart! Your employees at my store are AWESOME.

This location is dangerously unsanitary. Meat hasnt been handled according to U.S. health standards. Seafood products were not kept at proper (legal) refrigeration levels even close to health code. If you bought something that is pork, chicken, beef, or fish that is kept under proper conditions....wither you got lucky or it has been re-frozen, which is even worse. Be careful and stay away from this location.

I have calked the service desk FOUR days in a row... letting it ring 5-6 minutes...and NO ONE ever answers!!!! The only other option is to be connected to the pharmacy... which I did today just to ask is anyone even AT the service desk?. They said yes...and that theyve received several complaints....what is going on!!!!! I need to make a return and have a question .....when I go there, I had better NOT run into any problems !!!! Thus is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!!

This has become my usual grocery store. Produce can be a bit hit and miss but otherwise the selection is good and the lines move fast

Go here all the times Im a regular! Busy store majority of the time, good store but no shopping carts most of the time and no hand held baskets at all. They say they all get stolen. Thats irrataing but the store staff is generally nice and sometimes can be of no help. But its got a good variety of things.

An employee made an unnecessary comment and got preachy about my shopping while at check out. Next time I want a lecture, Ill ask. Dont do that. I dont need to hear the unsolicited advice from someone who is almost 40 and works at Walmart.If you want to lecture me on how I shop, then maybe I should lecture you on making better life choices so you dont end up working retail at your age.It was so rude.

Prices are good, lower than elsewhere with the same merchandise. I dont buy their meat theres certain items Ill go there for dairy, bread, cereal, beauty care. Im not really sure about their produce or their meat and I dont buy the Frozen items there either I shop around.

Items not in stock that show online are available in real time. Waste of time to go here. Long waits to get help from staff despite lots of staff standing around.

Today Saturday the 26th I was at Walmart there at that store and young man pushing the cards to collect cards in the parking lot almost ran me over he was very inconsiderate didnt say excuse me or say Im sorry I talked to the manager the manager told him to stay away because he kept saying that he has witnesses at when that boy almost hit me with a cart it was one of their workers 1 of them employees very rude very dangerous I wouldnt go in that store if I have to again

First time here. What fun!.So many different things all thrown together to seek and find! The find of the day is Lysol and Clorox wipes - large size! Havent seen those in local markets in awhile. But you only get to pick one so no hoarding allowed - save lots for others to find 😉!

This neighborhood Walmart was great. We were in the area and stopped by. At the entry, we were greeted very nice; the lady was very kind and asked if she could help. Everyone was wearing their mask and being safe during these hard times; it’s very important for us since my wife was pregnant at the time 10/6

Easy park and pick up place from Walmart, way better than regular Walmart stores, nice and clean parking lot, fast and friendly employees.

This is the worst Walmart ever. Very poor customer service, management, and low inventory.. lanes are surper long and a few Karen’s to serve customers are the worst - Old Mary the checker.I will never shop there again.

If I could give this Walmart a zero stars I would! I went to another Walmart but they didn’t have the item I needed so I thought I’d pop by my local neighborhood Walmart to see if they had it in stock. I went there today. Upon approaching the front door I was made aware by an employee that the store would not except any cash or coin transactions due to the coin “shortage”. I explained to her that there was not a coin “shortage” but a coin circulation problem due to small businesses and restaurants being closed for Covid 19. I assured her that it would be fine because I had exact change for my transaction and that my buying something using exact change would actually help the circulation situation. She proceeded to tell me that I still couldn’t buy anything with cash at their store. Upon returning home I called to speak with the manager but no one has answered the phone yet. It’s been over an hour and I keep calling but no answer. So, I tried talking to the pharmacy. They said they couldn’t help me. At first they said it was a phone issue and that the manager was working on getting it fixed but as the conversation progressed he finally admitted that there are a lot of upset customers and the manager has chosen to deal with it by not answering the phone. I thought Walmart was pro America with American made goods. Nope not this one. You can’t even spend your hard earned American money at their store. I’ll be looking for a corporate phone number to call!!

The prices have gone up. I purchase bacon one week ago @ $2.89 I went today and now their $3.40 and not just the bacon, ground beef and chicken has also gone up😞.

This store is clean and in the early morning it looks like a photo because of how organized it is. the staff is friendly, willing to help you find items or check when they may be coming in.

Hundreds of people in the store. Multiple employees stocking shelves. One cashier! That logic is forever disturbing. After 20 mins in the line with minimal movement, the voice overhead called for cashiers. Five minutes later, 2 show up only to take new customers, not the ones that had been in the lonely aisle of Cards and Party Supplies wasting away.This was not the first time this happened either. Unfortunately for Walmart, that was my last time. I do nor plan to return there.

Typical Walmart. No clean carts. Out of paper towels and toilet paper. Most of the fresh meat was gone. A sign of the times.

I like the ease of access. versus the Super centers that tend to be a zoo. More of these neighborhood markets should be opened.

Fast, not busy, but not stocked.

This store is getting worse and worse everytime I may just start going back to stater bros. Or Target, they are always out of items I need, bags, shopping carts. There is never anyone readily available to help you and when they do they act like you are bothering them. Today I had to wait 15 minutes to get Deodorant from out of the locked cabinet its pretty sad that they have to lock up the Deodorant.

I love Walmart. Local, clean, friendly and low prices.

Had a scheduled pick-up. Checked app prior to going and was told to come. When we arrived, there were approx 20 cars waiting for delivery. After waiting 45 minutes, checked with other customers and found that several had been waiting over two hours. Unable to make phone contact to determine what was going on. Left without groceries. The app SHOULD provide some insight into expected wait times but it does not. Very frustrating. Saturday, June 27.

Other that they need more cashiers, the place is always clean and the staff are very friendly

The store was counting customers I observed while I was walking in. Everyone was wearing a mask including the employees. I asked an employees where the bubble solution was and and walked with me to the isle and then I thanked them and I could now find it. I was looking for Old Maid playing cards. I was thrilled that it was in stock.I have 2 grandchildren that have been anxiously waiting for the cards to be on the shelves. When I arrived home we played two games immediately and we all giggled the entire time we were playing. Thank you Walmart grocery.

I like the store because you just cant beat the prices! Especially for basics like eggs, cheese, milk et cetera. Today it was very crowded but no lines to leave if you self-checkout . I was able to get in, get everything on my list and get out within 30 minutes. And it was Crowded. Its worth the extra few miles. Just cant beat the everyday prices. Only 4 stars because the parking sucks. They need more parking and more shopping carts.

Ive never been to one in Upland on Foothill Blvd, its very clean, staff are very helpful, its nice place, I see it all the time when I go wash my car.

I was really pleased with how clean it was. We did self check out and before we got to check out a guy sanitized it. I watched him sanitize before each person started checking out. I wish I had gotten his name.

The prices are low and quality is good. The management Is very friendly and helpful. They have been in the middle of updating or remodeling their store . I like the managers that are there on a regular basis. Jake is a quality conscious manager and always available to assist no matter how busy he is at the time......I also think Brandon and Fernando are very conscientious and are not lay-back managers.....all the managers work with and alongside of all the associates, no matter how physically demanding the job may be. Im in the store 6 or 10 times a month and i am always pleased. This is a well run store..
