Very good place to shop, (military) enjoyed atmosphere. Supply and demand. Would recommend to other military families.

3 and a half years ago you could find a pretty good variety of items comparing to local department stores but it seems now over the past year it’s slowly a reduction of stock and slightly confusing why so little perfume and cologne stands or selection.Store kind of needs a remodel or a injection of inspiration for the sales team. Nothing moves and nothing seems to be getting refreshed with newer model items.

The base Exchange has everything you need as a military member.If you need anything extra, youll have to go off base, hence why I gave it a 4.

All I wanted to do was call clothing sales to see if they had an item in stock; but in the amount of time I spent trying to call I could’ve driven in from my house; asked my question, and driven back home. Completely unacceptable, it’s almost like no one works there.

The Moody Exchange is a great place to shop. Because it is a small Exchange they have to get a lot of product into a small space. The service is great and the people are great. The only problem is its small size and limited hours. That is the only reason I rated it 4 stars and not five.

Its small and has a limited selection, which means that I didnt find what I was looking for. The food court is good with Taco Bell. The server there complimented me on my hair and served me and my father quickly. I recommend the beefy nacho griller and the Baja blast freeze. So yummy!

So much of a waste! Why doesnt Moody have a better BX? I am surprised they even keep it going because it had got to be sticking the funds from some other stores. Great people though.. always love to chat and make them smile!

Very limited selection On everything and customer service is not up to par. You have to take time to go in the store just to find out they don’t have what you need because when you call And inquire they answer and hang up or just never answer.

Very clean. Not too crowded this Tuesday and great time with the folks walking around and looking at the Hair Salon, Barber Shop, Taco Bell, Burger King, Clothes, Electronics, Basic Living supplies, Uniform Replacements, and Air Force Accessories. Its a good place to get what youre looking for. They even have a place for picking up your prescriptions but i think thats for active duty only.

These people here on the base have been so helpful when asked questions. They also accommadated some 300 first responders for hurricane Irma! Thank God for these people.

Visited the Burger King in the exchange, service was extremely slow. Also the restrooms are not all that handicapped friendly.

Theyre very friendly. The barbers give great haircuts. They take their time and do it right.

A lot smaller than some of the other base exchanges Ive been to but a decent selection of merchandise.

Not that big but a good selection of merchandise. Customer service was excellent.

Very small wish it was twice the size. Maybe could have more items to choose from.

The exchange is a bit pricey its not for the average enlisted men/women it seem to cater to upper ranks. It dont have plus size clothing and quantities are limited. Foot traffic is almost non existent.

For some reason the store manager is removing products the most of us still shop for forcing us to pay more down town. The exchange isnt what it use to be.
