It was an awesome experience, I went in around 1030am or so today Thursday. I went in to cash a check and the lady who helped me was so efficient, she completed my transaction in minutes. I always ask people where they are from and she said Jamaica. She began telling me God made a way for her to come here about 8 years ago to join her children. We talked about the goodness of the Lord and she even let me know how to apply at Walmart if I was looking for a job. She made my morning and Id like to thank her for superb customer service. Im still smiling.

The products in the store was very easy to fine. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the layout of the store. I personally dont like to shop for hours but the staff made it very easy to navigate and I was in and out within an hour. And for someone that bought over 102 items this was pretty quick.

Big and busy not a superstore but they have good selection of things.

Nice store to hunt for hotwheels..but sometimes they are out of stock,Ive been waiting for 2 months for new stocks of hotwheels (the regular ones not the premiums)

Customer service is awesome at this store never had a employee point out that I was buying plug in refills and did I have the holder for them will be going back often

The young man that is usually there knows me by now. Hes always polite & friendly. I have never gone home and seen that something was forgotten in the order. This is so much easier for me as Im elderly & its hard to walk.

Noticed the door window has been broken for some time now ( couple days that Ive seen ) hopefully they fix it soon. Makes the store unappealing to visit.

I dont really like this store, they are small their staff is RUDE!! The ONLY thing I like about this store is they have drinkable yogurt in half portions rather than only in the great big giant portions. Which is awesome cuz I love that stuff, however, the big ones is just to much damn sugar, an the half are perfect. The lil personal servings are to small.

Went to Walmart grocery to get blackberries got a few other items 9 total when I rang the blackberries they came up item not known call assistance this guy Geffery was working the area he came over pushed a few buttons talked to someone slse came back pushed a couple more buttons then tells me cant get the berries I told him that really passes me off as I had come here mainly to get those berries he says Im not dealing with this and just walks away I had to ask for a manager I dont know her name a small Asian woman who was able to ring them right up she was very pleasant and gave me a discount on the berries for the inconvenience. I shop there all the time I have never had such bad service and treatment as I got from this Geffery will never go to his line and I hope they get him strait on how you treat customers

For regular grocery shopping, this is the place to go. If you need vegan products, youll find Daiya mozzarella and cheddar shreds, and occasionally American slices. Very limited selection of tofu and plant-based meat replacements. American Canyon Safeway has many more vegan options, but the Neighborhood Market has the best prices by far for everyday groceries.

EVERY open checkout line is full, including self checkout. Unclear as to why they dont hv the carts for disabled?? They dont appear to be sanitizing their carts? On top of that, customer: cart ratio is awful; best to grab a cart from lot on ur way in.Inventory at best is sketchy; I struggle to find my items in stock. Lastly, getting assistance on the floor is null; primary focus for employees is accommodating curbside and delivery orders...theres always several on floor which doesnt aid the ever present congestion.

I gave Walmart a 3/5 because in most cases they dont enough have cashiers for the long lines and if you need to ask for help its hard to find someone. That was my experience.

Its the small supermarket Walmart which is good for groceries,but I have to go to the American Canyon Walmart for clothes and electronics.

Am so disgusted and extremely disappointed in Wal-Mart. I went into the store near my house to pick up some laundry detergent then remembered that I needed some hair care products. I go to the section of the hair hair aisle marked ethnic hair ( because of course in 2018 my product needs are segregated from the others) to find that were Id normally find products like Organic Root Stimulator and Shea Moisture, there is now Pantene and Paul Mitchell. Figuring that they have moved the products that Im looking for, I search the aisle when I stumble upon a locked glass case. Low and behold, here now lies the new home of the ethnic hair products. Now I understand that sometimes items need to be locked up because they are high ticket, however these were not high ticket items; they were at the same price point as oALL of the NON ETHNIC products that were not locked up on the very same aisle. On a daily basis,my existence is being criminalized, and this is a prime example. Where shoppers with NON ETHNIC hair care needs are free to leisurely choose their shampoos, conditioners and hair gels, those of us with a different hair texture are expected to find a store employee to unlock from its enclosure ours, all the while having the employee stand over us as if they are guarding the crown jewels. And Im sure, once our selection is made, our $8.00 bottles of shampoo, conditioner and curl pudding are whisked away to the register while we continue our shopping.... I dont know about the last part because I never got that far. I left me full basket right in that spot and walked out the door. WAL-MART WILL NEVER GET A SINGLE DOLLAR FROM ME EVER AGAIN!!!! If you must lock up hair hair products, either lock them ALL up or lock them up by price point. But to alienate an entire ethnic group and decide that only they are capable of stealing $5 shampoo....

This Walmart doesnt have home goods but other than that, it was a good one. Clean, parking and convenient location.

This store is great. Was our first time to a neighborhood market. Only issue I have, is all the homeless around the store and bugging customers. Store is in a rough area.

I returned a on line item. The lady that helped me was very nice.The other item I needed was locked up and the lady that helped me didnt seem like she liked her job.No hello or smile. She just said what do you need.

Love this vallejo walmart. Not as big as the one a few minutes up the road, in American canyon. If you want electronics or home goods youll be better off in American Canyon.

I applaud all the workers there, I havent really been there to shop lately since covid started going today seeing how long the lines be was amazed me how well the cashiers are handling it and knocking it out so I appreciate all the hard work, with all that being said still all the great price you can get.

I like being able to find everything I need. I can also pay PGnE bill there.

I live in Napa Ca. Wal Mart here in Napa is so much better then Vallejo store and thats only my opinion. Overall I love all your stores!!!!

The store has many great employees most of the staff there when Im there are pretty cordial respectful and help you out as much as I can I havent had too much problems when Im internet store or leaving out the store and I appreciate having that neighborhood Walmart I appreciate just been able to shop there and get some the deals and some of the great values they have as well thanks again neighborhood Walmart you doing a great job

I went into Walmart in Vallejo two nights ago I had a stroke not too long ago so I need a basket the store didnt even have a basket in anymore I dont think that store is right for Vallejo because regardless if the neighborhood is getting robbed the stores are getting robbed you have to do some sort of security to make sure it works but for you to say you dont have something because of somebody else and you are a big conglomerate Corporation thats unacceptable for people that actually need true help so I vouch for them to close the Walmart in Vallejo and well figure it out like we been doing for the last 50 years Safeway left they close down five stores in Vallejo cuz thats what they chose to do cuz they didnt make any money

The associate who brought us our groceries was amazing. He was working all by him self. He has at least 4 cars waiting when we got there. J felt sooooo bad. I wish i could have help him. You need to be able to tip them. He deserves more than just a tip. He us risking his life and his Families life to give us what we want.

Had groceries delivered to my place at a weirdly configured mobile home park and not only everything was perfect but was delivered early. Recommend their groceries delivery service.

I come here once a week at least to buy groceries for the household.CON: It was the lady working the self check out on 06/18/2020 around 9:20-9:30am. Medium height, thin to average, short blond hair, middle age to older.There is no sign for the self check out as 20 items or under, and I walked in with ~40. There wasnt really a line, as I was the end of the long line. In addition, prior visits Ive entered self check out with more than 20 and no one has said anything. Im very quick and efficient, and do not often take long to scan and go.Her key phrases were:You know that you can only scan 20 items? No, I did not know as there is no signage and no one has told me. She approached me when I had already started scanning my items. She then informed me that I had to scan only 20 items, and pay for it, and repeat the process. I did as requested, however I know for a fact that was unnecessary to do multiple transactions.See? All of your items barely fit! This is why you should not have be here. She rolled her eyes and shook her head at me before giving me ONE more bag before walking away. I had to stack accordingly but as I was only given one bag the she rudely walked away I could not bag the rest of the items due to the reusable bag policy. I didnt want to put it back in my cart as I did not want to get accused of stealing items either. All of my items would have fit in 3 bags and it would have easily fit.I wouldnt have been upset with the employee if she had calmly informed me that I could not use self check out due to multiple items. She had a very disagreeable and rude attitude and with the added rolling eyes and sighing like Im causing her all the angst in the world didnt help. I will not be coming back for a week or so until I feel like coming back.

It wasnt a bad place to shop at before COVID-19, However we found it to be a real nice shopping trip. The employees were extremely nice & it wasnt that busy so they had more time to assist customers. Store was clean & neat & as an added bonus all the customers we polite & smiled, (even thru the masks).

Every time i go there there is no black cherry or wild cherry walmart brand water. There meat dept is out of stock on a lot of things.

Wish it had more of the products I was looking for. Usually the green Walmarts have everything I need.

Selection is okay, seems limited and usually less stock in thing like meats and beer. the person check outlines usually take a long time. Self check out is better then it used to been.

The prices are unbeatable !! But at certain times of the day it can take about an hour to go through the check out ! Im not kidding !! The employees have blinders on to avoid customers . There needs to be a front end management person in the front managing the lines . Ive witnessed 5 employees doing nothing while they have 1 checker and the line is 30+ deep !!! They need to thank each customer for being in the store and open a check stand, if not for customer count they have no job !! It wouldnt take long if they pulled a person from a outer dept. to open up and get the line down .. or have passing employees aknowledge waiting customers .. reassure that help is on the way. Its extremely stressful for the checker as well, poor thing sees the line and is trying to be fast but that only leads to mistakes and more stress, Cmon walmart invest !! Invest in your team as well as the community. Then maybe your retention of experienced clerks would improve !!

This Walmart store was originally planned to be a huge two storey Superstore that would have replaced the closed K-Mart store across the street to become the largest Walmart store in the Bay Area. The Neighborhood Market is just another food store but no meat or seafood section. Go there if you are craving for pizza at great prices.

Always has long lines. At least a 20min wait everytime I go (which i try not to) with no help on the floor to get anything unlocked (which is pretty much everything).
