Bought a mattress here for over $2000, a King koil bed and the sowing already coming undone and they wont replace right away, I have to wait till they send it back to Forth worth and get it fixed, Im so mad I work hard for my money to sleep on a good bed, were very friendly when going to buy but now not helpful at all, i i not want to be sleeping on the couch or floor for that matter. And Im going in to make my payment cause unlike them I like to take care of my business, last time buying here though. Update: they called with a great solution, Im happy now thank you
