The salesperson we interacted with was friendly, polite and helpful. We had a short wait for our order to arrive, but that was due to external circumstances that currently plagues commerce in general. When our purchase arrived it was delivered quickly. The two gentlemen that delivered and assembled it were also friendly & polite. They were knowledgeable about putting the bed together and were just generally very personable.

Matthews Mattress has a great selection and friendly, knowledge staff. I ended up with a very comfortable mattress at a great price. The delivery was quick and the delivery people, who set up my mattress and hauled away my old one, were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this business.

Had a great experience shopping at matthews, met Bill Holland who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a bed that day and six weeks later instead of shopping close to our home made a call to matthews talked with a sales person Dave and bought another bed that day. The gentleman that assisted me showed me 5 or 7 different models...I have an adjustable bed so I was concerned about getting a new mattress. He helped me find the one I really liked. No pressure to buy. This company was recommended by friends so I didn’t want to shop anywhere else. Got the mattress I wanted and a mattress pad. Delivery (free) was scheduled for the next day and I get a call “Would you like your new mattress today?” Heck yes!! And they showed up pretty much on time!! I will shop there again!! So far this mattress is so comfy...first new mattress ever!!. my dogs like it too!!

Even though one of the staff members was on his way out for the day- he stopped and asked if we needed help. I was able to walk out of the store 30 minutes later with a brand new mattress, box spring, and frame. The gentleman neatly loaded everything into my SUV and away I drove. Our experience with Mathews Mattress in Vacaville has been 5 star at every level! They are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to be helpful! We recently had our 3rd transaction in a 10 yr span of time with MM! Our order arrived as they said it would... earlier actually... delivery and set up was spot on. In addition to our new mattress delivery we were having some changes made to the adjustable base. When MM arrived we realized WE had lost the parts required to make the adjustment. No problem...MM came back the next business day with a new set of parts and completed the adjustment!!! Thank you MM!! We are your customers for life!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a bed this past Sunday to replace the smaller queen we had with a larger king. We went to MattressFirm, Mancini’s, Mattress Barn (who has an adorable black cat) and found all prices to be around the same, at a near wallet-breaking price point. We went to see Jim at Matthew’s Mattress. We ended up buying from Jim, and spending considerably less than what we were looking at having to shell out. Jim really took care of us, and the bed we got is perfect for us. When it’s time to replace this one, I know I will be going back.

I have purchased beds from Matthews for about 20 years and Bill is very helpful and a awesome person.

Ive been a long time customer of Matthews, I am not too happy this time around, I had a defective bed that they took back, Patrick was not very nice either, he acted pretty rude,, because I called too early and didnt wait the two weeks for them to call me and approve the bed. I feel I got a bed thats worse than the first one. They wrote up a receipt that said if not comfortable you cannot exchange it. I never exchanged any of my beds for that reason or any other. They must of known this bed was going to be very uncomfortable. I payed over 1,000 for the bed and frame and the bed I got was worth about 299.00 at another mattress store, not very fair, Patrick gave me supposedly a comparable. I loved buying from Bill, he was the real deal and he made sure you were taking good care of. I am now using a 3 inch memory foam on my new Sealy mattress. Very sad.

Our experience was incredible! The first mattress we thought we would love was not the right fit for us--we complied with the 4 week try--and then returned and picked out a new mattress that has since been a dream :) Mr. David Antigua was incredibly helpful and shipping was fast! David Antigua was awesome! He helped us feel very comfortable and helped us pick out the perfect mattress! He was very professional, he said he usually works at the Elk Grove center but I’m very glad he was able to help us out in Vacaville! The delivery of the mattress was on time and they called 30 mins before to make sure it was still ok to come. They also allowed military discount! Would give more stars if I could. We love our new mattress thank you!

Jim was great. I found a mattress I liked and he pointed out several similar options. He wasnt pushy or trying to up sale to make more money. He made great suggestions for what we needed and I felt no pressure. It was a great experience.

My wife and I have bought matresses here for years now. The first time I went shopping for a mattress I visited every shop in town. The only place I wasnt pushed and upsold was Mathews. They were kind and gave me as little or as much help as I needed. They do have great deals, but what keeps bringing us back is amazing kindness and helpfulness that greets us each time. If you need to find just the right mattress for you with help from people who see you as a person not a number, dont go anywhere else. I know one thing for sure, I never will.

Great Customer Service

Recently moved to the area and thankfully found Matthews Mattress. Purchased a mattress from them after a lot of shopping around online and in stores. Bill was very kind and informative. The delivery was next day and included takeaway of the old mattress and box spring.

We went to Sleep Number Bed and Tempur-Pedic stores but we end up buying our Tempur-Pedic Pro Breeze in MATTHEWS MATTRESS because of the excellent customer service that weve received from JIM. Jim gave us a great deal, plus for extra bonus, he gave us free mattress protector and memory foam pillows (wherein Sleep Number and Tempur-Pedic was charging us $400 for these stuffs)!! In addition, I heard about Matthews Mattress because my friend Danyea from Budget Blinds highly recommended it to me. So now, Im recommending it to you. I encourage everyone to support your local small business and to buy your bed and mattress in MATTHEWS MATTRESS, you wont regret it. :)
