I (Bill) am age 73, an Army Veteran, and was raised to do things RIGHT, no excuses. My mother & hero always said do it RIGHT the first time or dont do it at all. Why, you wonder, did I write that? Having a service performed RIGHT when we pay for it is exactly what I expect from the service provider, no excuses. Joe & Blake (father & son) repaired our garage door cables + replaced the motor, which had worked for 15 years, and they did it RIGHT the first time. While at our home this father & son team worked together on our garage door problem like a well oiled machine. I, Bill, know because I watched the entire process, which is something I do when any stranger/s is/are in our home performing what it is he/she does. Called Joe because I was told I needed a new garage opener after a quick conversation he informed me of what he thought the issue was and the steps to take in order to resolve it. I followed the steps that he provided me and it was exactly what he thought it was. He resolved my issue over the phone..No out of pocket expense.

Doesn’t do service in Thomasville unfortunately but explained ways to fix the problem with my door manually over the phone. Very nice and helpful

Joe was fast and efficient! Super nice guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I actually walked up to talk to him while he was looking at my neighbors garage door. He came right over and gave me a quote on the spot! Programmed a garage door opener for me that day and came back to finish the work on a SATURDAY! He was really nice to the whole family, my kids would pop out to bug him occasionally.... Even programmed my husbands old garage door opener so we didnt have to buy another!! We HIGHLY recommend this local man for all your garage door needs!!
