I used the Optometry Department for the first time last week. The eye exam was quick, but, thorough and the staff was friendly. The vision Center had a great selection of frames to choose from that were reasonably priced. The sales rep was very thorough. I have 2 vision plans.She checked both benefits and helped us decide which would be the best one to use. When I ordered my glasses she said it would take 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to get them back. They were back yesterday (8/20/21) one day short of it being just a week. My husband and I went and picked them up today (8/21/21) . The staff was once again very friendly. Even though there was a wait they made the process as quick and easy as possible. I would definitely recommend their service to others.

There is never a quick trip to Costco. They are always so busy and crowded. If you are planning a trip, dont have anything else planned 😅 and be patient. But otherwise the store is always clean and the employees helpful and courteous. The photos include a couple items I was looking at.

The warehouse was packed nicely. The products were organized. So many, many products!The lines were quick, considering it was a Sunday.

We got what we wanted, there was a crowd but no long wait on line to ring up out items, the food court had a long line to pick up food after we paid on that self pay system, but it went by so quickly so it wasnt really any lengthy wait. Once we got home we realized that we didnt remove my daughters eyeglasses from the hood of the car so it must have fell off, but when we called they said no one turned it in, brand new one week old glasses, so that was a bummer.

Good prices on bulk items. Does require a membership. Well worth the trip. They have a food court that has excellent prices for limited items. Not all stores have the same selection so shopping around can make a difference.

Great Costco, lots of parking. Plenty if food options around it too.

Costco is great for its members on many things. You just have to compare prices and consider how much youll be using of products. Ive found it to be good for medicines and vitamins.

I love Costco. Such a great place to shop. My favorite frozen foods, Fresh Foods, snacks etc. i come here every week. And people who work here are always nice.I recently ordered the glasses here. I had a wonderful experience with a doctor first. Then I fell in love with one of the frames. And the whole thing went pretty fast. Price was absolutely great! Thank you Costco!!

Often crowded but never hard to get around. Staff is great, but you have the occasional jerk customer. Like all Costcos, this place stocks items that seem popular with the local population. Many Hispanic food staples and quite a few Asian staples too. My only gripe is they wont make the small 10 round cakes with white frosting on chocolate cake. Very, very disappointing.

I went in to Costco LASTNIGHT and had the worst time trying to get a freaking $1.50 hot dog....makes no SENCEI went to the cash register and tried to pay for a hot dog next thing I know the attended tells me my card was expired I said OK I will take care of that In the Morning 🌄 It was right before closing 🌙 time.. at 8:30 pm He had to call for some one! to override the transactionI asked her can I just pay for the hot dog and I will update my expired card in the morning She was confused 🤔 and had to call for the 2nd manager the 2nd manager told ME Flat out NO!!!!if I dont pay a $150.00 To renew my expired card I cannot buy my $1.50 hot dog I said can you let me buy now I will update my card in the morning i get a NO👎 over $1.50 hot dog an I was starving last nightAll over a barely expired card makes no sense Costco 😕 thanks for leaving a BAD taste in a good customers mouth 👎

It was Sunday afternoon and tried to find a discontinued tire for my Corolla. They found one. We got there at 4:20 pm and Tire was replaced before 6:30 pm. Since it was still under warranty, we paid about $28. Safety first.

Staff is always so helpful. It is crowded most of the time, and they keep on changing location for certain items. Other than that, i always have a good experience at this location compared to some other Costco stores i have been to.

I love Costco and Ive never had a bad experience. I go in, I shop, I check out and I go home. Occasionally, I return things, and even those have been easy. Last week I purchased a fire pit and I was so excited! I was told by 3 people that if I let the person at the door know Id like help loading the fire pit into my car, they can help me. I let the gentleman at the door know and he asked me to get my car and pull up in front of the door. There were 2 more gentlemen waiting for me and my Honda Accord. They tried every option of door and angle to get that box into my car and it just would not fit! I was told I have 2 options; 1 - go back by 7pm with a different vehicle (of the cars in my household, mine is the biggest) or 2 - I could open and unbox the fire pit right there. I went with option 2. I opened the box and the 2 gentlemen carefully and meticulously unloaded all of the parts from the box into my car. They were patient, kind and so helpful! Thank you so much Vallejo Costco!!! I love my new fire pit and your customer service!

Always a favorite place for me to visit. The quality of their products is always good. I enjoy finding things that are not there usuals fare. For casual get-togethers there so many items that can be easily thrown together. So many good finds; all the different things I have done with those rotisserie chicken and their steelhead trout! I have never tried their food court section, but it is always full! Well, if you have access to a Costco, get a membership and start shopping. I should mention that their cash back check mailed to you annually, pretty much refunds the affordable membership cost!

Good selection of what I want. Bulk meats, chicken, pork. Love the street tacos!Sometimes out of selections of what I want.Recommend.

Our closest Costco is usually well stocked. Most of the staff are friendly and courteous. The gas here is usually less expensive than other Costcos nearby.

Marcus brought an electric cart to my car because I recently pulled a muscle and am using a cane.Riva in returns was equally helpful on a return. Both displayed professional customer service.

Great customer service, busy but registers open getting people out fast except the food court, there was a long line all the way to customer service of prepaid food.*Beside the point. Im a regular customer, and I love it more if/when Costco install electric cars charging stations!

Weekends are crazy busy. Well stocked, clean and friendly staff. Due to demographic they sell a lot more Asian products and goods.

New COVID-inspired policies have reduced the complexity of grabbing snacks at the food court (and reduced the menu options) but theres still no better place to buy a whole pandemics worth of essentials all under one giant roof...

Always good to buy wholesale groceries and good price on gas.

I love Costco just pay your membership annually. If you need occasional goodies get the regular one. But if you will be going once a month get the expensive one. You will receive a check back at the end of the year which will probably pay for the next years membership if you shop enough.Know that if you see items as you shop now, you may not see it again next visit as they revolve their stock occasionally. I miss the samples but their large portions of food or items has a discount that useful for familys of more than 2 individuals..They have a decent shoe and clothing section and great bright books. They have toys and expand the toys sections in the months before Christmas like around Sep/Aug. The home accessories like blenders, electric toothbrushes, roombas and ring cameras are normally in stock. Also there is a small selection of jewelry which Ive never purchased any from there and electronics. The electronics are TVs some computers/laptops, occasionally game consoles and cell pones with a outside provider.Usually you can get tires, optometry care and use the pharmacy. The pizza and hot dogs are a nice treat after shopping then stop and get some quality gas at a reasonable price only using debit or credit. Costco is a one stop shop.

Always find values and tey have decided to keep the senior hour on Tuesdsys and Thursdays. This spot is clean and efficient and the folks a courteous and helpful...a cut above expectations.

I love Costco. They have everything my large family needs at a great price. On the go and need a quick lunch, Costco. You have a long day and dont feel like cooking, pick up a whole chicken for 4.99, salad, and rolls and your family of 6 can eat for less then 30$. Need clothes, shoes, bedding,etc. COSTCO.

The store was clean. Aisles clear and easy to pass fellow shoppers. People seemed aware of social distancing. Checkout process was handled efficiently by a polite cashier. Very nice experience!

Vallejo Costco employees I had contact with; amazing. Return merchandise 16 items, professional and patient Tracy. Lost my Costco C Card. Realized at gas pump. Searched my auto, returned to store, spoke with Tracy. Provided temp info and instructions for at gas pump. Attendant there came as I signalled him. I spoke, he read paper I had and spoke my name laughing. Off to gas shed, returned with my credit card.

Going to this Costco almost every week. Not too crowded even on weekends. Fast checkout. Plenty of parking. They also have tire service and gas.

This Costco doesnt carry the big 5 lb bag of shelled peanuts unsalted. Nor does it carry Carnation can pet milk so I always have to go to Vacaville

This Costco usually has items that other Costco locations dont. If you are looking for ribs, they have them. Also so many other stores nearby like Target, Ross, Best Buy, Home Depot. So many food spots and freeways going in every direction.

This Costco is awesome the best deals and place for variety shopping the best selection over any store!

Costco is a great place to shop, but this one is a little smaller, so the variety isnt quite as big as some of the others.

It is a good mebership only store with all kinds of stuff you need bigger need in bigger portion and the have gas for car normally a a decient price and the have a dinning place in the front of the store after you check with good hot dogs and you get a hot dog and a drink for decent price and all the products they have in bulk size arm normally for a decent price and the regular annual mebership is $60 and the excutive annual membership is $120 when choosing which annual membership you want should bassed on how much you spend and the benfits you want when shopping at the store and the have a tire service for your car

Theres much more items in this Costco than there are in others. I will say there were quite a lot of people here so be careful, wear a mask, and social distance as much as you can!

Its great, but they moved the bread and tortillas to the front of the store and I keep forgetting. Best shopping in town, even for our small family - we just avoid the perishable stuff that we wont use like mayonnaise.

Great Costco to shop at! The lines are never to long and they try to get people through them as quick as possible. All of the employees are super nice and will go above and beyond to help you. I live in Vallejo but will drive to Richmond just for the better selection of items and friendlier employees.

Its a Costco. Its not the best and its not the worst. This specific costco does not have as many options as youd see in other costco locations, such as sonoma and in Marin county.The people that come here are not very nice either. The locality plays a great role at this location and being in vallejo, it also attracts the crowd that acts like they would at a walmart that has been run down at a black-Friday sale.Yet, it is a million times better than the stores nearby.The wait times at the food court are a little longer than other locations I have been to but it is because there is a higher number if people that visit this location.

Quality costco with good selection & stock of items. Some seafood & gourmet cheese selections are basic as is the wine selection as compared to other Costcos. Overall better inventory than Fairfield but not as good as Novato options.Staff is helpful, usually pretty busy to crowded with people.Note - no self service check-out lines so they can get long quickly if you are looking for a quick chicken or 5 item stop.

Picked up some cakes for my granddaughter graduation

I am having a bad day because of what happened at the door upon entry. As always, I pulled out my costco card towards the person checking at the door, and all these years it worked great, until today. This time the lady was not checking for Costco cards because she was busy laughing and talking as few of us entered. I believe because of my color, she send someone to follow me while I am already in the middle of the store to ask for my Costco card, while the other people that entered along side myself I believe got never checked or noone followed them. Very sad.

Gets busy like any other Costco. But everything is well laid out. Generally pretty clean, and people are friendly. Pretty much your average Costco experience.

Good place for buying big bulk. Nessisty for one person may have dellima.

Great place for groceries shopping although I often look at home ware here too. It can get very busy on Saturdays which makes it difficult to find parking.
