Carter prepaid services dont work for me I had more trouble with this phone and I never had this kind of trouble with AT&Tand no one else. They said I had used all my data and they cut my phone off I was suppose to have unlimited but he found it more important to treat other people rather than me.

Not one to write bad reviews but this is needed. Purchased a hot spot for $200(proce for start up.) Was told if I purchased the $100 plan it would be truly unlimited. It only last 2.5 weeks after having it reset once after 4 days, the second time it slowed I was told Id need to pay my bill even tho I had another week and a half left or service. Just want people to not be misled as I was, it is not truly unlimited. I paid $200 pretty much for a modem and 2.5 weeks of wifi.
