National garage door was great came out same day and on time. Fixed my springs and serviced my door and opener. fast serviced reasonable prices and the only company that came same day!!

I don’t know who owns this business, but they really need to hire a new secretary. I called them today to ask if they do free estimates, they do not. I was also berated by the secretary telling me to remove their name from my list that they don’t want any sales calls. I simply asked if they did free estimates. I did not say anything about sales. I almost thought I had called the wrong number. Very rude and very unhelpful. I will be calling other companies because customer service is subpar.

I called for service and he showed Up at the wrong house and was redirected and once he arrived on site..Could smell alcohol and he said garage door and motor wasnt good...Be aware of attempts to replace with new instead of fixing problem and dignity of personnel coming to your house
