For my experiences-Easy to find things. Workers are helpful they know where the items asked for are located. I come in and ask and they tell me if they have it or not or what isle it is in. Not like other big name brands with more variety but have good selection and good prices when on sale. Its also near where I live which makes it more convenient.

Good source for basic tools and mechanical/automotive equipment.

Great place to pick up tools, tie down straps,rope has tires for wheel barrows. Really like this place.

About 20 years ago when Harbor was pretty much an upstart company I bought a butane touch to apply shrink sleeves. I could never get it to work. A few years later I bought two 4 pound slugging hammers. The 1st time I hit something with them the handles broke and the hammer heads went flying. I went in the other day to get a battery tester. I look around the store and a lot of whats in the store is (lets face it) not quality stuff. However, there are some pretty good buys if you look around. All in all I think they have come up a few notches since my hammer episode. 3 stars.

I often can find plenty of items I would like to have in HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS, keep an eye open for the sales, helps your budget. Keep the other eye open on specific pricing = meaning = you see a sale price & later upon reviewing your receipt you notice a price discrepancy with an item (my situation, I tend to buy things on sale, I find out later that it wasnt on sale, well NOT FOR ME), They have a CLUB sale price STRICTLY for their INSIDE TRACK CLUB members only. Its not always 100% noticable that a price youre looking at might not be what YOULL BE PAYING, so take a second to observe the situation, or join their INSIDE TRACK CLUB & take advantage of extra savings on top of sale prices.

Great deals, quality tools at a decent price, clean well organized store, employees are friendly. Items not always in stock.

Online says item has plenty of stock in store, but shelf is empty. Waste of time. Learn to track your inventory

Great store! We found everything we needed to do our weekend project. Not too busy and the staff were nice and helpful.

My husband always finds good deals though the tools do not last a very long time they served their purpose.

Not sure if this is true across all HB but I received issue with a return without receipt. I do have phone and email registered but the manager says this is not the same as a receipt when they supposedly email the very same receipt which didnt happen. seems like they try to give the impression returns are a big deal despite they have all the info. other than this poor service HB in general is great store.

This is another good Harbor Freight Tools. Easy to navigate. Helpful people. Even customers can be helpful. For me, Im like a kid in a candy store. Some products offered are good when you need a temporary substitute. Love the battery packs.

I needed held with finding an item, she was very helpful! Got what I needed and it was on sale, now that doesnt usually happened to me!

Went today to get a screwdriver to change my license plate cover. One of the gentlemen that worked there (didn’t get his name) helped me find the right screwdriver and came out to help me put it on when he saw me struggling in the parking lot! Super friendly service!!!

Spent 500 bucks there and couldnt find any employees to assist us. Poor floor assistance. And I am a Fast Track member. Wont renew that membershipWent back to Harbor Freight to file a claim on an extended warranty I purchased on a pressure washer I had purchased. I was geared up and ready for drama. THEY GOT IT RIGHT!! Honored my extended warranty and brought out a brand new pressure washer, still in the box. Had to buy another extended warranty for this new one but they treated my return with respect and courtesy. Great job Harbor Freight management. Thank you

I love saving money on tools and supplies for my metal shop! And the stores offer extended warranty on them which has definitely come in handy when something i bought failed. they replaced it no questions asked! I got some free things like batteries and a flashlight using a coupon. getting little freebies each visit is like telling me THANKS for being a customer!

Why have a phone number if you don’t answer?! Trying to see whether or not they have something in stock so I don’t drive all the way over their for nothing! Needed a decent inexpensive welder for a couple small projects around the property. Looks like I will spend my money elsewhere what a shame!

Terrible service. With one young pretty cashier. She had a very unfriendly face. Will not greed at all. I said are you upset? She ignore me. She just gave me my total bill. This was my first visit to the store. Then, I was waiting for someone on the floor to help me find my house. This young blond girl came over and told me whats up? Why, this kind of street greeting? Why not a: can I help you?Why hiring pretty face girls, but rude? I am an adult and I dont appreciate this kind of greeting from rude employees. Your prices for items are good. But not sure I want to go back again.

The staff is pretty nice. Some of the tools are B-rate, so you need to watch out for that.

Some really great finds here, like jewelry, metal polishing rouge and buffers.

My parents love coming here specifically because of the coupons for discounts and free item with purchase. Its definitely not one of your big box home improvement stores, it doesnt have the selection of one of them. But it also has car tools that Home Depot and Lowes do not sell.

Good to great deals on many tools, but its a good idea to know what youre looking at and be selective. Many choices are a wonderful deal, and their coupon policy is very customer friendly, ie, they automatically attach a 20% coupon to the most expensive item in your purchase (at least that was the way it was when I last checked). I havent checked since, but rather trusted that it continues.
