Dr. Ortiz is a Veteran. He is always Courteous and professional. My family has been using his Services for years. He has my trust and respect. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Terrible, humiliating and just horrible experience . The eye center on Innerperimeter rd Walmart was the very worst experience I ever had!

I brought my son here after a bad experience at another local eye doctor. Ms. Jan helped us find the perfect pair of glasses for my son. And this pair was $422 CHEAPER than what the other office quoted me. And believe me these at walmart were way cuter!!!! Ms. Jan is sweeter than Southern warm apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream and a large glass of sweet tea. So happy we were able to have her assistance today. Makes me still have Faith in the fact that good honest people still exist in this World.

I recently decided it was time to get new glasses. I was able to call and get an appointment for the next day which was very convenient. The doctor was pleasant and helped correct my vision, I can now see 20/20! They were thorough in making sure my glasses were the best fit for me.Sadly, my vision insurance wasnt accepted by the physician who is there only on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but the cost was only 85 dollars for the eye exam. (The doctor doesnt accept davis vision or blue cross blue shield).Walmarts vision center did take my vision insurance to pay for glasses (they do not accept blue cross blue shield either though).Overall, Im pleased I can see clearly again.

Neither Walmart in Valdosta has a doctor and has not in over a year. Don’t waste your time.

The manager of this institution, I believe her name is Sandra, an African-American lady, is the absolute rudest woman in the world! She really needs to take a class in customer service and manners if she’s going to be a manager!
