I had talked to Eric for a quote on new windows for our home. He scheduled an appointment for Friday May 8th. He never called or showed up. I called and never returned my call I went to Southern Builders to meet Eric Friday May 14th. Didn’t have a great meeting. He didn’t look at me once. His excuse was he must of not gotten the message but yet he scheduled the appointment. Bad customer service and will not recommend this company for your building needs. Sorry one person can ruin a business.

We have tried since October to get a wooden door we had ordered and paid for! We had specific measurements we needed and when it arrived, was cut the wrong size! They thew the door away and ordered another door which could not be delivered because it had holes in it! Each time we call, they give a date it will be ready and delivered, but was not! This is now January so we have now cancelled the order and getting a refund! The person who helped us with the order did all they could to help! Will never do business there again! No way to run a business at all!

Every person I came in contact with seemed like they were inconvenienced by my business. Save your time and invest elsewhere.
