Brought a car in from a local dealership for a buyers inspection. Nate was very helpful over the phone and in person. Walked me over everything he found wrong with the car, answered any questions I had, and gave me his personal opinion on the car. Didn’t end up buying but glad I brought it to Nate and Premier.

I stumbled across this auto shop about 7 years ago and have been using them ever since. Very professional, honest, and quick.

Premier was able to get me in quickly and figured out what needed to be repaired. Bonus that they were able to get the work done that day! The employees I had contact with were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. They even saved me from making a costly repair recommend by the dealership that was unnecessary at this point, which to me equals honest mechanics and I super appreciate that. Highly recommend.

Service was prompt, fast and good. The charge seemed to be high for the service provided. The invoice did not break down labor and other costs to see if I received the AAA discount.

I decided I will keep this vehicle. For a few more years and trust Premier to do maintenance to keep it in great condition.

I am really disappointed in Premiers service.. I brought my vehicle in 3 times with the same code. The first time- Chad the owner threw a lot of parts and money at it thinking he had it covered. The light comes on again- displaying the same code. I take it in and they straight up lied to me as what it was. The guy up front- Tim? Told me it was a warranted part but couldn’t tell me what it was as he wouldn’t make eye contact with me. The light comes on again displayed by the same code- never have I taken a vehicle back 3 times for the same code..Mind you they have a 3 yr- 36000 mile warranty on their work. Chad the owner wanted to charge me for more parts and not stand behind his guarantee. As I spoke to Chad he thought I was going to buy in on his diagnoses. In a nutshell Chad never fixed the problem from the Start..Premier just lost my family’s business.

They were very good at communicating throughout the entire repair process. I felt very confident in their recommendations. They will be my go to from now on.

I called one morning due to a check engine light. They were booked straight but he told me to come in and he’d at least read the light to understand the issue. Turned into a big one, they then gave me a rental, said leave it and we will do our best to get to it. I had mentioned I was going out of town. The next thing I knew they fixed and pinpointed the issue came when my cars oil had been changed (different place from here). They made enough notes for me to share with this other location so they could reimburse me for the issue they had created. So amazing!! Great service. Nice guys!!

This place destroyed my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. This place replaced my oil pan, gaskets and alternator in my Jeep Wrangler which cost $1,300. A few weeks later I drove my car to Minneapolis and my car died on the freeway. I was told by two mechanics up there that there was no oil in the vehicle, my oil sensor was bypassed or installed incorrectly by Premiere Auto. I had to scrap my Jeep. Tim at Premiere Auto who seems like the owner or general manager told me there was nothing they would do for me. He sold the work to me telling me that “if I had any problems that NAPA would cover their service work”.After I explained the situation to Tim he told me I had to pay to have the Jeep Towed from Minneapolis to Des Moines for them to look at it. Also NAPA refused to cover replacing the engine which was destroyed.I feel like these people ruined my life, went back in their promises and messed my life up.

This was my first time bringing my car to Premier and it was nothing but a great experience. Headlights and water pump needed to be replaced. They were able to provide me with a loaner car for the day and the repairs were done on time and honestly faster than expected. Saying all that they did this before the Holiday so that I was able to get home. Thank you!!

What I like about Premier is they are professional and communicative. They discuss all options and make sure you understand whether service can wait, be handled less expensively or is an immediate safety issue. The chain shops just check the box and recommend everything. Highly recommend !

I took my vehicle for a check up since i intended to go on a road trip. They got me in fast and did a complete check up. Tim was very friendly and kind and i got my vehicle good to go in about 45 minutes. They also charge a super reasonable price for the check up in comparison with other places i checked.

These guys are rock stars! I was traveling and only in town for a day with a broken AC compressor. They were able to get my car in and out in a few hours. Courteous and helpful, had a loaner car available so I could still get the things done in town. Can’t recommend it them highly enough.

The mechanic took the time to go in depth about the issues with my car on the phone before fixing it- which I really appreciated. Probably the best experience Ive ever had at a car repair place. I went to Premier because another car place said I needed shocks. Premier was going to be less expensive for the repair. Turns out I didnt need new shocks at all and Premier didnt try to fix something that didnt need fixing. They did a full inspection on my car and took pics of the underside of my car and emailed the pics to me. They found a nail in my tire which they removed. Also, I had a plate light out which they fixed. I had a no charge for this visit. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasant experience. I would definitely go to Premier with future car repairs.

Premier Automotive is best shop around! I live about 40 mins away but will always bring my cars here for all service needs! The service is great and timely. The prices are great too! I’ve never been treated better! I really enjoy the amount of information I am provided with from the inspections. The communication about what my car needs is always top notch! Premier automotive is an excellent place for csr repair. The people are up front and honest, and they are thorough. I had trouble with a battery, was told it was the starter by one person. I called 3 mechanics and the first two were condescending and ridiculously priced.Ironically the mechanic called honest wrench was the worst, he told me Id have to get analysis done first because he couldnt trust the first time. Fair enough I thought, but then he said it would be $185.... Are you kidding me?!I got a call back from premier and was told testing is $40. They replaced the battery, did another analysis /testing to see if the problem was anything else besides battery. I paid half, maybe less than half of what the other mechanics quoted me.

The guys at Premier have been trusted with my vehicles and those of my families for over 15 years! Anytime my vehicle needs an oil change or if I notice something is off, I call Premier.

Chad was very friendly when I called to inquire about getting some work done. Once I decided to go with them, they were easy to work with and got our vehicle taken care of a lot quicker than the dealership we had been working with previously. Everyone we encountered between dropping off & picking up our vehicle, were very personable.Not sure about all repair types, but they were reasonably priced for our repair.

I got an inspection on my car and they told me to look at it it would cost $120. When my boyfriend went in a few days ago for an inspection they charged him $37.09. I set up both appointments under my name, the only things that was different is a male showed up to the second one. If youre a female I wouldnt recommend going here at all- send your boyfriend instead to save some money!
