Is the best place to go for auto car parts

Bought a battery over a year ago. The battery completely went dead. Took it over to this AutoZone to recharge. Technician said its dead and gave replacement without charge because it was still under warranty.

I always go to autozone for my car parts. The only issue Ive ever had was not enough cashiers but the past 3 times Ive went there were plenty. This last time I had to replace a car battery again after only a year ( car has electrical problems and drains the battery every 2 days if I dont disconnect it) I brought my core (bad battery) and gave my name and number, the lady that checked me out said I still had a warranty on the last battery and I walked out with a brand new battery,, without spending a dime, all within 5 minutes. Ive been other places and was supposed to have a warranty but with no receipt there never seems to be a way to rectify the situation. (Even though Im sure it says it on their computer screen) The fact that she told me I still had a warranty and replaced it for free with no receipt speaks volumes for that cashier, I shouldve got her name but i was in shock the way everything worked out and how fast it happened.

Always have the parts that I need. If not in stock it can be ordered within a few days. Im at this store a few times a week.

This store always has a line, long wait to pay for purchase.Folks jacking up cars and making repairs in the parking lot. Oil everywhere in the parking lot, cant help stepping in it and tracking into your vehicle.Employees were helpful and pleasant. The guy behind the counter referred me to another store for the part that was out of stock.

I went in researched and ready and they did not have a part in stock, they recommed and misdiagnosed that l needed a evape sensor $42.00 when l knew it was a Gas cap $13.00 that did not lock securely and replacing that would solve my engine check light, l went against his diagnoses and came the next day and bought the gas cap and Engine check light did go away, do your research

This autozone had multiple people who were helpful and kind, including Charley the manager. They made a bad day a lot better by the helpfulness and kindness.

Its and auto parts store. They didnt have a cash register open so you had to wait in line with question or have them get the part from the back. I was just get some window washer fluid, took two minutes to find, only one choice but 10 minutes to pay and I was third in line.

Super helpful and even though it was busy they were efficient and the line moved quickly. They ran diagnostics before charging me for a new battery and installed the new one in fifteen minutes, tops. They also checked the alternator to rule that out as an issue, which was thoughtful. Reliable, good parking, cool staff, made an extremely inconvenient event less inconvenient. 10/10

Why do I always end up with the wrong parts?

The only place in Vallejo to find a diverse selection of parts and supplies for last-minute automotive project needs and/or urgent repairs after normal business hours.

This place was felt like the walls were caving in. Over stocked and employees were rude.

Its was great. Parking lot kind of sucks, but they had what I needed. I was in and out in no time.

Was lacking customer service. On one asked me if I needed help finding anything and they were understaffed.

Go to OReillys better customer service and better prices

Very rude staff here too, i dont know whats up with the auto zone staff, but they all seem like they dont like thier jobs.

Auto parts store that has good amount of common parts and fluids in stock.

ORileys dropped the ball so I went to AutoZone and got just what I needed. Good bye ORileys!

Ive been going to Auto Zone for a long time now and they always come through with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and they have gone to great lengths to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

Bought brakes online, I then picked them up at the store. Would have been perfect if they had Express check out as well. Not like its Safeway or anything. Returned an item I bought last year, no problem.

They had a sale price posted that had expired and they had forgotten to take it down. I was understanding and ready to pick some cheaper windshield wiper blades, but the clerk honored the sale price and was really freaking nice about it. This is what I miss about customer service I remember as a kid. This is what is missing now-a-days. THANKS!

Gabriel was super helpful; he went to his own car to get a crescent wrench to help us adjust our windshield wipers. His customer service was above and beyond! We also made some purchases inside the store; the manager walked us to the correct isle for valve stem caps. I would shop here again! Great employees.

I bought a $300 Optimal Battery 2 years ago at the Auto Zone on Sonoma Blvd. In Vallejo California & its only been used in my BLAZER & I took it in 3 weeks ago cause it was not holding a Charge for them to charge it or check it out & they said it was bad. So I said it has a 3 year Warranty & the Employee Ronnie said no it does not I said why not it says it right on the battery so the Female Employee Kat or something like that assisted me & gave me a new battery.. then I tried the New battery 3 weeks later in My BLAZER cause I was getting it Of None Op. & It barley had any spark & did not start the Blazer so then I took it back in Last night & it took me at least 20 minutes for them to Figure Out that I had a Right to have it Replaced. I had to go to a lot of Discussing every thing over & argue My Case with the Employee who seemed to be High up in Management . Towards the End he Started treating Me Correctly .It was just crazy to have me go through so much when My Name is on thier file in the computer & I obvisly have the battery & the Employee Ronnie from 3 weeks before new I had a warranty & he barley said a word this time when 3 weeks ago if I would have listened to him I would of not gotten a battery replaced at all .When it says Warranty for 3 years.

I would like to have a conversation about car parts with someone who is knowledgeable. DID NOT HAPPEN AT THIS STORE.

The staff (Ryan& Dylan) were AWESOME×5* THE STAFF HERE have geeatWORK Ethics.They move as a TEAM. Ryan and Dylan were very patient & HAVE Outstanding KNOWLEDGE/ appear Informative in all aspects. Jeff the Guard (Jeff Sir) also added CONTROL& a GREAT SINCE OF SECURITY. Will diffently, MARK AS TOP Choice.

Some employees are not knowledgeable of simple automotive products. I asked for a double din dash kit for my new stereo and the employee insisted there was no such product to order. if I had my phone I would have showed him otherwise instead we just argued back n forth w him winning saying that sort of product does not exist. on a positive experience tho I did bring back a battery a couple months after purchasing that wasnt charging to full n they replaced immediately even w/o receipt. so maybe2.5 stars/5.

The guys in autozone will go will go beyond the just selling a person the part you needs they also encourage you to go to the AutoZone app where there is the self-help menu parked on any part that you need for your car that way you can do it yourself and it is so easy and it really doing help.

I walked into this store and was racially profiled by Sherwin H. he didnt listen to my plight, refused to service me. I was expected by the store having called prior from our business location Marin Smog to pick up an O2 senior left in the store. Sherwin H, was very incomplient, was incredibly unprofessional, wouldnt coexist with me. he showed me a poor side of Autozone customer service.because Sherwin H, female coworker had to come outside looking for me as i was leaving the store mortally confused by Sherwin Hs poor customer relations

I went 2 times looking for a piece of my car. They said that they had not available and called San Leandros store and it was available. So they told me to get to San Leandro, when I got there I had nothing

Last nite called to see if had fuel pump, said they had two types.Today took a cab and had him wait for me.At the counter sales person asked if I had a return I said no, but he had to go outside to show off his car.45 minutes later still no part available and they couldnt order one. Went to OReilly auto part in and out in 10 mins w/ my part.
