I love big lots home decor and furniture. My go to store for bedding also. They always have the cutest things.

Went with my sister while she was here visiting, shes an employee of Big lots from another state, but it was interesting visit and Ive only been one other time in & out b/c I knew what I was getting but after going with my sister and her showing me all the things yall sell I will definitely be back.

Recently they moved the stock around inside the store and enlarged the furniture department. Looks great inside, beware of wait time on furniture it can be months. That was my experience.

Its OK. Was looking at mattresses. The young lady in the furniture area was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank goodness for good help! Store kinda messy/disorganized by ok. Restrooms were clean.

After multiple visits Ive got the hang of this place and its pretty cool. Its wide and airy, like an open floor plan in a house. Aisles ring a central floor space that houses furniture and other bulk items. Housewares, food, auto goods, and familiar essentials are displayed like a KMART or Wal-Mart on the perimeter of the store, specialty products, like furniture, are displayed in center. Product availability changes from time to time, but the essential seem to be constant.

AWESOME THEY DO A GREAT JOB AT TRYING TO STAY STOCKED UP WITH THE THINGS THAT I NEED ON A DAILY BASIS AND THE PRICES ARE AMAZING THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE

When you walk in the door you should look to see how backed up the checkout area is. If it is filled with people, as it normally is, leave immediately. I do not feel comfortable waiting in the cramped checkout maze that they have constructed with people that do not ware a mask. Once you are in line, it is difficult to get out and maintain a six foot distance.

Hi first of all it started out great an employee ask to help so he did went a got my item a mattress waiting to b cashed out waited in normal line after 20 minutes was told I had to return to furniture an be checked out waited another 20 minutes got to my turn an cashier walked off no excuse or anything waited another 15 minutes b4 cashier returned no apology or anything .I was major posted last time I purchase for big lots in valdosta.

Shopping was great ! Had everything I needed but check-out took forever !! Not enough people to run registers !

It was a nice clean store but when youre checking out the cashier needs to not ingore customer just to stand up and hold a lengthy conversation with another but the young white pargant woman after she got Thur waiting on the customer in front of me she was very helpful so customer service matters

Another place youd think would love your business...prices are so jacked up...shelves haphazardly stocked...no prices on items, just shelves, and things moved all over. I thought I was buying a $13.00 garbage can...after standing in line for 20 minutes it rang up as $24.99... They used to have good prices, no more...wont be back

I liked it better before it was new and improved But I usually find what I want at a good price. My husband likes the discounted snacks, I like home decor. Cashiers are efficient and polite. Employees are helpful.

Found what I was looking for the only problem I have is that there is no bike rack.

This was the first time I went into the new store. I love the layout. The middle of the store is full of furniture and stuff like that wow you can walk around all of that to get to the Isles. Is very easy to find things in there. And plenty of room to walk around comfortably.

I admired the fall decor for sale and it sold quickly as alot those aisles are now sporting Christmas

Nice clean store, much better than the old big lots in the 5 points area that was durty durty.

Went to look at furniture. Prices are comparable to furniture stores in the area. Which I would think Big Lots should be a little cheaper since the furniture is a lower grade. An employee did greet us and ask how we were doing. That was nice.

This is a wonderful Big Lots. I dont usually get a rewards card right off the bat but the store is well stocked, clean, and the staff is all friendly and helpful. Will be back for sure.

We purchased a recliner from this location today and Tracy was very helpful over the phone and even tagged it so it wouldnt be sold. When I arrived at store she had left for the day and the guy in furniture was not friendly & also wanted to know if we needed help loading!?! We had just left Tifton location and Jessica helped my husband load recliner, no questions asked!! Customer service needs to be addressed at this location!!

The store was nice, clean and organized. The bathrooms were clean and didnt smell. I liked the store, I didnt shop but the employees were smiling at the customers that did.All in all a good store.

Store was very clean and service appeared to be excellent, we purchased a sofa on Thursday due to they stated the truck would be there on Friday. So we canceled our order with a Tifton furniture store that has a similar couch that would be ready that Saturday. We purchased a moving truck to pick up sofa. I called the store to let them know I would be coming to pick up couch, it was not there and the representative stated it want be until next Tuesday or so. When I purchased yesterday, the service member stated they would call if there was a delay in getting the couch, No call no couch! I had positive views about Big Lots up until now. So disappointed and words can not express the way I feel right now.

Big and lots of stuff. Prices on food were good, and there was a good variety. I was approached by two panhandlers in the parking lot, but I was only there once, so Im not sure if this is common here.

Since moving from the 5 points area they have a much larger place...much more furniture....looks a lot nicer than the old place...bright..clean. Not so crammed together feeling with wide aisles and a huge selection.

When this came up for my review which I try to do quite often I was so heartbroken to have to give this a one when typically I absolutely love this place and would have instantly gave it a 5 just on past experiences however on my recent visit I encountered new employees that I was not familiar with and was shocked at how different this place has become. I walked in expecting to get one particular item and of course got distracted by the clearance items that were being liquidated at a huge discount... And both items that I chose after carefully looking at the signs having previous retail experience as a merchandiser for a large corporation knowing how the wording can be confusing I grabbed some planters which were clearly labeled at 50% off so I selected 2. As I was walking past I saw the Patriotic / Memorial items that were marked down at 75% off and grabbed two red white and blue buntings for my business next year and proceeded to the counter. Mind you the tag was literally on the bar in which I grabbed these buntings and there were more on the Shelf. At the checkout both of my selections ring up at regular price and so I brought it to the attention of the cashier which was quite lovely. And rightfully so they called management to verify my sales error. Confident that he would come back and say that yes they are on sale being that it was clearly marked on the signage I had a pleasant chat with the clerk only for the man to come back and inform me that they were not on sale and when I pointed out that according to the signage it was he refused to honor the purchase which was quite embarrassing. Of course when I tried to reason with him he got embarrassed in front of his employees and stood his ground apparently trying to make some kind of a point. Of course at this time there were other customers in line and I didnt want to be ugly and I tried to be respectful as possible but when he would not budge I informed him in front of everyone what a disappointment he was and not honoring the old concept of the fact that the customer is always right. We all know that is an old philosophy that some people take advantage of but however in this case I was 100% correct and even went back to verify my possible mistake. Sure enough the items of the same selections were sitting there along with the signage and I was so disappointed that he did not honor your company in a respectful Manner and make that shopping experience a pleasant one especially in front of so many that were waiting in hopes that this would be concluded in a positive manner. Sadly I have had so many countless wonderful experiences here but this particular manager was a huge disappointment and truly not an asset to this local establishment. As you probably have already ascertained I refunded everything that I had purchased due to the unpleasant experience. I will probably not purchase from this truly awesome store on the count of having to deal with this particular employee.

Very nice new store. Prices have increased drastically since the move. The last three times I went to the store, I left without a purchase.

The costumer service was great. She took her time to listen to my needs and offer suggestions. I was very please with my purchase.
