Well a very disappointing experience! I have bought home furnishings from the Uvalde store before with EXCELLENT results! This time however was a horrible experience, the sales lady didnt even get off her rear end to help us, she literally told us to come find her when we are ready, mind you the store is so dis- organized we wouldnt know were to begin! Buyer beware? Take the time to take your business on a little road trip to a different town, even if you came to spend money they seem to act like they care less! Typical Uvalde behavior, they think that they are the only game in town not smart enough to think other furniture companies would bend over backwards to get your money, since these furnishings start in the thousands on up, Nice commission for a sales rep who wants to be successful! Keep it classy Uvalde!

Prompt attention from staff upon arrival. Answered questions quickly about alternate coverings. Purchased 2 recliners during visit.

I orderd a bed from here and I got it at a reasonable price. The associate was nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they told me they would notify me when my order was in. After 2 weeks, I still hadnt recieved a notification on my order so when I called, the order was there at the store. I told the lady on the phone I was never notified about my order and she never offered an apology or attempted to explain why I wasnt notified, she just told me their next delivery date.

They have nice furniture, the staff are courteous and ready to help.
