I’ve purchased hair from here a few times because of the good quality. My issue is that every time I order hair online it takes forever to receive or even get updates on what, when, where. I can’t emphasize enough how frustrating this is. I can order hair two weeks prior to my hair appointment and still won’t have it on time. I’ve tried communicating with Kim and I keep getting “I’ll check on it when I get to the office.” Here we are days later and there’s been no progress and now I’m not even getting a response. Don’t tell me it’ll be 3-5 business days for processing when it’s clearly AT LEAST 10-15 business days. I would’ve expected better customer service than what I’ve received but clearly you’re mixing personal issues with business. It’s actually pathetic but everybody’s different. Just like you have plenty of other clients, there’s plenty of other stylists who sell quality hair. Word of advice for anyone else, don’t prepay for anything with her. This is not my first time experiencing this with her and I can promise you that. It’s a inconvenience and lack of courtesy. & when it comes to my money I don’t have to be nice.Update: Hair ordered on May 22nd. Today is June 20th I have no hair which is fine because I requested a refund approximately two weeks ago AND STILL HAVEN’T received that although Kim specifically stated that “issuing a refund has never been an issue.”Are you scamming for $133?¿

I have gotten my hair did by Kim multiple of times and each time she was very professional. Her work is marvelous... she is the creator of the KP braids (which are beautiful)!She was on time and made me feel very comfortable the whole time in her chair!The sew in was full, stitched neat, and beyond beautiful. I even had a issue with being double charged through styleseat and she refunded me my money back the same day with no issue. Overall my experience was worth all 5 stars!

I have been sitting in Kim’s chair for 6 going on 7 years. Literally one of the 1st clients that she has since she moved to Valdosta and been rocking with her since day one. When I say she’s the best at it I meant every word. She has always fit me in when needed and not one time have I been disappointed leaving her shop. Even after her mom passed she still managed to hold this shop together. I highly recommend her for any service hair, makeup, nails, photography and most definitely shop with her as far as hair, clothes, shoes, accessories, lashes and etc. The best in the city hands down👑

I recently purchased my first wig from Kim. It was beautiful I received compliments everywhere I went. Besides that, she was extremely friendly. She did not make me feel uncomfortable when I came in and had a welcoming smile. She is very professional and kind and I just purchased my second wig !

Kim did an amazing job on my hair!! I’ve been in Valdosta for 6 years and my hair has never been this pretty.. I visited her store today 10/8/2020 for the first time, her customer service was incredible, she has so much knowledge on hair and hair maintenance! She installed my wig I purchased from her “It’s absolutely beautiful!” When she finished she educated me on how to maintain my hair. This was the best hair experience I’ve had in many years! I have purchased hair from Kim on several occasions. The process was very smooth, and she was very punctual with sending out the hair. It usually comes in 2-5 days. I booked a quick weave bob wither her. I actually went into the store to book. she did inform to make a deposit to secure my appointment. I paid the deposit cash money. I received several text messages up until the day of the appointment. On the day of the appointment she was on time and it only took about an hour. very professional. I even had to bring my little baby at the very last minute, and she was okay with it as well.

My family and I just relocated to Valdosta. I saw her work on Facebook. Kim did my daughters hair for school and turn around 30 days later and her talented daughter did soft locs for my daughter. Made my 16 year old feel special and cute for her new school. I had a very important meeting and Kim rearranged her personal life to make sure that my professional life was in tack. I am a stranger to her but she treated me and my daughter like she has been knowing us all her life. She very kind and professional.

All Raven fake friends will try to make her have a 1 Star. The truth will reveal. You can’t disrespect no one, and expect for her to want to deal with you. She tried to give her the wig, but once she came there in an irate stage, she had to protect her business.

She steals people money...dont ever prepay at this hair salon! All the 5 star reviews are fake, check the profile, fake google pages with similar names. Thats the hairstylist creating her own 5 star reviews. Stay away your hair and pockets will appreciate you for it. She is ghetto, and very unprofessional and will not refund or give you your hair you already paid for when unsatisfied. Her reaction to all situations is Take me to court instead of refunding.
