First experience purchasing a mattress, wasn’t sure what kind of bed I needed, The sleep expert, Chris D. Took his time and asked questions about my sleep habits and preferences. He showed me a bed and then would listen to my comments before showing me the next. Each bed was better than the last and eventually I laid on a bed that made me feel like I was in the most luxurious hotel room… I knew immediately that this was the one! I never felt rushed, It was an incredibly positive experience. I decided to just go for it! Chris and his coworkers Antonio and Jenna were all awesome and so helpful. I am already going back to get the purple sheets!

The best mattress buying experience Ive ever had! Anthony was AMAZING! Knowledgeable and attentive (but not in a way that was overwhelming or persistent). He worked within my budget and got me an amazing deal on my new mattress and adjustable frame. And the best part? He managed to get my stuff scheduled for delivery the next day!

During these uncertain times, it’s easier to shop online. But purchasing a mattress is a huge investment and requires more than just picking its size. I was so thankful that I met up with Chris at mattress firm. He was not only knowledgeable, but thorough and patient in trying to chose the right bed. He assessed my sleeping habits in order to chose the right fit for me. It was refreshing to go into a place and not feel pressured to purchase a higher end product. We tried several mattress based on sleeping habits and price. Their social distancing and sanitizing was on point which was my biggest fear coming into the store like this. The beds are sanitized in between customers and a barrier was provided for me to lay on. He was right, I had to try out the beds to find the best option for me and you can’t do that through the screen. Lots of options!! Worth the visit!

James was beyond helpful! Absolute great customer service. He offered advice and recommendations for our Mattress that would pair best with our recent bed set purchase. Without his assistance we surely would of made mistakes, he is a prime example that in -store assistance can’t be matched to digital experiences. He assisted us in deciding 5 inch or 9 inch high bed, the types of box springs (2 twins or not), all the details that weren’t included with our bed set purchase be provided!

I went there a few weeks ago to purchase a new bed, but had some issues with them not being able to locate the financing company that I used through them for my old bed. The staff there were very knowledgeable about all their products and patient. There was no pressuring for a sale or up saling . It was a very relaxing experience trying out all the beds and asking questions for each. All the pricing was very transparent amd straight forward.

My experience was very positive. The sales staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I went in the first time not really sure what I was looking for and the employee (I think the manager) helped me out. I told him I wasnt really what I was looking for just getting a feel for them. He was patient and had me lay on 4-5 beds. I ended up leaving and shopping around. I went to sleep number and I walked in and got a rude attitude by the associate so I decided not to shop there. I went back to mattress firm a couple days later knowing a little more of what I wanted. I ended up getting the temper pudic soft mattress with the adjustable base. Both associate helped me a lot and were patient with me. My only complaint would be with the delivery service. Im off on Tues and Thursdays, but they dont deliver those two days. So I had to take an extra day off of work to get the bed delivered.

Please search before wasting a trip going into this store or any store! My daughter inquired about Foam Mattresses. The boy told her they were on Sale. With the Covid and employment opportunities not everybody has deep pockets. The same day, when she came home from purchasing a foam mattress, the seal has not been broken, still in the box, she found out that lull foam mattress had the same item for 80% less plus 20% in addition free sheets and pillow case, only if You subscribe to their email. Deals change every day. - FYI-no matter if you left the store Mattress Firm, the seal has not been broken on the item they still will charge you 15-20% restocking fee before taxes on the item that was purchased after leaving the store. So... the same day/evening before closing, she called the store as soon as she received an email about the sale and inquired if they price matched, the boy said yes “BUT” did not inform her and was not clear if she needed to go down or it can be done over the phone for the credit without wasting a trip. When she did not see the credit back on her bank account after a couple of days she went into the store, was told, when she arrived, the boy stated that she needed to be in the store for the credit. If she wouldn’t have driven down there and inquired about the question she would’ve never known that she had to be in the store for the credit! Consumers, customers... Do your research, it may take up some of your time but it would be worth your wild to do so before making a trip. Retail value are market up 125%, price match, ask for “Free” items that come with your purchases. I see now that the sales boys will pick and choose who they want to give things to. $50 pillow are Wholesale for $2.00... $75. Sheet sets our wholesale for $2.50...

We left and had lunch to go discuss our purchase (and do some price comparisons) and then went back to close the deal. Excellent experience! Special thanks to Taneka Johnson for her help. We were completely clueless on what to get. We didnt know what we want. But she had the patience to answer our questions and guide us into a great purchase. Everyone is also required to have masks, wear gloves, and use coverings when testing the bed (so you know everything is clean). Based on this experience, we will definitely recommend this store to other people and come back for any future purchases.

Horrible customer service a when I came in today. I walked in and said Hello the bald guy at the desk didnt even reply. I thought maybe he didnt hear me but he didnt even look up or acknowledge me. I should have left thenHowever I stayed to look around. A pair of ladies came in and immediately a blind lady came out the back ignored me and starting helping the pair if ladies that came in. She didnt even acknowledge me. So I immediately walked out the store. Funny thing is I was ready to make a purchase a bed that day.That was blatant disrespect and I will never shop there again

We chose this location and product upon a review and federal from our military community. Clint(CJ) greeted up warmly when we arrived. He allowed us to address our concerns to him and what we were looking for. The mattress that we had been referred to wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. He then showed us several others that might suit our needs. He explained each mattress thoroughly added pros and cons to what it was that we were looking for. He offered a 0 down 0 interest option which was nice because the mattress we picked was expensive. We could afford it, but having the option to pay over time was a nicety. His demeanor was calm, collective and he showed us compassion. We needed up with the mattress that we went in for after looking at several others. We chose the PURPLE 3. It has rubber holes that enables you to stay cool at night. It has springs as well, topped with a foam piece. They offered free deliver and a 120 night guarantee for us with full refund. They delivered within 2 days and set up the electronic base and mattress for us.
