Its an interesting place to shop because you dont always know what youre going to find.

I get my paper goods here. I dont like the way they changed checking out. Now you must stand in one line and wait & wait & wait. There are only 2 cashiers if youre lucky.

Pretty nice place, came here to get some snacks once, ended up walking around the whole store because they had so many stuff that I didn’t expect it to have. They had furniture, beauty products and other stuff too. Great place, recommend visiting for sure.

I think this location is going out of business. No new inventory since Covid 19 shut down. Visited 2x looking to get non stick copper pans and both times they were out. We have purchased all our patio furniture from here in the past. Always great prices, good quality and friendly service. I hope it is just a phase and they get new supplies soon as they are a beacon in Upland.

These guys here are pretty good and shopping isnt my favorite pastime. Their store is usually clean and organized which is very nice especially with that not being easy to do with everyone going through all day and the quality of stuff they have is so much better than a ninety nine cent dive. Service at checkout is usually quick and friendly which means I keep going back which should tell you something

This is one of the bigger big lots Ive been in but they dont seem to maximize shelf space. Maybe its due to covid we can all understand that!

Fair prices

Pre-covid place was stocked up.

Left our car in a close to empty parking lot for only 1 hour when theres a two hour parking sign and we come back and youve towed our car! We actually do shop with u guys a lot just not this time but dont worry never again. Youre all literally evil, its covid, what you dont have enough money?

I was looking to buy an electric fireplace and the ones in the boxes didnt show the picture of it but I want to say the lady who helped me ( who could have been the manager) and the other store employees went above and beyond to help me! Even to the point of looking at the inventory in the back and it was busy at this store too!. Thank you

I had not been to Big Lots in a long time. I am glad I came back. There are fun new gadgets, cool dried fruit and nuts as well as the traditional snacks (cookies/candy/chips, etc.) I bout name brand pillows. The line at the register got 4 deep and they called a cashier over. The store is kept tidy, the employees were courteous. I spent way too much because they had so many things that I needed. Great visit!! Thanks.

A very short visit and found exactly what I needed right away. The store seems to have been upgraded and looks to be in good condition for a discount store. A good place to visit for miscellaneous home decor, small electronic accessories and basic household items with good savings all around.

Im basing my rating solely on the interaction with the cashier and my three-year-old Busy Bodies son my son likes to scan items he wants to be very helpful and she must have noticed or since that because she allowed him to scan the water for the other customer and also allowed him to assist her and ringing up our items that may seem irrelevant to some or just plain stupid but to me that means everything when youre in the store with your kids and they want to touch everything and versus her ignoring my son she accommodated him and allowed him to assist her and she still was able to do her job I appreciate it it sucks I couldnt find the receipt to get her name but Big Lots kudos to your customer service and your employees they are the reason I keep coming back.

Easy parking, ok variety of products but discount offers not always honored as advertised.

They charged me for something I decided not to purchase at the check stand. Now I have to go back to the store to recieve the refund. No happy but the store is in order and its really clean.

It was OK. Had to wait and wait till I found an associate that helped me find what I was looking for, but she was sweet and very good 🙂

Some items that are sold here can be found cheaper elsewhere (Walmart for instance). Also, (for those who enjoyed the freedom of using the restroom) the management installed keypads on the bathroom doors. The only way inside is to ask an employee who will input the code themselves.

Its a bigger store w/ pretty good selection of items. However the check out was so... Slow😕!! Long line & asked cashier for more help but he said there wasnt anyine available. But in a few mins someone did come to help.

Better than before

For some reason I couldnt post yesterday but the employee there was so rude and not helpful. I asked her if she can help me find a 48curtain rod and if they had any in the back stocked if she can help look for one and she straight looked at me like I was retarded or something. With an attitude she said wait Im busy here and obviously I waited she walked back for like 20 sec and she said what you see there is whT we have and turned around without saying like Im sorry maybe another store may have it. I dislike ppl that are not customer friendly.

The place was very bare of most items but I found a few things I was looking for and one thing I wasnt. I even asked the cashier if the store was closing because it was so bare. She said theyre not getting their deliveries.
