A female employee named Desiree (dark hair with green tips) made me feel really bad about something I was looking for in the store. They didn’t have the tee shirt for a band I wanted and when I asked about writing about it on their suggestion clip board she made fun of me and made me feel bad about liking the band because SHE doesn’t like them. Just because you don’t like a band doesn’t mean you get to harass their fans for wanting their merch from YOUR store. Don’t work at a store that literally prides itself on selling merch if you don’t like people with different music taste than you! Furthermore, she continued to talk badly about me behind my back when she thought I couldn’t hear her. She also was talking badly about her coworkers about how she wanted some people to be fired because they’re “losers with attitude problems”. What a great way to make sales!! Got outta there as fast as possible and ended up ordering my stuff online! I thought Hot Topic was supposed to be an accepting place. Very upsetting experience.

Best. Hot Topic. EVER! They have the best associates, their management team is spot on (and always has been), they make every effort to help you not only find what your looking for, but save as much money as possible while shopping there. They treat you as friends/family and no-one ever feels out of place there. Couldnt ask for a better store... Bigger, maybe, but not better!

Did I NEED the Lilo and Stitch hat? No. Did I buy it anyway? You bet I did.

The employees are very kind and caring! I love the variety of things you can purchase! My friend went to Hot Topic for the first time last week and it quickly became her favorite store!

One of my favorite stores. It has a great selection of Tees, memorabilia from everything from Disney to Anime and Rock and Roll.

Personnel in store seemed cold and careless. When I had asked about their companys application process I was answered with condisending sarcasm. 0/10. Avoid this place.

Anime, manga, charming. Cant go wrong with this decent Hot Topic. The employees made it better because they helped go through all the buttons to find the characters my kids wanted to help make the task less daunting.
