Just had AllStar replace my garage door operating system. It was the BEST customer service I have experienced with anyone in a long time. From the office support staff to the technicians. Honest, Dependable, Professional.

Decent work at the expense of the employees, employees get written up if they have medical emergencies including themselves and their families. Just know if you are using the company its feeding the giants while the employees suffer. Will never use them.

Great knowledgeable people that arrive on time, do the work, & charge a reasonable price. The installers were anxious to install my opener in the most effective way possible.

This company impressed me. Spring for the garage door broke so I was looking on my HOA FB page and searched the words garage door and saw all-star recommended by quite a lot of neighbors. Looked at the Google reviews and they looked good so I gave um a call. They came out to fix the spring 1. On time 2. With tools they needed 3. With parts needed 4. With tons of skill. The cost was reasonable and I could pay with credit card so that was a plus as well. Gi highly recommend all-star.

Called in the morning with a problem, repairman show up late in the afternoon without notification made repair but left without adjusting garage door.

Prompt, friendly service and great value! Called at 8:30 am to get a broken garage door spring replaced - it was all done before noon. Customer service and technicians were excellent. We would highly recommend!

Attempted to get a simple quote on an installation and was avoided and cancelled on for over 3 weeks. Every time I called to get an update because no one was contacting me or showing up, they would push back another week. Finally, when I had a set time and appointment, had taken off work, and been reassured that someone would be there, I was cancelled on again leaving me out a half day of work and extremely frustrated.

A roller came off of my garage door last night. I called this morning and they came in just a few hours and fixed it very quickly. They were very efficient and friendly. Their rate was very reasonable as well. I am very happy and will call them again.

Had a spring on my garage door break and allstar was very fast. The tech showed up early and called ahead spent 30 minutes and fixed it up! Very polite and didnt overcharge. 100% would use them again. Thank you allstar

I had some else come to adjust my door bc all star couldnt come that day, mistake. They problem was not fixed and I ended up calling all-star back weeks later bc the problem was not fixed. They did an excellent job of recognizing the real problem and fixed it at a minimal charge. They will have my busy from now on, no doubt!

Freindly staff, thats where it ended. Ordered a door, put a down payment down and was told it would be in, in a week or two. Waited 11 days then I called for an update and hopefully to schedule the install. Was told they’d call back. Recieved a voicemail later that said it would be an additional 2-3 weeks because the distribution warehouse only sends trucks once there full....trust me I know it sounds like BS, I thought the same thing. So I waited another 2 weeks to call. When I did I was told it would be here in 2 days and they would call to schedule the install once it arrived. 1 day went by and they called, only to tell me my order form was mistakingly placed in the wrong pile and the door wasn’t ordered. The fix was to order a different door (I didnt want) and it would save me 25% with an apology. So I said I’ll take my deposit back. When I showed up I asked for the manager...I was actually hoping to still order the door I wanted with a discount on that door not something I didn’t want. (Seems fair to me). Well they handed me the money and a refund reciept to sign before I could blink, as if saying screw you take your money. Now I’m searching for a reputable garage door place that can actually perform the job correctly.(UPDATE) The Allstar team stepped up. They ordered the correct door and had it installed quickly and professionally! Thank you Dennis, Andy and the rest of the Allstar team. I have had zero issues or complaints since the door was installed almost a year ago!
