I recently purchased a hard to find product (X-14 Professional Mildew Stain Remover) on line from Whitehead Industrial Hardware. Not only was it by far the best price on the internet; I received it by standard shipping within 2-3 days of ordering and the packaging was superb. You could have dropped that box off a roof and the bottle still wouldnt have leaked. Great job guys!

I have always been a loyal customer of Home Depot, but lately, their prices have not been competitive. I searched around for another hardware store I could trust and found Whitehead Industrial. They have the same items for a much lower price with the same warranty. Their customer service is outstanding, and if they dont have an item, they will find it at no additional cost. Overall, I recommend this store to anyone who is interested in having a reliable store without the exorbitant prices.

Great people to do business with and their products are the best available. There is always someone ready to help you with any questions you may have. You ask about a product and they take you to the product and will explain the use, if necessary.

Terrible company. Do not order from them. I need 4 rods for a project, so I order 4 rods from them. After close to a week, a package finally arrives, but instead of there being 4, there is only 1 rod. Then when I call them they say they will mail me the 3 outstanding rods. When I received the package there were ZERO rods inside. They didnt even secure the package properly and they must have slipped out in transit. I called and they wont send me more as they say they are out of stock, yet on their website it is saying the product is still available in-stock. So now I have to order from amother company, weeks after my project was supposed to be finished. How hard is it to mail someone 4 rods? Obviously pretty hard for this pathetic company.

Whitehead Industrial was able to supply a 3 way control valve that was thought to be obsolete. This enables us to properly repair the Robwen Foam Systems on our older engines.

Wow!!! It took me two days, going to one large chain store, and being referred to Whitehead Industrial online to find what I needed, but...once I got there it only took a few minutes to place my order, and I got an email confirming my order with thank you videos, and another email telling me that my order was shipped today. This store was like finding a hidden gem! Thank you!
