Needed to get my battery tested. This place seems always so busy when I make it in but the associates that are available, do what they can. I think they may need more employees to help with the business but overall great experience and they had what I needed. Thanks!

I live near by this store and was pretty happy to see them coming to this shopping center. I own a few classic cars and find myself often having to run to an auto parts store to grab something. Most of the time I know where to look and what Im looking for so I dont need much help from the employees. There is a few folks here that are great and have always helped me out when needed, the store is always pretty clean and has the stuff I need. But there is one gentleman here who is always flapping his jaw and acting like he is the king of the castle. I think he may be a manager, heck maybe hes the store manager, but his professionalism is completely lacking. He seems to be there most of the time I go in, and hes always got the dirtiest shirt on. Hes never really helpful, hed rather crack jokes and talk to all the other employees before helping out the customers. I went in yesterday for some window handle retaining clips and a set of license plate light bulbs. I waited in line for a bit while he stood around with a few of the other employees chit chatting. When he finally acknowledged a few of us in line he told one of the other guys there to take care of the 805 Guy because I was wearing a Firestone 805 hat. Just a weird vibe from this guy, dont think Ill be coming in here anymore. Ive had another run in with him recently when I was returning something I bought and didnt end up using, still new in the package and had the receipt in hand. He acted like I stole the damn thing and he was doing me a favor by returning it. Needless to say, the professionalism is lacking and this is coming from someone who faces customers every single day himself.

I’ve gone to several different autozone locations over the years, but today I just came for a battery test and a windshield wiper replacement. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an autozone. Just wow.Manny took care of everything, super fast, friendly and helpful. GREAT customer service. He replaced the wipers for me, he also tested & replaced my battery. Someone give this man a raise or something. He deserves it

Staff is helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help me get the items I needed for my vehicle repair.

It took forever to make my purchase. I was ready to set down my purchase and walk out when the guy who was on the phone was able to ring me up. Others were BSing with other co workers. The guy who ring me up must have realized I was not happy waiting because he gave me a discount.

Ordering online for curbside or in-store pick-up is super convenient.

The guys at the AutoZone on Nut Tree are really helpful. This one on Monte Vista....not so much. At least not in the evening.

Went in Early Sunday morning, quite, clean store! Sales associate was very friendly & store was well stocked.

Stopped in today from out of town. My cars radiator light came on. Christian put fluid in radiator and got my car back.on the road!! Was super nice and helpful...without me even asking for assistance.

I came here to get my brake lights replaced I asked them if they could help me install them he had no problem doing that toke him a few tries but still got it changed. First I went to Walmart they told me they couldntt without even trying all they said was there was no screws or anything to remove the plastic covering the lighting. Thank you autozone for your honesty 👍🏻 they deserve a 5 star.

Wow..........5 Stars for the AutoZone on Monte Vista Ave. The first visit I had was to purchase tail, brake and signal light bulbs for my VW. Great customer service for helping me get the bulbs that I needed. This last Friday, I stopped by because my engine light was on and Joshua helped me at the counter......helping detect that I needed to replace my Mass Air Flow Sensor...........Joshua ordered one and it was ready for me to pick up the next day. Joshuas professionalism, knowledge and overall customer service was above and beyond any associate that I have encountered in any company or store that I have EVER frequented. This young man deserves a raise and recommendation for management. He was awesome and I will absolutely let my friends and families know this AutoZone is by far the best place to go for any auto questions, tools or help. You Rock!

I went in and bought a battery for my Kia Soul and was met by a really cool dude then I went outside to replace it and I hate I didnt think to ask for his name but a employee there replaced the battery for me. I tried to give him a tip and he wouldnt even take it. Wow! Reminds me of service from back in the good old days. Thank you guys very much! Yall made a bummer turn into a blessing
