Foster Lumber of Vallejo is my favorite Lumber/ supply house. I was having difficulties with a order and a salesman, stopped and worked with me to get my order right. Hands down, this is the kind of professionalism and personal touch NO Other Lumber Yard or Box store has. Doug and the team are fantastic!

They have always been courteous and able to direct me to the tools and materials I need. It is a a good spot to get supplies, and they have a variety of solutions for most home owner projects. They also know and can help find a suitable professional if you need one.

Fosters has a great selection of lumber. Their prices compare to local lumberyards in the area. I generally use them to purchase higher quality stuff for pergolas and decks, their yard guys are very helpful, but I have to chase them down sometimes, but than again Im very inpatient. They are homeowner and contractor friendly, even if you dont know a lot they can still point you to the right direction. I recommend them to both, owners and contractors!

Havent been there in a while. Lots of hardware and lumber available. People were quite helpful.

They screwed up my delivery and were unreasonable to make it right. I try to buy local and small business, but now Ill need to go to the big box stores.
