I went to the Vacaville Sleep Number Store as I wanted to upgrade my old sleep number 5000 bed of which I loved and owned for 16 years. I spoke with Anthony he offered great customer service at informing me of the difference with the bed choices i was interested in. I laid on a P6 and a M7 of which i liked both. I choose the M7 but after going home and thinking about it, I thought I may have picked the wrong bed? The next day I returned and meet with Leroy who was just as knowledge and offered the same great service. I was not rushed as I laid on each bed again and I tired out the i8. After giving myself some time of laying on the beds and really paying attention to my body response, I learned that the i8 was the better choice. Leroy was helpful in helping me to make the changes to my order before my bed arrived.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!We fully expected to have another bed buying experience but now with Adriana! She walked us through every feature and every benefit of the Sleep Number beds. Always urging us to find the right fit and never pushing us to buy the most expensive. I have purchased a lot of things in my life but I have never come across a better sales person than Adriana. Sleep Number better take great care of her. She is worth it!!

Went to the Sleep Number store at 1615 E> Monte Vista Ave, Suite101 in Vacaville, Ca. Since we have a Sleep Number bed and needed a up grade.Anthony was our salesperson and what a delight to have someone who was very knowledgeable about the product. Best of all Anthony is a no pressure salesperson(which I love). The bed sells itself. We love the bed more because of all the new features. Please go try for yourself should you want a new bed. A great place to shop. Great bed, great salespeople and great deals. Sleep is a wonderful thing on a Sleep Number bed..give it a try and make sure you ask for Anthony. Sleep well

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and a frame. We got to this place and the customer service was amazing, we tried a lot of different mattress and we thought we found a good one.After we got our matress, we were happy and excited to sleep in it ( BTW my husband was counting the days). After the first night we realize that our mattress was different than the one at the store. It has a hole in the middle, the air pressure was never consistent and my partner moving made me bounce. We call them and try to return the mattress but they rudely told us we have to wait for a month to return it. This bed gave us back pain, neck pain, and made it impossible to get a good nights rest. After we returned the mattress, we learned the frame IS NOT RETURNABLE and we realized that we cant use our phones to control the frame anymore. So we call customer service and they told us that we dont have an account anymore ( what does that mean? Is it free?). I guess since we returned the mattress they just deleted our account so now we cant use the frame it all.We are paying a TON for this frame, which ADVERTISES that it is controllable via Bluetooth but DOES NOT MENTION anything about requiring the mattress to do so. Now we have a heap of useless junk. Thanks, Sleep Number 😉.

I had preconceived notions about about Sleep Number mattresses. I thought they wouldn’t work on my bed frame and that they were out of my price range. Not the case. The sleep number bed has short falls with the split matrema. It is really is only (2) separate twin beds put next to each other.I was some what disappointed with that.I have trouble sleeping in the zero G configuration that my wife likes for her back.It would totally like being in another on.I dont know how else to get that to work.😒

Trying out beds and making a purchase took a very long time. When the bed was finally delivered 2.5 weeks later it took forever to get set up and all the electronics to work.I was really excited about the sleep IQ system but it DOES NOT WORK!!!! It records my sleep during the day when Im at work and does not actually record the time when Im in bed! If you even sit on the bed to tie your shoes it starts and stops you sleep time for that day!!!! The sleep IQ is worthless, DO NOT be duped into purchasing it!!!! Reported the problem to customer service and still have not even received any kind of contact. Very disappointed in this part of the purchase. The mattress is good though. Just dont spend extra on any bells and whistles they are SO not worth it.

I enjoyed my experience with sleep number they were very informative probably the only thing was it took 2 hours to finally decide on which bed I wanted and get everything done but I cant tell you yet how much I like the bed cuz it wont be delivered for another week and a half but I did enjoy the experience and the knowledge that this fell on a cant think of his name right now but the person that helped me was just unbelievable how much he knew about it and how he took his time with me in to pick out the right bed for me

This was my very first experience at Sleep Number. Our sales guy Leroy, was a ROCKSTAR! Even though he was flooded with orther clients, he was extremely knowledgeable about all things sleep number and made us feel like we were the only clients in the store. We were so happy with our experience we bought the i10 sleep number bed! We would highly recommend this store and Leroy to anyone!

Everyone was soooo super friendly and helpful. We spent a while at the store considering all the options and they didnt mind at all and were there to help us out.

They spent a great amount if time Explaining the features of each bed and style. They were patient as my hubby asked a 1000 questions. We did by a fabulous Sleep Number bed. Thank you for all your help.

We received a sale flyer in the mail for Sleep Number. We have been Sleep Number fans for many years and abdolutely love them. We were amazed at the new features on tbe new beds so we went into the Vacaville store to check out their new beds. We were immediately greeted by a salesperson and she stayed with us for a long time explaining all the new features and options until we decided on the new bed we wanted. A very good experience overall!

I wasnt smart enough to look on the Internet before I made the purchase. There is a ton of info on the Internet about promised delivery, but none occurs. Apparently they have been using the new computer excuse for several months. The customer service department never answers the phone. I paid $5000 for a bed that never arrived. Get this, the store in Vacaville is not authorized to issue refunds. A dissatisfied customer must go through customer service before a refund is issued. I filed a dispute, via VISA, so hopefully I will get my money back. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, do not buy a sleep number bed unless you want to be ripped off!!

Very unhappy. So I went to the store and got a demo. Excellent. Went home and browsed the catalog, finally deciding on exactly what I wanted. Called the store, spoke with the saleswomen, and she took my order. As she read it back, she had added the sleepIQ. I told her, I didnt want it. I was very clear on this, that I was not interested. She tells me that it automatically comes with the bed and they simply turn it off wirelessly if I decide against it. It isnt uncommon for products to be manufactured with features that are simply not activated. Software especially. It is often cheaper to just manufacture it all the same then simply not activate features. She was very clear on this. So, when I spoke with the shipping department, to set up delivery, the rep went down the list of items to be delivered. When she got to the SleepIQ, I made it understood that I didnt want it but the sales woman said they all ship this way. I dont understand why she said that, the rep said.So I cancelled the order. There are only two possibilities here. Either the sales woman doesnt know her product or she simply lied. Either way, it speaks poorly of her. Deceitful or stupid.... I dont know. Nor do I care. It is a very poor way to start off a relationship with a company.I think it is a good product. I know that it is commission based pricing. I dont like saleman. Ive done sales. Sales people are manipulative. But to flat out lie... this crosses the line between I dont trust you and Dont talk to meI will be buying the bed. I do need it and I was impressed by the product. I just wont be buying it from her or in Vacaville.
