By far, this is the best repair business Ive been too. I dropped my iPhone on the concrete garage floor, cracked it, and the screen went black. He replaced my iPhone 7 screen in less than 40 minutes! Excellent service - very professional and friendly. The phone works great - plus he put on a new screen saver for free and offered 50% off a new case.

Contacted this location only to be told that I could not be assisted over the phone regarding pricing. I thought that was a little strange. Still i took the time to go there in person only to be slapped with ridiculous pricing. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. There is a phone repair spot in the mohawk plaza off of mohawk street whose prices are within reason.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would gladly do so. I almost went to a repair shop in New Hartford to fix the cracked screen on my sons iPhone but I am so glad I didnt. Met with Alex at the store, he was extremely busy but was able to find the time to get this phone fixed and quickly. Im talking within 2 hours of me walking in without an appointment or even a phone call that I was on the way. So polite, respectful and appreciative for the business. (You dont find that in many businesses these days unfortunelty) Free screen protector given and backs his work with a warranty. If youre looking for a reputable business, youd be making a mistake by not choosing ifixrepair. I read 1 bad review on here and I know that person needs to have their head examined. This place is phenomenal! Brought in my cracked iPhone 8 Plus and the dude gave me 2 options: aftermarket screen for $70 or an original apple screen for $140. He said that the aftermarket one will have a slightly lower resolution though, which is to be expected. I chose this option for the value and was completely satisfied with the purchase. He said it would take 40 minutes and it took about 20. Also threw me a screen protector on the house. Another thing that sets this place apart from the rest is that they have a vacuum seal machine to make the phone waterproof again and to properly fix the screen the the device. The resolution difference really isn’t much, but it will be noticeable if you hold a phone with the aftermarket screen next to a phone with its original. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone for any tech repairs, parts, virus removal, memory backup, or replacements. This place would also be helpful if you are into building PCs from scratch because of the owner’s knowledge and all the computer parts for sale.

So guys. Let me tell you. I shattered my screen. I though my phone was really broken for good this time. It had lines on half the screen and was glitching. I really thought I had to buy a new phone.
