You wont find anyone who provides a level of service better than Chris and his dad, Matt. Nice guys who really know their stuff! Dont trust your exotic or luxe vehicle to any other garage!

Great service reasonable price

Brought in my BMW with an exhaust leak, resigned to paying a few thousand to make it right. Instead, they suggested a quicker, cheaper fix and had it done on the same day -- all for $200! Having waited longer and paid more money for much more basic work at dealerships, this was like some beautiful dream.

Good hospitality

Utica Lincoln garage came highly recommended from a gentleman i met through conversation at my own place of work. I called and was able to set an appointment with just a few minutes of describing my issues. I didn’t have to wait a week they fit me in promptly within a day! It was easy to find and in a good and accessible area of Utica. I was greeted by Mr.Matt Cashion who is also the owner, he was nice and personable. That’s rare I find these days.I explained the problem to his son Christopher, also co owner, that handles most of the labor. He took the time to explain to me the issue in terms I understood, being a woman it can be intimidating, and very easy to be taken advantage of but this was NOT the case.I left my truck and unpon returning I was very happy to find it was done sooner than I expected and at much less of a bill than the 3 previous shops I had been quoted from.I have been to them a few more times since and will return anytime I need service. The shop did great and very reliable work with no issues and they even offers me coffee! I highly recommend Utica Lincoln garage to anyone looking for fair, reliable,and very appreciative customer service. It’s been a long time since I’ve found a place I could trust!! Also very pet friendly.
