Like any other gamestop staff is friendly. Location is a little out of my way but not too bad. Well organized amd they keep it neat and tidy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow, this is like a candy store for kids of all ages! There are video games of all type,game firgures,tee shirts and gift cards. I also understand that they buy x box consul s. These folks seem to know their business well. Plenty of parking, they except credit or debt cards.

I don’t know if the bearded guy with long hair still works here, but if he does, he’s a real jerk! Stay away from your that guy! The store in new Hartford is way better, and the staff is super friendly! This guy worked there years ago, they probably sent him to this store cause he’s not so nice!

My sons favorite store! Just wish theyd pay a little better when they buy our used games, and that the t shirts, etc werent so over priced. I bought him a watch there that was like 30-40 dollars, right out the package the dial fell out when I was setting the time! Very poor quality and marked up significantly.

Ken and Stan are the only 2 who i know here and have dealt with a lot! They both greet me with a welcoming smile and are ready to assist me with anything i need and go at great lengths to send me on my way with a satisfied smile! My hats off to both of you guys!!!

I am a HUGE GameStop fan- I’ve been shopping at GameStop way back when they were ‘Electronics Boutique’ and proudly sport my Prestige membership card. The people at this store in North Utica were not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped- I referenced several classic RPG’s that neither clerk was familiar with, and they both seemed a bit put out when I asked them where to find Pokémon merchandise.I was impressed with the layout of the store, the overall selection and the tester consoles- plus I had several great conversations with other customers which satisfied my need for fellow gamer socialization. 👍🏼

Horrible... Dont have game consoles and short staff..

While I generally like gamestop this particular store has a couple of employees who seem to feel they are elite gamers and know more than anyone else including how stupid one is for liking specific games

Was offered $6.50 for two ps4 games one of which came out less than two months ago, the employees had a snarky attidude, seemed liked they were making remarks about customers unprofessionally, on top of that the store had a weird scent to it. Wont be giving that store any business....

They had Battletoads, I’ve been looking for that game for YEARS!!! Unfortunately, when I went in the store to pick it up, an angry short man named Dylan Miranda ran up to me and shot me in the D|CK with his paintball gun. It hurt so bad... luckily I got to play battletoads afterwards so that was fun. That Dylan kid was promptly kicked out of the store by the employees. My FAVORITE Gamestop!

Last stop game shop. There are some deals if youre looking for them. I just wouldnt advise you to do any trading with them; youll most likely getting the short end of the stick.
