Loss prevention person was sure to remind me service dogs only in the store. My English Bulldog puppy was in an enclosed dog stroller, and was not able to get out and run around the store. Other people had there dogs on leashes, and no one ever spoke to them 😒 I think if you want to enforce a rule Share it with everyone.

They run out of food & every other supply quickly. Its always a hi or miss type experience. I Literally get the last cartoon of orange juice or pack of ground beef. No Roma washing powder for two weeks 😕

The store itself could be more organized, but I find great deals on canvases all the time, 14$ for 2 xlarge canvases is hard to find.

Terrible customer service. This store could learn a lot from the Adel store on the correct way to ensure that their customers have a pleasant shopping experience instead being so rude. I have found a few great employees there but Adel employees always make you feel welcomed.

Some of the employees need to have an attitude adjustment. Specially the ones stocking shelves and the self checkout machines. Stocking shelves knowing that customers will be walking around is not a reason for nasty attitudes and just because its self checkout doesnt mean the attendant gets paid to do nothing. Some self checkout attendants gain an attitude when they have to help someone with an item. This is just ridiculous. Do your job with a smile or get a storage room job somewhere where you dont have to deal with the public.

When I first started going to charging stations 2 yrs ago they were empty this year there were at least 2 other vehicles there sometimes 4 ..mustang.. polestar..nissan..porsha and tesla

Still just a Walmart like most stores selection on some items is limited but this store has been redone recently so its nice inside. Was in electronics looking around and was asked by two associates if I needed any assistance. Have to say I was impressed!!

Horrible customer service. The employees there obviously dont want to work, they dont even have 2 brain cells, I went there to get some jewelry for my girlfriend and nobody was even there, they called someone and I waited 30 mins and STILL nobody showed up, I left and went somewhere else, by the time I got the jewelry from the other place I bet I wouldve still been waiting at Walmart. They charge substantially more for the same product elsewhere. Its a scam, the workers are degenerates, and its blindly obvious. I avoid this place the best I can unless I need something and only Walmart has it

Walmart is my go-to place for groceries household supplies plants flowers getting keys made and they have a great section for supporting goods I pretty much have at Walmart more than anywhere else its a One-Stop shop. Prices are getting a little higher than usual but if ppl would just stop shoplifting prices would stay the same.

Lately they have been out of things that I really need. They say because of the virus and truck drivers, both stores.

I am done with Walmart completely. I transitioned from shopping in-store to having Walmart deliver groceries or doing a curbside pickup since they started it a couple years ago because the in-store experience was so horrible with not enough cashiers or checkouts open. They have consistently gotten worse. After waiting nearly an hour in the parking lot for curbside, I gave up and cancelled my order. I called 3 times before getting assistance. The moral of the story is SHOP LOCAL...the little bit if money saved at Walmart is not worth the absolute lack of customer service, care and cleanliness!

Never set foot in another Walmart as long as I live. So tired of being cheated out of my money. Theyre doing it to everyone walking through the doors. Start checking you receipts closely. Guarantee you will see a lot if not most grocery items rang up at 10-15 cents more than advertised. Multiply that by the average bill, multiplied by the average number of customers and they are cheating YOU out of millions of dollars every single year all while going to self check out and making you work for them. Think about it. Check around like I did. They arent the best deals in town by far. Ed

Go only if you have too! This store is always super busy especially on Sundays & never has any cashiers! Now that Norman Dr. has remodeled it has gotten somewhat better due to an efficient amount of self-check out machines. The staff is NOT FRIENDLY & VERY RUDE!

Same as many others! In and out as always. asap. Employees are just there. Not by any standard welcoming, speaking, or even making eye contact with me fir most of shopping experience. Earlier this evening..... you guys an girls can smile. Be happy you have a JOB! Be tactful and make sure everyone is genuinely encouraging a positive attitude toward your customers as they enter and exit the grocery store. Speaking first many times but didnt get even a gesture or response in return. Rudeness. Maybe initiate a slight change in social etiquette skills during training period. To create a much more helpful and friendly environment for your customers. A smile and one kind word in passing can make a difference in persons otherwise bad mood an turn into a positive memory of just how easy it is to change someone s day.! Please try harder yall.

Todays experience was well above average! Female stocking in grocery section kindly escorted me to item I was unable to locate. Courteous and excellent Customer Service is always greatly appreciated!

Walmart has decided to change to self checkout, thats fine but I was never trained, and were is my paid break . Next if you want cash back or use cash your down to one or two regular check outs that have 10 to 15 people in line . So very convenient overall Im thinking just use Amazon and a grocery store from now on .

It was not nice... tried to return items and since did not have receipt nor how paid..they would not take the items.. i am very upset. I could have paid cash but i know for sure that they came from walmart.No i am not happy....sorry

I give them 5 stars because I have an electric car and they have Electrify America chargers at quite a few of their bigger stores, especially on Interstates. Always a safe and easy to find stop. Usually they have a Subway or some fast food place and clean, convenient restrooms.

I baught season passes last year, im so happy that we were able to use them this year yet! Mens bathrooms had no diaper changing table, so it made it difficult for son in law to change his sons diapers, other then that i enjoy coming here.

Unlike our local WalMart, this one made use of all of its registers. We could easily find everything that we needed, pay, and get out with time left to enjoy our day. Kudos to the management.

I drove all the way to Walmart on my day off to return a product, only to be told that no one can assist me because customer service was closed. I then stated, I checked on the website and it says that you guys are open. I nicely asked if there was anyone who could assist me in making a simple return being that the website said they were open... I also mentioned that I dont mind waiting a few minutes, and the women responded Nope, we got no one to work it, and walked away. So first it was closed, and now its we got no one to work. 🤔 She did not apologize for the inconvenience or even tell me to have a nice day, and rudely walked away from me. This was extremely poor customer service. I drove all the way out and wasted my gas for no reason. DO BETTER WALMART!

What is there to say other than, people who work there never cared for the customer, they are there to get a pay check, lines are too long, the new self check out is a joke, since you took away so many position in order to put that in place. No one is ever around to help with a question, and if there is they dont know that department, so you just might as well not bother looking for anyone since they are useless. Management could care less, they are there for the paycheck as well. Parking lot is always overflowing with shopping carts and employees rather be chit chatting and checking their phones than actually work

After waiting patiently on line at the self-checkout area, I finally got to the front and asked the associate which one of these registers take cash? Much to my chagrin, it was none of them!! I was told I would have to go wait on another line at the other end of the store. NO THANKS!!! Maybe Target will take my cash!! 🤔

Walmart is okay; prefer to go here when needing something other than groceries. All the Walmart stores just seem disorganized and unclean. Items are just thrown anywhere. The staff members are very unfriendly; not willing to assist shoppers.

This WalMart just gets worse and worse. Like seriously dont do grocery pickup here its stinks. I had an order for 5-6pm and I still was told it was delayed the next day after 12 so I cancelled. I thought maybe it just didnt go through so I tried again today for 8-9am thinking Id have better luck since it was early in the day... Nope they emailed me to tell me it was delayed. I am over this. Dont offer a service if you arent going to provide it.

Worst ever today & I LOVE Walmart. Only ONE register in entire store took cash! I was in a very long line. Im not a Target person, but I think I am switching over after today.

I really visit this Walmart if I go early and if I need to get an item quickly. I have a totally different customer experience when I go to the Inner Perimeter Road location.

Since moving to the area this is become my new local Walmart store. Unfortunately I am not very pleased with the overall quality of the store. They seem to never have near enough registers open so there is always a long line no matter where you check out. Although I understand balancing labor cost etc but this store takes it to another level. They probably need to retrain there management staff because its bad. Second problem would definitely be the unstocked Shelves. No matter what time I come to the store, their shelves always seem to be inadequately stocked. This holds true for hardware ( A/C thermostat that showed in stock online ), certain paint supplies, and certainly The worst by far is the grocery section. There are boxes sitting everywhere ready to be opened and placed on shelves but rarely are the shelves even partially full with items. In fact I mentioned to my wife the other day that they should turn themselves into a Sams Club because most of their items are in bulk, forever sitting on pallets just waiting to be opened and placed on shelves.

I love the store and i love the app BUT the third party they use for delivery is awful. My husbamd and i have had our order messed up or delivered to the wrong house OR the most recent someone else s order completely delivered to me. The store was awesome about picking my order and getting it to us quickly. The lady in charge of that department I know you wont see this but you were awesome and so sweet!!

They had ammunition in stock that we were looking for, but after having sporting goods paged 3 times and 30 minutes later we finally got told no one was working that counter so they were unable to unlock it.

Loooonnnnggggg lines & ONLY 2 check out lines open excepting the self check out. They were insanely long. Poor management to allow this to happen & with the regularity this has been happening, well I prefer to use the OTHER Walmart in town now. And I still shop @ Sams right next door.

Convenient location and great merchandise. Clean and most the staff was nice. But not as helpful as I like. But I understand the under staffed problems all in a a good clean well stocked store.

Stopped at a half way spot to meet me daughter. Went to the conveniently located store in Valdosta for a movie. Wanted to run in and out quickly which was impossible. Just when we were going to check out, the lines were ridiculously long. Every open register and self check had very very long lines. We decided we didnt need to purchase that movie after all.

Crowded. No parking for handicapped ever available. Only two registers open. Lines backed up past entrance to self checkout. Prepare to wait an hour to checkout.

Good to be able to get service brought to you. Dont always feel like a lot of walking. This helps out really good.Curbside is great!

Absolutely horrible service in the whole store. Ive lived in Valdosta with my family since 1997. The checkout lines at the Walmart on Walnut drive are horrible most all of them only take credit cards. It takes at least an hour to 2 hours to get out of the store just for buying one item. Ive tried calling customer support electronics bakery to delivery and pick up and no one practically picks up the phone unless it is the morning. Please the management of this store needs to work on customer service. I will tell every friend I know in town that Ive known since 1997 that this particular Walmart has absolutely horrible service

Arrived at the Norman location 3 Walmart employees males sitting on handicap carts. 3 cart 2 others unoccupied. I attempted to use one and they were both dead or out of order. Ther 3 walmart employees when Inased about the carts they said probably dead. Not of them moved from their seated position to help. I tried to locate other cart none was available. When asked for help all I received was I dont know. So I left. I refuse to shop some where with such poor customer service.

Asked a young lady that was getting buggies, if, there was another electric cart fully charged. She said that she didnt know, and kept going. Didnt even check to see. A gentleman eating in Subway went to check. I greatly appreciated that.

Need more cashiers at cash registers. People who like self check out is fine. But I do not like them.The self check outsare taking jobs from people.I have used the self check & at some I may have to use them again. I just rather have a person check mine out. I like the PERSONAL touch.

I love walmart but this whole not having cashiers is just not doing it for me. There are multiple lines stretched out atleast like 50 yards from the checkouts all throughout the front end of the store. I have applied online with walmart several times and never heard anything back. Im sure there are people who need and want to work constantly applying for jobs. Walmart is ALWAYS busy and packed out with people. You can not tell me they can not afford to pay employees. It just makes zero sense to me.

My 1st visit in over 2 months. I was sorely disappointed because I had tried to order some seeds through Walmart.Com and was told that I had to pick up in store. When I got there all of the seeds were gone. None of the Associates were able to tell me what happened to them. Very disappointing visit but the store was clean, Associates tried to be helpful and the self checkout was easy.

Its always stocked with what I need and im very grateful for that but, the lines for checkout are so long I only go there Monday -thursday morning after that good luck its packed

The store is clean and everything in its proper place! The employees was nice and at the register she asked did we find everything!! She was very polite!!

Three of the items on my receipt did not match the price on the shelf. But it was so insignificant, I didnt want to trouble the staff to come adjust. For example the price of a twin pack of coconut oil was $9.96 on the shelf. When it showed up on my receipt it was $10.38. I think Walmart is doing this Nationwide to take advantage of us consumers, forcing us to check ourselves out, and cover whatever shrinkage increase has come from allowing people to check themselves out. Make sure youre checking your receipt! :-) otherwise the staff was very helpful, and the store was very clean. Might be the cleanest bathroom Ive been in our Walmart in a long time.

Had grocery shelves stocked. Found everything I needed. Staff was pleassnt. Store was clean.

Was standing in the craft section for 15 mins to get a bolt of material .nobody ever showed up . A worker said she was going to get somebody she walked on by. Never cane back. Walked up to customer service asked the lady to Paige somebody she said she did, it was never brought over the store. She was very hateful and said she could not leave her post. I will not go back to that store ever. I should have left the stuff that I was going to buy in the cart and leave but they was the only one that had the correct sewing machine in stock. Your employees at the self check out are very rude also.

It was a mess, I used the Walmart App to order photos, it didnt go through like it seemed..So I asked an associate about photos that I may have, I didnt have any. I went to the photo Kiosk to reprint them, I was helped by an associate that left shortly after showing me what to do. It was a mess, it kept asking for a 6 digit code and I only had 4.. when you are a senior you just dont know

Pick-up service was very fast and there weren’t any other cars waiting, so they seem to be on it. But they got my order wrong, for example, they gave me the wrong board game but it didn’t show as a substitution and they gave me adult googles instead of children’s and again not a substitution.Was hoping to grab a few extra items with my groceries but plan fell short. They were friendly and easy to work with, but now I have to figure out when to get back and wait in line at customer service to exchange these items.

It says I visited this store 2 weeks ago. Thats about right. I used to visit Walmart several times per week. Ive decided there is NOTHING at Walmart that I need so badly, that I cannot go someplace else for it. I refuse to shop at Walmart and my family does too. I spent over 300 bucks on groceries, as I often do. I had a 5 dollar box of juice on the bottom of the cart. The greeter/receipt checker actually took my receipt rather than scanning over it quickly. She pawed through my bags, went line item by line item and then didnt believe that the last item on the receipt that read LH Berry Blends was the box of juice called Little Hugs Berry Blends with those very words plastered across the side. She pulled the box of juice out of my buggy and scanned it to be sure. All this with people I know watching and a line behind me waiting to leave the store. What I should have done was snatch the receipt out of her hand and told her to back the * off or call the cops if she thinks I stole a box of juice and left. The merchandise in that cart was mine and no longer owned by Walmart and she had no business putting her covid, butt-digging, nose-picking fingers all over my groceries. Instead, I went to customer service and had them refund every single item, and havent returned. I hope receipt lady Annie had to put it all back. What a nutcase!

Wal Mart is the worst. No one wants to help, very unprofessional employees, and there is never more than two cashier lines open. They expect you to scan every item, even though I am a customer. And heaven forbid you find help checking out. But Ill be danged if you forget to scan and item or the barcode doesnt work for the 19th time. Maybe if Wal Mart is to cheap to hire enough help people should get a discount if we have to scan and bag our own groceries.

I waited for 3 hours to get my pickup order that I placed online before finally canceling it . Im not sure what is going on at this Walmart but it was the worst Walmart experience Ive ever had . Every employee I tried talking to was either rude or they just inorged me. Also during my 3 hour long wait for my pickup order that I never got I went inside to get some things but I couldnt even get down any of the iles bc there were two many pallets with half oped boxes everywhere . This place is a JOKE!!! I waited 3 and a half hours for my online walmart pick up. Not only did I wait so long, every person that showed up after me went ahead and got their groceries. I spoke to someone 4 times trying to get my groceries and it’s ridiculous. The workers don’t care about their job, no remorse, or willingness to help. They can afford to have the whole entire store remodeled but can’t find hard workers or decent managers to get stuff done. If you decide to go into the store, expect self check out only and a line a mile long. Do not shop here!!!

This Super Walmart has a larger merchandise selection compared to other stores within a 100 mile radius. Other Walmart stores have a limited selection. This store has recharging stations for electric cars. Also, Sams Club is next door.

Poor customer service and never any carts always in parking lot they expect you to get your own while they pay their employees to stand around and do nothing while you do all the work 🤔

Nice remodel of the store, but it’s clear that customers checking out wasn’t planned accordingly... Only one line was open then 10 mins later another, many customers were upset including me. Self checkout helped a little, tho much improvement is needed.

Lots of shelves were almost bare and the aisles were clutttered with palettes. I assume that 10 pm on a Monday must be restocking time so if the store looked like this during peak shopping hours the rating would drop to 2 stars. Its a Walmart so I dont expect much beyond that anyway.
