What an incredibly pleasant experience. I needed 3 separate types of metal screws, I went to the regular standbys ie., Lowes and Home Depot. Lowes I could not find a rep to assist and there were so many to choose from. I went next to Home Depot, they were out of stock or couldnt find the ones I needed, I left completely frustrated. I drove by Miller Hardware and stopped. I went in and was greeted by a young man who had only been working there for a month. He took the screws I gave him and within minutes I was out the door. Miller Hardware is my go to place for all of my hardware needs. Cudos to Miller Hardware.

Staff is pleasant, never crowded, wide variety of soil, seeds, fertilizer, wood pellets, paint & the only place Ive found aero pods in town. Free popcorn used to be pretty tasty for some reason.

Just love this place. Was my first time going in there. We were greeted at the door buy a wonderful friendly person. She took us right where we needed to be. When she wasnt sure about something she went and got a higher up. The higher-up was just as wonderful as she was. They have a little bit of everything and if they dont have it they will send you to somewhere that does. Will definitely come back.

Had a chance to visit this hardware store on 2/13/2020, this place has got pretty much anything you can think of. Incredibly clean and organized for a hardware store of this scale. Dont let the front showroom fool you, this place seems to go on for miles. They are incredibly helpful and will escort you directly to where you need to go, what I was looking for was relatively obscure, but sure enough they had it - and plenty. Even the areas in the back - the older buildings were very organized and neat. Prices are very fair as well!

This store is the Disneyland of hardware stores and customer service is second to none! I couldnt believe the inventory and how neat and organized this place is. I came in with a complicated request and left about 20 minutes later with EXACTLY what I needed. TERRY opened multiple packages and put together the right combination of brass fittings to correctly meet my needs. Someone said they were a bit pricey, but the attention to customer service is well worth it. Had I attempted this on my own, I believe there would have been multiple trips and wasted both gas and time. Thank you Terry, and Miller Hardware!
