DeMarcus was very kind. Tried to assist as best as he could. Needs some improvement, referred us to the other Cricket store but he has some great customer service. The store manager at the store by the mall knows his stuff and was very helpful, thank you Cricket!!

Martha set me up with my new phone and got me to enroll in the insurance they offer incase my phone gets damaged. I love my case and she put the glass on my screen. She was so professional and knowledgeable. Cricket needs more people like her!!!!

We needed to combine 4 new phones from 3 different providers...Josh was so great and patient waiting for all customer services for passwords, etc. ...the phones were a little more than was expected but they are great 5G phones. The only complaint I have is the online site, where I tried to purchase a phone...the site sucks, and it cost $100.00 more because I didnt get the online discount for activation. I had to physically go to the store. We were there 2 hours, but no fault of the store.Service is great, would recommend.

Got my new phone!!! Stylo 6!!! The guy did true to charge me twice but he was new so i understand making mistakes!

My husband and I were signed up for the wrong plan. We wanted the 2 lines for 60.00 plan. We were told it was only available for flip phones which was not true. Spent alot of time on the phone with customer service to get it straightened out. Seems like the management tells them to deceive their customers to get them signed up for unnecessary plans that are more expensive in order to make their quotas and pad their numbers.

Even better get 4 lines for only just $100 on the Unlimited 2 plan. My data speeds never slows down even after exceeding my 22GB allowance NEVER ....Im never switching ...

My husband lost his Verizon I phone while in the hospital for a month. I had TERRIBLE service at Verizon trying to remedy. They ONLY wanted to sell me an expensive phone for a 76 year old man. In desperation I ended up with a cheap Android from Wal Mart and located this Cricket store trying to set it up. Austins help was great. I ended up buying him a used I phone online, with Austin explaining it had to be AT&T compatible, as he couldnt operate the Android. Again, Austin was GREAT, really way beyond what I ever expected. Im recommending this Cricket store to everyone I know!!!!!

I purchased an accessory for my phone that was on sale. The clerk overcharged me for the item. He told the manager and she didnt know how to do a refund..She called her supervisor and he tells her that all sales are final.no refund .long story short..no refund.. you overcharged a customer .she nor him knew how to do a refund. I will be calling corporate. Poorly trained managers that cannot issue a refund...and it was their fault. They have lost me as a customer..plus the accessory fell off the phone and will not stick .anymore. did not have it not even a hour!

Omg where do I start! I love the customer service I received on today! My phone was at a total lost of my thinking for hours an the guys here helped me recover my phone and I didn’t have to spend a penny! Everything was absolutely 1000% PERFECT!
