These people claim to be AT&T, yet they are authorized dealers. They are very shady. And so things that are unexpected and unethical. Made me change a sim card that I bought with device with one of their own and lied about charges and put fictitious name on acct.

I would take my business elsewhere. These people are scam they will give you false information just to get you on contract or upgrade. Dont believe anything they tell you until you contact at&t yourself. After 10 years with AT&T im finely leaving them.0-stars

These guys are scam artists and trick you into plans without explaining the real deals. Got screwed on 2 phones, and cost me 1k to get out of it. Ill drive to New Hartford, and deal with the REAL authorized retailer.

AFTER BEING WITH VERZION FOR 17 YEARS I SWITCHED SERVICES YESTERDAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE HAD BEEN AWESOME WITH FEW ISSUES DUE TO ADDRESS CHANGE WENT TO THE STROE IN NORTH UTICA. BOTH GUYS GREETED ME WHEN I WALKED IN. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP SWITCH MY SERVICE AND WE HAD SOME LUAGHS IN THE PROCESS. EVEN GAVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLANS THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE ONLINE. I MUST SAY THEIR CUSTOMER IN STORE WAS A+ AND IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT. I WILL CONTINUE TO DO MY BUISNESS WITH THEM AS LONG AS I AM AN ATT&T CUSTOMER.

Took double payment went back to fix and was told no refunds

Just called 10:44 am guy picks up laughing, than says hello ??? Continue to laugh than says hello again! So I ask is this the Att store he says oh yea . Than I ask if he had phone in stock he tells me he’s to busy to go check at 10:44 am during COVID-19 and it’s limited people allowed in store so how are you busy ? Never shop here again ! Great job ATT hiring people who picks up your phone laughing at your customers!!!!!!!!

Just got the buy one get one free followed by a bill from At&t with the cost of both phones, lacking my employee discount with other charges on it for service I dont have and they only put the insurance on one phone while its free?Lets see how well this gets resolved, when this is At&its current promotion.Billing correctly for your own promotion will now get you customers and you just did this to a loyal customer of 20 years.

I was here 2 times a while ago and it was the worst AT&T store experience Ive had.I waited almost 40 minutes, standing, while the guy was talking to his customer friend taking his sweet sweet time and taking 20 minutes to put a screen protector on.The second time was similar, I wasted about 20-30 minutes this time thinking I needed a new sim card for an unlocked phone when I did not. There was no one else in front of me but they were busy when I walked in.There were only 2 guys at both times and the sluggish and most uncaring one was the manager at the time.

Went in with a problem with my cell phone. They took care of it.

Took too long to purchase 2 phones. Sales associate talked a lot but installed the phone incorrectly and caused us to make another trip down to get it corrected

People in there dont know what they are doing absolutely ridiculous
